Please save yourself a lot of stress and frustration. All started well with Kwiff (initial 3 months) but be very aware you will receive little warning for extensive requests for ID and financial information. I appreciate some bookies ask for similar but most less. But be warned if you try to withdraw any funds in the 7 days ‘grace’ I was ‘offered’ to provide this information before they would close my account… you will be blocked. However, very tellingly you can make as many deposits as your account settings allow???? Incidentally in their request for information email no mention of withdrawal blocks are mentioned, or still being allowed to deposit for that matter within the 7 day notice. I know it’s hard to find a good bookie but Kwiff isn’t it in my opinion. Stick with bookies who are clear what documents you need to provide from the onset and don’t withhold winnings but still allow deposits as Kwiff do.

In play seems to take a long time to load odds and accept. Other than that, a very good site.

Placed a bet on corners which ‘won’ according to BBC, Livescore.com, Flashscore.com and watching the full 90 mins myself. Kwiff Settled as lost and advised that it hadn’t won from their official data feed. Immediately closed my account. Chat help tried to justify by sending me a link to Sofascore.com for an entirely different game.

The kwiffed supercharged bets are really good amd some of the best boosts you’ll get anywhere. Only downsides are the surprise bets are relatively pointless as either pay out almost nothing or are ridiculously hard. The wait for your winnings to go into your bank varies sometimes instantly and other times a full day wait. Which is frustrating

I decided to join last month just to try a few games and from that time nothing but great experience on the site. nice layout, fast payouts, plenty of sports bets and games as well. Already withdrew back to my bank account without any issues or delays quite a few times. Really enjoyable experience overall and highly recommended. Also the sports bets have very competitive odds!!

I think its abit slow and its not simple like other betting sites to find certain teams to bet on. Also I didnt get my acca sheild money back, was told someone would be intouch with me on the Monday and they was nothing.The supercharge is good though if you get to win your bet.

I’m really not getting these bad reviews you must be doing something wrong or documents are not right.i have been paid out multiple times from this site I am over 500 pound up now and every withdrawal as been put in to my account..if I could I would put the withdraw on here to show them ..Big bass is amazing on this site bonus after bonus only 1 time I deposited and didn’t bonus other than that 1 I have had a bonus of every deposit.. I don’t no why all the bad reviews for this site ..I only had the site for 3 days now .I played Big bass and multiple bonus and the game play is mint compared to some of the other sites out there can’t talk for everyone’s experience but mine as been really good .and the comments about the pay outs ..I made my first withdrawal and had no problems what so ever took about 5 hours and was in my account I’m waiting for 2 more withdrawals now so will update them .but I am more than happy up to yet with the service. I am up 300 after putting 80 on and winning 380 very good company from my experience

Please do not go anywhere near this site if you have any sense. There are plenty of others out there to use. In all my days of online gambling I have never come across a site who make it so difficult to make a withdrawal. They were fine taking deposits from a third party account but when it came to making a withdrawal guess what!!! Yes they use there Terms and conditions clause to not pay out even though they have received a letter of authorisation from the card holder saying it is acceptable. Please stay away as far as possible from this site.

At this point i dont care about my account being closed, i had withdraw 180 more than 48hrs ago and yet ive only received 140 of it. I had even shown them proof i hadnt received it proving i only got 140 and they still havent got back to me. I was told up to 48hrs to get an email back its now been 50hrs and im still yet to receive one. Ive only had this account for less than 2 weeks and already NUMEROUS problems.

It’s been almost 2 days since I requested my withdrawal and it’s still showing as pending – they haven’t even processed it to my bank – even though my account is fully verified. I’ve not heard anything from the company to explain the delay. It’s a shame because I really like the concept of having the bets “Kwiffed” I had a bet increased to over 250/1 which subsequently won. This could easily have been 5 Stars.

Disgraceful company and how they get a rating of 3.8 is beyond me as i believe they get people to put positive reviews about them.In short stay as far away as possible from this company and do not deposit one penny with them as they a frauds and thieves.I have used many gambling sites but in all my years i have never seen the requests that this company makes for verification. Letter of Authority??? what is that all about!! At the end of the day it is gambling you deposit money and take the risk but with Kwiff they have no risk as they just keep your funds!!!

Really enjoy this casino, easy to navigate and great selection of games.They don’t seem to offer many goodwill spins, bonuses or rewards etc even for consistant depositors which is a bit disappointing compared to others as it’s nice to be nice but otherwise happy so far.

Absolute joke! soon as i win some money and withdraw it suddenly my account gets blocked and refusing to give me my money! This has happened to a few people i know aswell, please reply and help me sort this because its a joke. i also have proof that i am owed this money also. Not many offers for existing customers but its nice that they supercharge the odds on some bets. Gives you a much nicer return on smaller wages ??Would prefer some more betting outcomes on mma fixtures though.

Now this account really impressed me at first, so different to other sites. The boosting of odds and general site layout I could not fault. Strongly advise against anyone trusting Kwiff Casino. This casino was more than happy to accept deposits made over a period of up to 2 months. When i processed a withdrawal after winning – i contacted them after a number of days as my withdrawal remained in a ‘processing’ status. To my disbelief a day later when trying to login to the kwiff casino I was unable to – with a message ‘this account has been closed’. The account had not been closed by me. So goes without saying the account must have been closed by kwiff. Kwiff casino is great for anyone who deems the opportunity to ever win and be paid out as unimportant. AVOID

now i actually think this site is really good and i like the excitement of potentially getting massive odds on a bet that’s very likely to come in so no complaints there also the customer service are nice even when i was getting frustrated, i am unhappy but i understand why they have to do it so thats why i wont go below 5 stars, the verification process is tedious, im still waiting for my withdrawal of 230 after sending in all my docs which i hope are fine so i dont need to be going back and forth with them, overall a great site, just want my money! 😉

App is clean and the Kwiff experience adds fun to the idea of placing a bet. Not being able to add a new card or remove old cards is really strange. Only being able to withdraw certain amounts means the withdrawal process is arduous.UPDATE: Helpful live chat, had to send a lot of documentation just to have an old card removed that allowed full withdrawal.
