AVOID THIS SITE, I played one of there sites for a couple of months obviously losing and losing same game always and same numbers always, then finally have a nice win when my numbers hit quite big. Then instantly my account is restricted, I then get an email saying I’ve breached terms and conditions and my winnings are avoid. My accounts are now banned aswell, it’s really funny how I wasn’t in breach when I was losing all the time. They owe me a lot of money and I’m escalating it as far as I can.

Should have came here before opening account with these people.Simply put I made a small 10 pound deposit, which was supposed to activate a 30 pound free bet which never materialised.I placed a 10 pound bet winning 60 in return, I then placed a 20 pound bet and tried ro withdraw the remaining 40. That was last Saturday the 8th of April, 8 days later it still says on site the withdrawal is pending.Straight after I made withdrawal request they asked for I.D and photo of debit card, I sent both and since then I have heard nothing back from these crooks. Have emailed twice and tried to speak to someone on the supposedly live chat, don't waste your time there's no one there!I'm fortunate compared to others that it's such a small sum of money, but honestly it shouldn't matter if its 40 quid or 40 grand. It beggars belief these people are potentially stealing all their customers money and getting away with it.I'd urge everyone else in same boat who reads this to try resolver.co.uk they helped me out in the past with something not gambling related, I'm going to try get help from them again.Apologies for giving one star, it doesn't allow zeroJust wanted to update. Really,really bad site to go for. Customer service is appalling! They asked for all kinds of ID in a particular format. I met all their criteria and after 3 weeks they still havent paid out! having demanded proof of who i was i sent a bank statement/passport photo/driving licence.they took all deposits without question. i had a bit of luck and won. they would not pay me till i sent proof. what worries me now can what i sent to them be used for fraud/scams.and can i do something to be sure it wont happen.

Terrible company they want to see your entire life story and details before they give you a penny back, got no problem taking deposit's though I see love stalling your withdrawal for as long as possible the sign offer is dogs**t aswell you have to wager it customer service is dreadful aswell.

Anyone thinking of using them I would advise to avoid signing up. I luckily won my free bet and met all their free bet criteria. However, my withdrawal was at pending stage for 10 days with me thinking that it was just banking issues. Contacted them and they "claim" they sent me an email asking for ID verification the day after the withdrawal but I never received this. They are either lying and hoping I just forgot about the withdrawal or their email services are not working correctly. I received all their other emails so it seems a little suspicious that at the point of withdrawal this fails.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won 3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . I might as well give my hard earned cash to a random guy on a street. Thats what we are doing when gambling on these stupid sites. Just the thrill of chasing money.

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. Some can't even find themselves to look through a customers account. Lately I was even auto-reg'd for a tourney. It wasn't a feeder that auto regs and PP neither told me how it occurred nor refunded the ticket. This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don't think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I'll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company

Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma. I've never worked for a more racist company where white people get more advantage over ethnic minorities I can truly confirm that the shop in ossett west Yorkshire is totally racist there is a female manager along with other csm's that are racist.suspended for no apparent reason other than lending some money to a mate and I was accused of soliciting to 3rd party betting,bs!interviewed in such a bad manner by that racist manager that i ended up on long term sick leave.a lot of my customers have now left coral and prefer to go into BetFred and William hill which is on the high street where I used to work at coral,a total joke and heartache,occupational health team were very helpful whilst I was sick but i ended up resigning as they wanted me to attend the same meeting and I couldnt bear going through that again due to my illnessapart from that I can't say anything good about the company only one thing my manager in the batley is ACE,she is the best manager in the world apart from her everyone else can go stick it where the sun doesnt shine

So why are all the bonus emails about wager x on slots/casino to get buttons back.Its a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting 5 x5. My average unit stake is 100.Other sites regularly send me 50/100 free bets. Even the likes of PP and B365 issue weekly bonuses of 10. Ive decided until I get some recognition I am going to bet elsewhere (which is what I do most of the time).

They don't payout your withdrawals they leave them pending for months and every contact with customer support is the same we will raise your level request. Have had 2 withdrawals pending for over 6 months now and still getting nowhere. Put some money down the toilet you might at lease enjoy that trick. Scam avoid at all costs.
