Scammers avoid at all cost! I bet a long shot 2 touchdowns to a less likely receiver in the NFL. He scored one, then nearly scored a second with still a full half to play. My 5$ bet would’ve paid out 855$, so because they saw that it might pay off, they voided my bet. The most unethical betting site I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that they only voided it after he scored the first unlikely touchdown is just wrong. What’s the use of placing bets if they can just void it at any time... Well I’m going to expose them everywhere I can. I hope the 855$ was worth the tens of thousands you’ll lose once I expose your theft. Avoid at all costs, they’re scammers.

Spoke to 2 live chat people today to discuss why I wasn't paid out on a bet. First one was Christian who dropped out? 2nd one was Megan who said that she would get back to me within the hour after speaking to the sports traders, that was at 14:20 it's now 19:55 and I've still had no response.

They gave me a useless bonus that i did not want when depositing my first amount of money. Putting in 300 nok, i bet 300 nok. Then they split the bonus 50/50 for what i play. So had to contact customer service to remove the bonus. Why not let me choose when deposting if i want a scam bonus that i have to turn over 50 times? At this point i thought to just run away from the site and withdraw my money, this process wasextremly time consuming. This entire process of a small fun bet ended up taking hours from my day. I opened my account yesterday and added INR 200 for trial via Gpay but no point has been credited in my account (bank account debited). There is no option to raise a complain as for live chat it says, experiencing high volume (since 16 hours). Also, app is super slow on adroid.

First withdraw says complete but is now late arriving in my account. I have since received an email saying my withdraw method is not available. It states one of the methods available to use is visa. That is the method I am currently already using. The second withdraw has been stuck on processing for 3 days. If you can take money out my account in a matter of seconds I suspect you can put it back just as easily. Disappointed as I do actually enjoy the app and games.

I placed a bet on the San Diego Padres to win and after extra innings they did but o the winning selection part, after the match, it said I picked draw. Tried getting in contact with support but they kept telling me they di not see the bet and that it has been escalated. Kinda makes me regret not screenshotting the bet placed during the match because this isnt the first time. I'm afraid my money is long gone and that future Betway customers have a look at reviews before they join. I'll definitely be calling out betway and hoping for a resolution before I start rightfully dragging their name through the mud as much as I can.

I deposit through neybanking of 8000 Rs. same has been debited from my bank account but not received in my betway account. after contacting support team through online chat she said money not received to them and need to wait for min 45 minutes incase this will not received i will automatically get refunded to my account. look like a scam.

Surprised by the negative reviews on here.. won a good sum on a sport bet twice within days (one win was from a bonus for joining). Absolutely no trouble withdrawing and the winnings were in my account via PayPal in less than 24 hours. Customer service team have been really helpful twice and always get through to them really quickly, no long waiting periods. For me Betway are on the way to being one of the best online casinos I have used so far.

They see my post in trustpilot and the betway team contact me through mail ..iam very happy with them But My problem was not solved at....I send a my bank statement on last Friday.......but till now I didn't get any response from them, I contacted to customer support team...they told me that...your bank statement is successfully verified..........but we didn't get any update regarding your withdrawal, its still under process...... Hear...what I am frustrated about was the documents are verified...but they didn't send an email to me regarding account verification........ Sir please sir... transfer my funds as early as possible..........

Betway is a shameless liar. They locked my account for no reason! When I want to withdraw several thousand pounds, they ask me to provide all kinds of personal information about me, including my company, occupation, bank statement, etc. After I provided all the information they wanted, they locked my account. I don't know what they want to do with my personal information, they took my money like a robber! Never believe Betway, stay away from them! God will punish shameless people!

Don't say sh*** here Guys If you look carefully you will find that this is a real casino, if you win then not on every slot, but only randomly 99% of all scam casinos give you a winning streak and then you win on each machine until you reach a certain amount after that you lose again on all machines That is not right and pure fraud This does not appear to be the case with Betway There you should test different slots and if you are lucky you win on a slot but not on every slot The only point of criticism Withdrawals are taking too long otherwise you will have a fair and good experience in this casino el_locco

Almost one week passed out ..till now the money not reached to my betway account.... I contacted to customer care ....they suggested me that the operation team reviewing your account, please be patient..they will contact you. But , they never contacted me...again I send a mail to them They told me that please send a bank statement to verification team ..they will verify your bank statement and...send your funds to your bank account.....and their told I went to bank and took a bank statement and email to verification team After my I sent a mail to them...I received a mail from verification team ..that wait for 24 hours..your account is goes under to review process ...
