Unless you use online gambling sites this may sound confusing. But if you do listen up. I placed a bet builder on a football match (England v Denmark to be precise). A few minutes later I placed a win bet on a greyhound. The dog won but the bet was not settled. When I checked my open bet it showed that I had placed a bet builder x 2 lol, how on earth can a single bet to win be classed as a bet builder along side a four leg football bet builder! I spent one hour on chat trying to explain to an agent but to no avail. Sometimes we just get turned over even though we are correct

I placed a bet on virtual racing 9/2 fav. It won the race, and straight after the screen behind the counter said, result pending, it took 48 hours to get a reaction from the staff, and I was told the horse that I had backed came last. I had stood in front of the screen and watched the race and it came on the screen the result. 1st number 6 , 9/2 fav. yet I never got a penny back for my 40 quid e/w bet. There must have been other people backed in this race that had the same problem. This paddy power bookmakers cheating people out of there good earned money.

Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Underhand. Used PP for years, had the odd issue, but this time it just takes the biscuit. EW bet turned to a Win bet due to a late NR, but no communication from PP so I was none the wiser having placed my bet well in advance. My horse came 2nd (so was placed) but due to late rule 4 change I lost my bet (even though it was an EW bet). Zero communication from PP, and all the chat agent quotes is the T&C’s. Shocking customer service. Not surprised they make so much money, probably mostly from raking it in through late NR changes and PP not giving you the option to take your stake back or amend your bet. As a result, I’ve withdrawn my balance and will never us PP again.

Don’t understand all the complaints. Iv been using them for a long time and have won over 1000s and always pays out..loads of gaming choices.. I love it!! Had a issue withdrawing my large win as I had a new card and as the last 1 deposited the most it has to go there as it was more than I deposited on my new card. Got onto live chat and uploaded a bank statement showing deposits of my old card and they deleted it. Money has now been with drawn to new card. 5star all the way!!

So tried to simply change a detail in my name (which Bet365 did in minutes) – then went through an horrific ‘help’ experience that the two ronnies would be proud of. Ajay didn’t have a clue, had no grasp of the english language, constantly asked the same questions after being given the answer the first time and so after an hour of smashing my head against a brick wall simply closed the account. Train their Chat Moderators on how to recognise and deal with inappropriate chat room jokes! Today after a week of opening an account with Paddy Power Bingo online, I had to close the account! I deposited £100 last week from my bank account I won £250 I tried to withdraw £200 and it would not let me . I enquired on the only available communication that’s possible ‘ it’s called live chat , no emails allowed no phone calls allowed ( very strange) so no customer service very poor from paddypower I’ve been gambling with them for about 8 years on and off .my previous account was compromised about 4weeks ago so had to get a new card the problem is paddypower want to put my money into my old account which is redundant very strange , I’ve been on live chat 5 times now and they keep reiterating the same crap every time that I need my old account. A simple addition of a new bank card to my paddypower.com account resulted in all my winnings being confiscated by paddypower.com. My old bank account was transferred to a new account, which required me to update my payment details on paddypower.com. I was requested to make a deposit from my new bank account, which was successful, but instead of being verified again, I was suspended. I was asked to provided statements from a closed bank account to reinstate my account, which paddypower.com know is impossible. I managed to retrieve all my deposited money back after 1hr 15mins on a chat, but lost all winnings. They know exactly what they are doing here. Terms and conditions were thrust in my face will no offer to help. When I asked to speak to a person on the phone to discuss, I was ignored. DO NOT SIGN UP. How can we report this to government. They are legit scams. I know they must have done something to the system to make player lose like this.
