Don’t touch these. These used to be my go to for games but getting a feature is like rocking horse droppings now. Getting a win worth withdrawing is almost impossible. Plus the new system of deposit limits should be illegal, if you withdraw now it’s adds on to your limit allowing you to put it back in to lose.

Had an issue with a free bet that took money from my account, messaged via website and Aryan sorted and refunded within 10. Excellent customer service and very helpfully dealt with. Very happy with my experience and absolutely no trouble at all 👍🏻

Really bad they are doing the usual collecting money for Christmas by rigging the payouts on machines even if you hit a bonus in £2 you get less that what you put in. Once you get addicted they change the odds of winning as usual.

Absolutely crooked cheating bastrds, Played 13 hand bloody blackjack, drew1, won nil. Dealer had 5 blackjack out of 6 bloody hands, 1 hand I doubled up from £16 to £32, I got 21, dealer turns over blackjack, such cheating Crooked cards on a big scale..then played bloody slingo space invaders, staked nearly £70, as only wanted 1 number, but on 5 occasions wild came in and dropped down, now rigging the bloody Reels as well.got top round, I thought it was £40, plus x20 stake, 40x stake and 50 x stake, with 5 lives, for every one you hit, total win bloody £18.10,as top payout was only £10,not £40+, I would never have carried on staking this amount if I had known, very misleading as it clearly say 40. Cheating bastrds. Lost over £140 in total. Enough is enough, hope they get licence removed,

I’ve only just started and got a message today that they won’t be giving me any promotions. Someone somewhere in their department picks accounts they want to strip from all offers , they literally pick on them and they decide to take the offers from them. I haven’t won hardly anything here, quite the opposite. What can it be apart from greed?Moreover, they don’t want you to reply to their email as in the field “reply to” they put an address no-reply, which doesn’t even exist. Simply this says that they don’t care about their customers. So, I would suggest to avoid.

Awful! I actually saw the slots moving weirdly in order to avoid the bonus twice! You see it will land on the bonus clearly and then moves unexpectedly! Avoid! Never managed to have a good payout as well!

Advertise a money back race 30 minutes before the race, bet placed and horse finishes 3rd.No free bet granted as non runners in race but will not honour free bet, so much for super Paddy Power.Avoid like the plague, their Automated customer service page is rubbish and their staff less than helpful.

I really liked their site for layout etc but they wanted a ‘chat with me’. I attempted 5 times to get this chat but either the staff weren’t available or I had to wait so long I was timed out. Once I was asked three times to start another chat. When I got through it was obvious they wanted to prove that I could not afford to gamble. Despite me advising them that I was more than able to gamble they kept coming back with even more, for example, in 12 months I had put my pin number in twice incorrectly when making a deposit, this they assumed meant that I had no funds in my account. I cancelled my account and advise anybody who likes a little dip to either only use them once a week or only spend a few pounds each visit. It was the oddest customer service experience I have ever been involved with. Just to justify my reaction I usually have some 10k in my current account and more than 1m invested, their loss.

Firstly they only pay 1/5 of the odds for EW bet then they cheat you out of the price if it comes in at higher odds.I will be going with a different bookies now.

I usually ignore negative reviews on gaming as it’s very easy to give a bad review when you’re losing but I do wish I had read the reviews here regarding this site! They really are the worst site I have come across and treat customers appallingly. You have no way of contacting them except via chat which is quite honestly the rudest and most customer unfriendly experience you will have. You are intentionally ignored and continuously disconnected on purpose. How they are allowed to operate with such little to no actual customer service is amazing. While you’re depositing you’ll be fine but believe me if you have an issue, and you will, you’re on your own. On top of that, they requested docs to verify which were sent via secure site link then wanted them again via chat and then wanted a video of me holding the docs again via unsecured chat … really! Is that even legal

Would rate 0 but no facility to do so , played 67 hands here and dealt the worst hands 65/67, its rigged tf ! Folded most hands and would have one 3/65 with a 3 2 off but folded and a AA but folded!. i won BB with a 6 7 off as no action from BB and then again with 9 1 off from BB with no action.From observations with other player on table your best all in with the worst hand ! (you get paid everytime) but as a decent player who just wouldnt invest in a poor hand period! your doomed unless playing the lucky donkey approach.After some research this 1/3 companys all operating with same algorithm’s . Would do 0 star if could been playing here now for a couple years depositing quite a substantial amount over the time.I have had 1 big win here on the sports off my own accumulator but I mainly play spins and have not had nothing decent. The reason I am writing this Review is Iv been playing big bash splash and Christmas bash only for a couple weeks and got the bonus on both games what paid a stupid £3 something on both but kept playing for about a week with £40 deposits because of my limit and today got 5 scatters on big bash splash what gives you 20 free spins and it didn’t even make it to level 2 (2x) and paid a poxy £6 off 20 spins absolutely ridiculous and waste of time. I have been using paddy power two months. Customer Service is not good at all. If questioning about their fraudulent actions(especially they interchange the teams point), they will suspend the account saying you are addictive! Beware! The points they are showing on the app is different than the real results, once you find out they will suspend your account🤐

Bunch of cheaters!!!! The give offer for new customers 50/1 odds. I open account, after puting a bet on the game they give 50/1 stake, I get 1.73. When I ask where is my 50/1 they told me I did pay money from apple pay not by card and I don’t qualify. I deleted account with them and don’t want to deal with them anymore!!!

Misleading website.. long term occasional customer.. spotted that now need to opt in to get best odds guaranteed.. opt in.. site says your opted in.. bet wins but they don’t pay at best odds.. Small print states that only counts from next day.. If so then site shouldn’t say opted in until you actually are..Dodgy dodgy.. closed account and would recommend avoiding
