I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swifts, 2 different bank accounts. You name it Ive tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. Ive given various documents, which didnt get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. At least that way I won’t have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino’s to open again in your area. Because I made a typo while making my account, my entire account got suspended after 2 years when I only wanted to withdraw my money. Ive been a 100% cooperative and even tried to came up with a solution. Bad customer service. Now I cant even log into my account and they have all my documents.

If I could give these a zero then I would. Please dont waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. Stay away from this gambling site. 13 days ago I won a substantial amount of money. They let me withdraw and they have left it as pending on the site and then blocked my account. The only way you can speak to someone is threw live chat. They asked me to send relevant ID which is fine but I ended up sending it four times as you cant speak to the same person on chat all the time which is very annoying. Now they are saying they are doing extra checks and my money is with the relevant department. Thats a joke theyve been saying that for days. They said they are checking for money laundering again just another delay tactic I dont think the have any intention of paying me out. As of 10 minutes ago I have contacted a solicitor. Im willing to go to court and the papers if this does not get resolved shortly. How do people like this sleep at night. They were fine to take my money but will not pay out.

I did eventually manage to withdraw my funds that I had legitimately won – after countless efforts and months – thankfully due to an anti-scam change in the law I was able to withdraw all my winnings. Redbet’s HQ is 85 St John Street, Valletta. I had read all about this address in the Panama Papers coverage but unfortunately didn’t make the connection. Pity! By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn’t access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way. When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this. I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.

Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn’t true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: “Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance”).Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. Was happy at first with fast withdrawals and best odds. After a couple of weeks I wanted to withdraw 100 (not even in front with them). All of a sudden I was asked for a security check and was asked to provide two photo I’d and another proof of address. I sent my passport, birth certificate, a council tax bill and my photo Id of my support workers badge. I was told I needed another photo Id of either driving license, military id or national id card! As I am not a driver I don’t have a driving license I’ve never been in the military and don’t have a national Id card. I explained this when I phoned their head office but to no avail. I offered to take a selfie there and then or go on video chat to Proove it is Me, but to no avail!
