Paddy Power Review

From my experience, I can assure everyone that paddy power is a fraud company. They are in the market just to loot money from the people on the name of entertainment. If you loose they will take your money but if you win they can change odds to your bet whenever they want stating that the odds presented were a mistake from their traders. Last year, I lost 1000’s of euros on paddy power and till then everything was working fine but the moment I win a bet of approximately 2500 € they told me the odds presented were a mistake. Then when I complained they block my account forbidding me to withdraw the money that I deposited. I have been complaining about this for months and they just ignore everything. I had the screenshots to prove that they changed the odds of my bet.I just wonder, if a company like this can’t afford to pay 2500 € how will they pay millions of euros to someone if they win. Everything that you see online that someone one big money from paddy power is just a fraud promotion.

Terrible misleading BOG offers.Accept odds change button doesn’t get honoured.Put a bet on at 11/4, didn’t take price. Horse won at 100/30 and they wouldn’t payout at 100/30.Spent over an hour on chat but they wouldn’t bend.Very misleading and confusing rules..bit of a joke for a company this size..will never use them again

I gave Mariah 10/10 on the Paddy Power survey response as Marian’s answers were prompt, professional and she offered me goodwill for a bet I had claimed correctly but then not processed correctly but she could see it was a genuine error and misunderstanding. I like Paddy Power a lot, the only betting site that I use, but they have let me down previously with similar claims where it felt unjust, to the point now where I screenshot every bonus/award claimed, but Mariah has restored my faith in PP for doing the right thing when asked. Awarded 4 out of 5 here because I had to repeat myself 4 or 5 times to the ‘Bot’ that first answered my query, that was frustrating…

PP lucky wheel is a complete joke, if you are lucky you win a 10c scratch card. Really if you are lucky. Paddy power bonuses are the worst compared to all other online casinos I’ve used and still use. A great part games are pp exclusives and are not great to be honest they feel cheap and don’t give you the feeling that you are playing a fair game. A BIG WARNING… Few days ago it was on the news that PP was brought before the courts because they refused to pay winnings (obviously the higher winning of above 10k)… It turns out that they can refuse to pay any winning at any given time and there’s nothing you can do about it even if you spend another 100k to take them to court you will end up with great losses as it’s all in the small prints… So forget about PP how higher jackpots, don’t even look at them because first of all we can’t tell for sure that they are won by real actual customers accounts, secondly PP will not pay it. They screwed up customers over 20k , imagine if they are going to pay out jackpots over 100k.The only good thing I can say about PP is that they recently introduced a feature that shows you your true balance of the past year.

Had a great experience with Paddy Power today, the agent spent time going through the safer gambling tools and service they provide, I never felt rushed and I was very happy withe the over knowledge of the agent(John), would thoroughly recommend Paddy power.Fredmack

Don’t use they come out with silly rule when using app you have to opt in to get best odds my horse came in at 11-1 they paid 6-1its like going to restaurant and having inferior meal because you didn’t opt in for best one doesn’t make sense loyal customer for now going to coral bog

Tried withdrawing so that I can put another £10 in to activate the second bonus. Only to have the account closed with no reason. Paddypower the gambling site that loves win you lose. Closes your account if you win.

Paddy Power oofer the best foot bets & promotions in my opinion. Their Bet Builder is the best of any betting site. If a player goes of before halftime they will void tht selection & keep your bet alive. They regularly give price boosts & free bets if you have been placing bets throughout the week. They have fun games like beat the drop which can be entered free. Also they offer good deals & promotions on their Horse Racing. For Golf majors they offer 12 places each way which is amongst the best of any bookies. Never had a real issue but i recently had a query regarding beat the drop & i was very happy how it was resolved. Great deals on Cheltenham races too. All in all these reasons have made Paddy Power become my favourite bookies.

complaints procedure is appaling,took a hour get getting left on hold and would not correct the bet ,tried again in the morning bit quicker but kept saying because the settlers have settled it they cannot change the result.so i have withdrawn most of my money and will bet with bet365 from now on.the bet was only for a £1betbut its clear they dont give a toss about there loyal customers.sid not put them down for micky mouse outfit but there you go

The late shift staff an Indian man at Canary Wharf branch E14 .was very rude and arrogant to all the customers, turning off all TV screen and telling every customers to leave the shop at 9.40pm . the actual Closing time is 10pm . And always short change with all winning bets .will never go to Paddy power retail shops anymore.

Normally reaching out to customer service is a pain, as I’m sure we all can agree, but Vishal absolutely nailed it for me this eve. I had a pain withdrawing some funds as there was an old card attached to my account which I couldn’t remove. I don’t win any money really – maybe a few qui here and there – but I use Paddy Power for entertainment and only spend what I can afford to lose. I have only ever had one issue that I needed to use customer service for and it was dealt with nicely and quickly. I see a majority of 1 star reviews and based on my experience, I don’t get that.

System for complaints is totally incompetent. So far have wasted over 2 hrs trying to talk to someone about my issue. Finally received an email which was referring to the WRONG BET. So I had to start whole process again because I could not reply to the email. They were given the correct Bet ref no on 5 sep occasions and looked at the wrong bet. I don’t know if this is accidental or a deliberate policy to make me so frustrated that I give up and do not chase the issue.

Always reasonable and helpful with good bet offers and free bets. Odds are competitive to. Only think they do need to do is give you the 2 goal payout on accumulated footy bets not just singles 👍

Hi everyone, been with paddy power for years but NO MORE. i had a bet on wed 27th in running & won £418 for £44 stake.. of course an hour after told on my account i was MINUS £272 & TOOK my £100 & odd balance also!!!!… 24 hours later altered my balance to ZERO!!!!… he settled on taking my balance of £100 odd.. because he can???… this is a true happening & he is a BAD LOSER.. of course they will blame a ( computer glitch) & the punter has no where to… thats his thank you to me ( stealing over a £100 ) for years & years of loyalty!!!!! Enough is Enough. Just plated slingo elf, staked over £116, on 1 effing game, staked over £95, trying to get 1 effing number, but didn’t come in. Of the app is really good an agent (actual human) reply to you within 2 mins usually .. friendly and polite staff and theu do try there best to resolve any issues you got .

Honest review: good portal for playing. Cheating Crooked bastrds. Just played crooked bloody blackjack, lost £128, drew 2, won nil, , got 21, dealer had blackjack, doubled up on £16, got 20, dealer got 21 in 5 effing cards, not once bloody twice. Lost 8 hands in a bloody row, then 6 in a row, yet again dodgy bloody cards, enough is enough, closing account. I don’t mind losing thats the chance I take but when I keep getting mugged on this crooked site, this is why its crooked and fixed. Signed up for an offer to deposit £10, play £10 on bingo to qualify for 40 free spins and £40 bobbins across slots and bingo. I done the qualifying things and then looked to get my bonuses but it showed as 50% complete and I’d need to deposit another £10. I contacted support who told me that as I’d used my debit card through Apple pay that it didn’t count. I checked and whilst it does say you need to fund with a debit card (which my Applepay is) it does not state that using Applepay will do you getting the bonus. Absolute scam.
