Clicked through a link to sign up to use 30 quid free bet, then was told I couldn't deposit yet because I hadn't been verified and I was told to await an email confirming the verification being completed. No email arrived, revisited the site to make a deposit and was told it was too late and I didn't sign up for the free bet anyway. Tiptop stuff.

The chat bot wasn’t overly intrusive at the beginning and passed me on to human support quickly.Sinegugu Mkhonde arrived to the chat promptly after hardly any wait at all and was polite while also direct and to the point. This allowed for my issue to be resolved immediately with no issues.

Honestly just had a great experience this morning playing on this casino I lost my initial deposit yesterday got some free spins today didn't win a great amount but withdrawal was almost instant, to begin with I was wary of signing up because of the bad reviews on here but don't let them fool you, clearly some gamblers have an axe to grind against this casino for some reason or another. Met the wagering but no spins credited, when spoke to the customer service had me on hold for 20 minutes and then said I did not qualify which I cannot understand how. Made a withdrawal request at 11:20 only for £40, still in new status. Seeing a lot of people on here saying the withdrawals are sent swiftly but these must be robots because this is not the case. Overall negative experience, don't have promotions available if you are not going to honour them. Won't be using again and wouldn't advise anyone to use, shame as it has some great games on offer also.Mark K

However, despite being a customer for a long while and staking significant sums of money, there are zero free bets or loyalty bonuses ever provided. Genuinely is the worst in the market for this, so you will get better value from any other provider.
