I am so ragging and upset with this Genting Casino can anyone advise, or help me understand, I have hit a big win which was nearly 74.000 Pound, I have tried to withdraw my winning or even small amount, they said my account needs verification, which is I don't get it,cause I have withdrawn before ,and sent them their own confirmation email of my withdrawal, but still asking me to upload the documents again and again, uploaded as requested and still telling me its duplicate documents,I decided to spend it all,and leave 1 pence ? on my balance, the funny thing and at the same time its not right for safer gambling, they let me keep spending the total amount of 74.000 without any interference nor blocking my account, eventhough I asked if I can speak to someone high,or have a call back, cause I win big ? money, but no-one got back to me or call me,I have all proofs and screenshot incase I need them, my question here ,can I claim against this business about the way they treated me and let me behave this way to lose it all and hating my self, I would have been very happy with this amount of money ? cause I win it fare and square, but they ignored me and shut me down, please advise if I can take my matter seriously further to stop them from doing what they do towards us as vulnerable customers, I am so sad and feeling depressed ? right now .

i have been self excluded from sister sites and also have gam stop against my name , i contacted the email address on the website to confirm ive got a gam stop against my name and also that ive been self excluded from sister sites however i was allowed to deposit still (190 worth . i was advised to send in details of gam stop which i did however when this was sent in they now want an email from gam stop , i logged into gam stop and sent screen shots of my information, ive emailed genting casino and not getting anything back now , i have raised this with gambling commission aswell

I love the quick and easy deposits, withdrawal is usually instant with my method of deposit ( and i mean instant), the few times it hasn't been instant, its been a few hours or the next day...I have just had a really unfortunate incident where Support messed up and i ended up losing quite a bit of winnings due to their mistake saying i had to wager my bonus before withdrawing... However, once it was explained fully and clearly they escalated it, looked into it for me, and i have indeed been given a refund...Most casinos would have simply brushed me off and not given me the funds im sure.... Genting handled it wonderfully, i'll be playing there instead of anywhere else now.

Absolute con, they let you deposit no problem but when you want to make a withdrawal they ask for documents, you upload the documents and wait for an email to say they are been verified, once you receive the email and try to withdraw, you still cant withdraw they still ask for the same documents that you have already sent and have already been verified, they ignore your emails and their live chat is a joke, its a machine and you type your message which they say they will respond within 6 hours but dont. Please do not waste your money on this site because they probably wont pay you out if you win. They will make you continuously keep logging in to see if you can withdraw until you lose your money. This is the worse site I have ever used. I deeply regret not reading the reviews on them before I was depositing.

Signed up to this site no wins for a while when I did win payout was the next day by 6am!I had already uploaded ID, driving license and picture of bank card with middle 8 number blanked out. Agree with others that the bonus added to account is annoying but cant fault their payouts

So, I won quite a large amount on roulette and requested a withdrawalyes I didnt receive any reply from email nor did I receive a reply from online chat. HOWEVER, the money landed in my paypal account in less than 36hours. To my knowledge, I have never received instant funds from online casinos the only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 was because I was unable to withdraw the full amount and went back and played a little and lost that haha! And the lack of replies, but overall not a bad experience.

I've never had any issues with the landbased casinos, however, Genting Online is ONE BIG SCAM. I repeat all the negative reviews in respect of Genting Online. The gameplay itself is fine, however, communication is non-existent, and you're not going to be able to withdraw your winnings. The active bonuses are also a SCAM as they lock in your real cash and again prevent legitimate withdrawal requests. We noticed same people in mostly asain Chinese philiopno stood watching both days then girls coming in going upto these men then going on machines I'm guessing what were hot because first 20 these girls were hitting bonuses straight away. Shocking to see and should be stopped. Because us that actually enjoy going to a casino and work for a living might as well give my bank card to these girls. Why does a casino allow this . We've been to many casino never ever seen this . Noone hanging around watching. Puts u off.

I approached CODE the club and their bouncers refused to help a 20 year old in danger. I walked up to the casino. Very scared. The men instantly made me feel welcome! They heard what the other doorman said they brought me in the warm and helped me and waited until my mum came and Ill happily be back!!!!

They're literally holding your withdrawal to ransom in hope you lose it. It's dirty delay tactics. I was asked by one member of staff to get cash out to join. Tried to rejoin the queue and was confronted by a member of staff. Asked them to let me get through to my gf and accused me if being drunk. Then grabbed me. Asked if it was a race thing and he grabbed me by the neck. Site staff had to intervene (poorly). Already a member and would not recommend these bullies.

Firstly, to try and put people's minds at ease slightly, I can confirm that you do EVENTUALLY get your withdrawal. However, it did take 28 days and numerous correspondence with the NOT SO live chat for me to see my two withdrawals in my bank account.As far as customer experience is concerned when it comes to the withdrawal process, this is by far the worst online casino company I have ever dealt with. Average reply time for the support chat is 3 to 4 working days, despite the current reply time stating a few hours and when you do eventually get a response, it is often rather unhelpful. Finally, when you email them with the various verification details they ask for, you do not get any confirmation that they have received them. You just have to assume the email was delivered.My experience with the rest of the website was actually quite good and the live blackjack, which is all I played, was also very good. Unfortunately however, my experience with the withdrawal process is why I cannot leave any more than the one star and will not be returning to Genting Casino!

Don’t know if it’s even worth writing about this as I have pretty much experience what everyone else has on here, support team never respond, taking money out is like getting blood out of stone but depositing money easily done! They trap you deposit all play with emails and texts but when you need help getting that money out you beat believe they disappear. Clearly nothing is even being done about it

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week.
