Deposited and placed bets easily, as soon as I won a significant amount they requested all sorts, which they said was a random check, what a coincidence it was after I tried to withdraw. Sent it all through which of course takes 48hours for them to review, I sent through proof of address and I had it as address: number street name, town. City: City. They then said my address didn't match as they wanted it to say address: number street name. City: Town, City. This all took a while for them to acknowledge. Then after I thought that was everything, no, they wanted me to email them saying I was happy with my level of play, which again took time. Use other sites if you can, make you jump through a lot of hopes to withdrawl but of course can deposit without any issues.I did get my withdrawl eventually. Very frustrating when companies like this try to get out of paying out yet can deposit and place bets without issues and say its a random check,,,, no random checks when deposits, just when you win and try withdraw.

After spending on slots and at only 20p to 40p per go, realising I'd put 125 on and got 2 features for that amount of spins it's time to close the account as I don't mind losing but at least make it fair and give the punter some sort of enjoyment. Don't use Smarkets...if you start winning they will close your account...it is only my suspicion but i think the marginal exchanges are now starting to bet on their own exchanges to get more profit..and if they have shrewd punters who out bet them...they close those accounts. You wont find a more dishonest gaming company. They will hold on to your monies for days, then ask for documentation that has already been sent.Staff who are trying to get you to pay to profit personally. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSShould have their license revoked without question. I shut my account and my partners and they completely lied about the reason. Save yourself from stress and Hell, they will rob you blind, they all collude together to lie to cover each others back. I thought they were decent but what an error of judgement I made

Customer service are a joke. The app is appalling. Make sure and check their T&Cs. They dont mention theyre part of Bet Victor, until you ask about your joining bonus. AVOID.
