I’ve been using betting sites for about a decade, and I can confidently say that Kwiff is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For nearly two weeks, I’ve been stuck in a frustrating and unnecessary verification process just to access my own withdrawals.Despite providing all required documents and having them verified, Kwiff has resorted to stalling tactics—ignoring emails, asking irrelevant questions, and deliberately making it impossible to withdraw funds. They even questioned how I get to work and why my residential address is far from my workplace, despite me clearly stating I had changed jobs and providing my P45 as proof.Their customer service has now stopped responding altogether. They repeatedly send automated messages instructing me to upload a document, but when I try, the platform tells me to reply via email—which I have done for over 96 hours with no response. Their auto-replies claim they respond within 48 hours, yet they previously replied within 24 hours—until they ran out of excuses to block my verification. Now, they’ve simply gone silent to avoid processing my withdrawal.I also know at least two other people facing the exact same issue. This isn’t just incompetence; it’s deliberate obstruction. A betting company that actively tries to prevent verified users from withdrawing their winnings should not exist. While their betting platform may seem functional, their service beyond that is beyond unacceptable.

Excellent selection of games. Was a bit of a slow start but the wins started coming in. I withdrew £320 and it was in my account within 24 hours which is fairly standard withdrawal times. I have since withdrew another £1200 however as I am a fairly new customer they have asked for identification which is completely normal for any betting site/casino. I have had a positive experience so far, customer service is also really quick to deal with any queries or problems you may have.

This site altogether had had 9800. On 2 pound spin. Without a win over 18 quid. Impossible to win. And iv bow reported with footage. To gambling commission. As they Rob people. And report honest reviews. To get them removed. Stay well clear from this money grabbing site. This is 100 percent truthfully genuine review. Also guys. If you withdraw any money they make you jump threw hoops with every form of I.d a man can own. And plus some. Just to get your withdrawal. And when u do process all these million documents. They take weeks. Of refusing everything. Jut to try and stop you withdrawing. Even if your nearly 10 000 down. Joke of a site. Do not. Play here. I promise. There’s not a site out there. Awful experience at Kwiff. I have had my account frozen for over 6 months and not been able to withdraw my funds despite providing all required documents 3 times. I then made an official complaint over 4 months ago and have still not received a proper response or received my funds. I am just repeatedly asked for the same documents by each person I speak to despite providing them each time. Hopefully this review serves as a warning for anyone thinking of using this site.

Kwiffed odds are only good when chances of winning is very low. Also yes you do offer 10 free spins for a good review so don’t lie. And also you give me bad luck everytime I cash out my bet goes on to win and everytime I don’t cash out my bet loses, typical. Negative vibes from kwiff unfortunately.

Kwiff will hold onto your money, ask for ID documents and still hold onto your money even if you provide them with valid documents. They say they are licensed by the UKGC but they wont follow the guidelines on the UKGC website regarding ID documents. I am providing them my birth certificate (group 1 document), Bank statement (group 2b doucment) and YoungScot card/Saltire card, it has the PASS logo (group 2b). Which satisfies the requirements from the UKGC but Kwiff won’t accept them, there is nothing in their terms & conditions that can validate this decision by Kwiff.

signed up to Kwiff for their promotion, “Bet £10, Get £30.” I placed my free bet and won, but when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they removed my debit card from the account and refused to pay me. They claim the card is in a different name, but this is completely untrue – it is my card, the only one I own.I’ve sent them an email with clear photos of the card and proof that it belongs to me, but they are still refusing to process the withdrawal. Instead, they are now threatening to ban my account entirely.This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out legitimate winnings, and I’m extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I plan to escalate it to the UK Gambling Commission and IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service).I would strongly advise others to avoid Kwiff – in my experience, they are quick to take your money but make it nearly impossible to get your winnings.

ive been playing for around 4 years, deposits £6289.09. withdrawals £1051.98 basically not had a withdrawal in over a year, they didn’t email notification of a promotion so it expired i told them i didn’t get the promotion because of this, they said you should of asked us on chat, the point was i didn’t get the spins and they expired becuase i wasnt of any understanding what game to play or even if they was credited, becuase i had no notification of the promotion spins, they said you should of asked us on chat, they didnt credit me with the spins even though i have deposited like 6k and been a loyal player this is my experience, they dont help you really and the promotions are not the best,the rtp is not great, there is better.

Rigged slots with terrible RTP. Used to be good. I won’t play here again. Lost £900 in a matter of 5 days. Allowed to keep depositing no staff members to check. at 50p spins each £30 deposit lasted about 5 minutes. Especially the tome of Madness game almost never bonused. Lines which normally match were not giving wins. And no voids were joining so it was virtually impossible to get a result. I will be self excluding, sorry.

“getting kwiffed is a bonus” no, that’s like saying Tesco clubcard price is a bonus. Kwiff have the worst odds possible that’s how they can afford to kwiff your bets, also my friend is unable to withdraw from kwiff because he won’t give them a passport or driver’s license… But he offered to provide youngscot card and they refuse. Kwiff use fake 5 star reviews. Nearly every account that has given them a 5 star review has already given them a 5 star review like 5 other times on the same account.Kwiff need to do this because they get so many 1 star reviews because they are a scamming company. They wont accept my young scot card (government accepted id) along with my birth certificate to withdraw my measly amount of money not even £50.

Fantastic site. Not always best odds but the kwiffs can be a big difference. Haven’t had issues with any payouts. Sometimes might take 12 hours but they always pay.

Youd expect it to be thousands) until I give them documents. They have now closed my account, I have emailed them to put in a formal Complaint.Update: they are refusing to accept my Youngscot Card, birth certificate and bankstatement as accepted documents, so I am forced to go to eCOGRA to get my withdrawals
