All of the one star reviews made me skeptical about my withdrawal, however, yesterday I withdrew 630 from a 25 deposit and today (less than 12 hours later) the money is in my bank. I provided a picture of the debit card and a picture of my passport and that was it. No issues at all.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. This has been going on for weeks now. I have a question about a transaction but 3 weeks later NO ANSWER. I have phoned how many times i’ve lost count.It’s a very simple question that nobody bothers to answer.Please do not gamble here if you do they will try and riggle out of paying you with questions just to delay/not pay.They work in an office with many operators but no managers??They through you off the site when they feel like it. Stay as far away from this site as you can. It’s one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it’s impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!Further it’s impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.This is the worst betting site there is and should be taken down.

A sister site of Prime Slots have been waiting for a response for over 6 days regarding a technical fault that is across all their sites. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they havent followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but thats just me.

Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them it’s been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no we’re to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and it’s over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

I had requested withdrawal and it’s over 5 working days and money not in my account. Had provided bank statement and and been told to wait more and support can’t advise how long it will take. Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I’ve not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it’s just kind of hard to be too positive

Again like others I am being denied my winnings because of self exclusion from WH or Green. They let you set up an account , multiple deposits and play for hours….

My account was closed almost 2 years ago because the ID and verification crap they were over the top with wasn't enough I just gave up. I got into gambling again to kill some time and tried to contact them to re-open the account recently. No response. Totally ignored. Twice. At no point in the first conversations nor the second attempts was the account ever deemed permanently locked nor was there any argument. If it's this bad verifying an account I can only imagine how much worse it would be if you win a decent amount with them

Stay away from this gambling site. 13 days ago I won a substantial amount of money. They let me withdraw and they have left it as pending on the site and then blocked my account. The only way you can speak to someone is threw live chat. They asked me to send relevant ID which is fine but I ended up sending it four times as you can’t speak to the same person on chat all the time which is very annoying. Now they are saying they are doing extra checks and my money is with the relevant department. That’s a joke they’ve been saying that for days. They said they are checking for money laundering again just another delay tactic I don’t think the have any intention of paying me out. As of 10 minutes ago I have contacted a solicitor. I’m willing to go to court and the papers if this does not get resolved shortly. How do people like this sleep at night. They were fine to take my money but will not pay out.

Redbet’s HQ is 85 St John Street, Valletta. I had read all about this address in the Panama Papers coverage but unfortunately didn’t make the connection. Pity!
