Yeah Skybet is a joke. I’ve been using skybet for years and after putting a complaint in and waiting 8 weeks for a resolution for them to close my account and not resolve the situation is just ridiculous!

As a Skybet Club Member i was astounded to find that instead of the guaranteed 3 x £2.50 free bets this week I received 2 x £2.50 free bets. Not sure what kind of club this is but i’m off

The prices they offer are usually half that of other bookmakers, they have introduced extra places on so many races that best odds don’t qualify, the app is having more problems where it doesn’t work for different periods of Time with no update of when it will be rectified

I had no warning about my account being suspended and now there saying it’s under review it’s been 14 day’s now and all I get as a response is it’s still under review they won’t even confirm what’s going on I’m worried I’ve lost my money.

I placed a football accumulator on SkyBet. Cash out was suspended as one game was greyed out throughout most of the first half, and continued through half time. All of the other results were going my way but the suspension prevented me cashing out. I messaged SkyBet. Their agent sent me their terms and conditions which lets them off the hook for any reason. Really not good to deny me the cash out in this situation. I plan to start looking at alternative betting apps.

been a loyal customer with sky bet for years as i have sky tv aswell, but recently I’ve not been allowed alot of the sky bet promotions or sky bet club which i was a member of,with no explanation so I’ve closed my account and when my tv package comes to an end i will be closing that down aswell

My review is just based on the withdrawel process. Which seems to be smooth only withdrawn a small amount via my debitcard and in account within the hour i dont know if its the same with higher amount.

The “free games” are always rigged, I’ve played rival reels many times and almost ALWAYS when I’ve not loaded much cash to my account. On reels it won’t give me any special items in the final minute, other players get 30k points 1 spin after loosing everything then they’ll get a box to steal you points at a cpl seconds remaining… Defi itely not one for digital games betting yeah their digital games are a legitimate scam…

Shocked by the negative reviews, had 0 issues with skybet and love them. Sky bet club is great, promos are good, site is very attractive and easy to use. Sometimes are abit late adding some of the markets I like such as UFC and boxing prop bets but my favourite betting site by far

So I’ve used Skybet for no longer than a year. Signed up to use the acca freeze feature and had some decent wins for my stake. Also lost money to them. However apparently I can no longer use the acca freeze feature due to betting activity. No actual real answer, it’s come from the trading team which was passed to the agent who told me. The worst thing about it is I didn’t know I’d lost the feature as they still advertise it to me all over the site on log in. So I spent money on freeze accas to only find out I can’t freeze the game when they actually scored. I had no email to let me know so they was very happy to see me risk my money to find out that way. I feel scammed and it’s horrible. At least tell me before I stake my own money to find out the feature doesn’t work for me anymore. Absolutely shocking. They only want losers. Won’t even give you an explanation as to why the account is limited or deny the acca feature. 0/10 from me. Goodbye slybet. Hello 365

Useless app now given up trying as can’t get into it even though it tells me I’m a match and have an account still after trying to reset I still can’t sign in tried to get email as it said it was a match but never sends one yet I’m apparently signed up try to get help but don’t seem to be able to can’t even get through to costomer service I am also a sky box costomer and have account but won’t let me re-active my sky bet account fed up so given up worst company terrible app useless costomer service.

After being a client for SKY bet for over 10 years my account was closed for trumped up reasons. I normally use my pc for betting but logged in in error once on my smart phone. Then some “expert” at their call centre determined i had committed a heinous breach. He even stated it was related to a Betfair account issue which i had closed years before! Totally shabby treatment.

Joined with a joining offer of £30 (3x£10) in free bets after deposit £10 and using the deposit straight away. The free bets aren’t really free in order to get your “free” £10 bets you have to spend £10 on each bet first and get the equivalent £10 free bet along with it. Essentially they are trying to make sure you spend £40 minimum with them. Bet365 is completely the opposite, they are true to their word and the £30 is in your account to use as you please with no extra spends. Shambles of an “offer”

Sky bet is a sinking ship gone from best site by fare to the worst buy fare but over the last year it gone down hill so fast they closed my account without any reason then closed my girlfriend account for no reason both been with sky bet for 5 years and loss £200 a mouth each but they still closed my account 0/10 scammers with no customer care they do release with no customer they have no company very strange way to run a company Also seem very strange to me why they are closing everyone accounts lately Trustpilot reviews are full of people saying the same as me having there account closed for no reason and refusing to give the money in the account so if I was you get your money out of skybet before your account is closed and they keep your account balance 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely shocking but they won’t care as their customer service is even worse…used them for a few years and they are the worst they’ve ever been…no stats available for any football these days and they just keep fobbing me off with ‘we only put stats there when opta have them’ which is a total lie just like they have none for the Heart v Rangers game tomorrow….they have also changed their rewards to make them way worse than they used to be…used to last as long as you want but now only last a week so if you’re away for any time you’ll lose them…not only that but you have to select it each week else they default to the worst option….the other thing I noticed lately is their cashout is, as far as I am concerned, as bent as they come….you can go to the game and sometimes they ‘tempt’ you with a higher cashout than the in-play score suggests as they nearly always update the cash out up to 30 seconds or more before they update the live score…as far as I’m concerned they’re not worth using anymore and don’t give a damn about their customers.

Woeful. Odds are poor. Cash out option is non existent. Hold accas as “suspended” for a ridiculous amount of time even though I’m seeing through other websites that there’s nothing really going on in the football games concerned to “suspend” it. I used to claim 50 free spins as part of my weekly skybet club reward. However this was removed a few year’s ago and though it’s been reduced to 25 free spins it’s still not an option for me as it’s greyed out. I have complained but it’s the usual comment I’m removed as they reckon I am at risk as having gambling issues. That’s despite I never pay to pay slot machines. Even the skybet club rewards are now time restricted for using while previously no time limit. Cheltenham Festival 1st race each day promotions have been slashed from £25 free bets money returned if loser to a £1 or £5 if lucky. Bet 365 have never excluded me from ANY promotions. My account was hacked somehow twice within a week reported to Sky both times via online chat and now I’m blacklisted and can’t have an account with Sky bet despite the fact I was the victim and reported the fraud with hours of it happening. So rather than helping me and understanding the issue as I was the victim I am now blacklisted through no fault of my own other than reporting the fraud on my account. I got my money back eventually from sky for full disclosure but was made to feel like I was the criminal which is unacceptable

Free bet promotions is total con, don’t get ripped off like I have been. Sky bet offering £30 free bet for new accounts. I opened a new account and deposited £10. They do not tell you the T&C’s until you have opened your account and deposited money. The free bets are very limited to how they can be used. I immediately closed the account but they have refused to return my initial £10 deposit. Absolute con artist don’t be fooled.

If the Sky / PokerStars / Betfair / Paddy Power group merge with or acquire a site that you are banned or self excluded from – They will suddenly lock your account and refuse to allow you to withdraw funds. This was the last time I let this company cheat me out of my bet.Account closed and all funds taken out.On a number of occasions now I have had builda bets that are doing really well that are offering a cashout.but when you get very close to winning they suspend the bet and it is suspended for the rest of the game removing the option to cashout.the straw that broke the camels back was the Euro final on sunday.I had a 10 fold builda bet and at half time I had 7 out of 10 completed.Rodri was substituted at half time however he had allready completed his part of the bet in the first half.It even showed this as complete.But the bet was suspended as “player was no longer on the pitch”and this is how it stayed even though i was on 9 out of 10 on the bet.I had a cashout on 7 out of 10 but because of bet being suspended i did not have the option anymore to cash out.The bet stayed suspended for 35 minutes when the player i needed to make one foul was substituted and i lost the bet.I have had the bet suspended for over 40 minutes in the past even though i was on 8 out of 9 completed.they suspend it when you get close and then wait for it to loose.literally cheat you out of your bet.

I’ve literally never had to leave a 1-star review before for any company – even struggling strartups, let alone a multibillion dollar behemoth. My gripe is simple: they’re offering ludicrous promotions during the Euros to new customers, which then disappear as soon as your account is verified: prime example being England to have 1 shot vs Spain in the final at 50/1. As soon as you sign up it vanishes, replaced by odds of 1/100! Withdrawn my deposit immediately and will never use them again on point of principle.

Would give one star if possiblePlaced a small bet, won, tried to withdraw the winnings and money never came through so tried to log into my account to have it say my account was suspendedLogged onto a chat with their customer service who wanted all sorts of information including ID and bank statements. This was not stated at the start and this screams fraud. When asked to just refund my original bet they refused. When asked if one of everything they requested was fine. They also refused and stated they required all.
