Paid £30 to my PP account via Worldplay, 22.4.24. It apparently didnt reach PP. Have had endless hours over many different days at online help with them to no avail. Goes round in circles, utter rubbish. They wanted my bank statement, i gave them it. They said they would need to pass it onto the resolution dept. Got an email back later stating I could not reply to it but could go online again to the online query line, and so it continues. Thankfully it was only £30 Ive lost. My bank confirmed it has been sent so cant get any help there. I will never us PP again thats for sure!!

This is crazy. My account was verified yesterday and today I got an email saying my account was closed. I didn’t even put a single bet on. 😡😡 And customers service agents have no idea as to why the account was closed and this is unethical.

I had issues with some hackers who fraudulently authorised payments from my account to the paddy power website.I had a chat with the customer service agent who re assured me that the account was under suspension and the case would be reviewed and dealt with as a matter of urgency.this gave me a sign of relief and reassurance that the merchant was a reliable and good merchant .I wasn’t expecting them to communicate to me in that manner has I have heard lots of beting companies are very bad in communicating but was different case with paddy power.

Extremely disappointed with Paddy Power!! After opening an account yesterday05/06/2024 and deposited money into it on the same day, as i tried to log in this morning the msg came through saying “you are unable to log in as your accouint was Closed “.Very strange indeed that the money was taken from my acc and then with NO explanation – my acc was Closed .Spend a lot of time with Teh chat with No joy and tried once again only to come accross River-frey Lady who tried to help . After a disastrous experience on the chat line where I unfortunately mentioned I had just been in hospital for cancer surgery and was then asked to prove that I was capable of responsibly placing a bet.It seems they anyone looking at my account history could answer that.I suddenly found myself having to answer questions on my income after tax and other very personal questions.At this point I asked to close the account.PP I suggest If you want this sort of information that you should ask it when you apply for an account I am now waiting for PP to return my balance and I suggest that a simple phone help line would have sorted this disastrous episode at an early stage Please refund my account balance

There should be a way to give no stars or a minus figure.AVOID Paddy Power!!! They are happy to take your money but when you win they will not pay out. I recently won a few thousand pounds but they will not allow me to withdraw the money.

It’s a pity you don’t get to give them minus stars as they are absolutely useless I have had several issues with their website but do they fix it NO!!! today I tried to put an e/w bet on a 66/1 horse at a race meeting in Ireland the bet was £3.50 e/w £7 in total but would not allow it a message came up maximum bet for this horse is £2.06p e/w which is absolutely ridiculous definitely a sign of a a rotten corrupt bookie I honestly cannot understand how they can actually call themselves a bookie ( Big Joke ) and I do not know how anyone else has been able to contact them as I find it impossible but firstly the should get their website working properly I would change but really they are all the same all the want is your money and as one person reviewed do not play their slot machines they are definitely all rigged I played £1 a play up to £50 and only won two small wins I don’t usually play machines as they are all rigged against the players and only one person wins and that is the person who is running them.But really paddy power get your finger out and start being a proper bookie.

Hey, everybody. £124.60 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. As my account was suspended I decided to postpone the process and forgot about my account and verification. after a while £124.60 was debited from my account in an unknown direction. In chat to my questions I was only given a reference number 01810567 and the answer will be by email. 3 weeks have passed and no answer. Do not make deposits to this scam company. They do not pay out winnings for several reasons: 1. You will upload documents, you will be closed your account by the business decision of the company. all winnings will be cancelled, the deposit may not be returned2. In chat you will never get help, only tickets on appeal, then complete ignoring. 3. there is no communication in the company with competent people, only operators in chat, which will not solve your problems. On february 2nd 2024 I created my account, played once and I won 10 euro. my account is suspended since then. Now is may 22nd and in the past months I have sent multiple times the documents needed but they did not resume my account yet. Their help centre is a total scam, they have the virtual bot assistance that is very and their real assistance staff is even worse, they schedule a callback to solve the problem but nobody has called me back. This loop happened 5 times and I’m so sick of this. It’s not for the money because is a small amount but dont’t trust them, they just want to stole your money. Worst experience ever.
