Scammers avoid at all cost! I bet a long shot 2 touchdowns to a less likely receiver in the NFL. He scored one, then nearly scored a second with still a full half to play. My 5$ bet would’ve paid out 855$, so because they saw that it might pay off, they voided my bet. The most unethical betting site I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that they only voided it after he scored the first unlikely touchdown is just wrong. What’s the use of placing bets if they can just void it at any time… Well I’m going to expose them everywhere I can. I hope the 855$ was worth the tens of thousands you’ll lose once I expose your theft. Avoid at all costs, they’re scammers.

Why so many bad reviews…is this a scam?
One and only problem I am having is the withdrawal time.most of time it takes 24-48 hours(bank transfer India) once you submit for withdrawal but this time it's already been almost 3 days I haven't got paid yet in my bank account despite the withdrawal status showing paid.

Few days ago I put some money on your website to play after when I went to check my credit card u guys took double payment from my Visa card but I approved only one time .. in history of my payments that day on my acc Betway there is the same time that u guys took money from my credit card at the same time the same hrs and min I took screen shot right away and contact you guys but wasn’t helpful ..I sent an email with pics of my statement and from mine betway account history payments time that was deposited was the same (the same hrs and min )how that can be possible but obviously only with u guys . I have contacted you guys Omer an email few times how I was told by the one of your customer services representative on line sent 100 times an email to u forward my emails but no replay from you guys ..tried to reach menager of shift and he locked my acc and said the fraudulent activity ( I didn’t lose my phone ) only fraudulent activity it’s coming from you guys when I deposited money first time 100.00 + second time 100.00 but on my history acc Betway showing that I made two times more payments at the same time hrs and min exact the same which it’s not possible …you didn’t reversed my payment but locked my acc and I will go further with u guys till I got my money back …that day you GUYS TOOK twice double payment from my acc instead 200.00 total you guys took 400 without my approved .. MY MONEY without my PERMISSION TWO payments that I didn’t approved other payments . what the scam and bed things to do to someone .. On this way u will lose the trust of people very bed for your reputation .. with pics that I took from history of payment from Betway acc I will not stop till I got my money back THAT YOU GUYS TOOK FROM MY CREDIT CARD without my approved That’s illegal I did sent an emails all those pics together with my statement of the bank and u didn’t even Replay on my emails .. but when I talk to menager of shift last night he closed my acc you are guys a SCAM cheated people like this .. someone should take a look for all those reviews and shut u down for a good ..

They gave me a useless bonus that i did not want when depositing my first amount of money. Putting in 300 nok, i bet 300 nok. Then they split the bonus 50/50 for what i play. So had to contact customer service to remove the bonus. Why not let me choose when deposting if i want a scam bonus that i have to turn over 50 times?

At this point i thought to just run away from the site and withdraw my money, this process wasextremly time consuming. This entire process of a small fun bet ended up taking hours from my day. Next i had to make a paysafecard account.. jeuss christ. When all this is finally over i try to withdraw my money from paysafecard they demand 75 NOK for the process. What? how is this possible. I opened my account yesterday and added INR 200 for trial via Gpay but no point has been credited in my account (bank account debited). There is no option to raise a complain as for live chat it says, experiencing high volume (since 16 hours). Also, app is super slow on adroid.

First withdraw says complete but is now late arriving in my account. I have since received an email saying my withdraw method is not available. It states one of the methods available to use is visa. That is the method I am currently already using. The second withdraw has been stuck on processing for 3 days. If you can take money out my account in a matter of seconds I suspect you can put it back just as easily. Disappointed as I do actually enjoy the app and games.

Won a 9 team parlay and have been waiting almost 3 days for them to pay me out “we need more time to settle the bets”. App is a comply joke. Casino on that app has 0% chance of winning. App is extremely slow while trying to make a parlay. Customer service is horrible. Won’t even give a customer 5$ in bet credits for there mistake “sorry you don’t qualify for any bet credits at this time. There is no number you can call if you have an issue instead you have to do a live chat. If you are considering downloading a betting app BETWAY should be the last choice. I have video proof of the parlay and the bet # and am more then willing to post it and expose BETWAY for scamming me out of a lot of money. Bet disappears after I win it and is no where to be found under settled bets.

I placed a bet on the San Diego Padres to win and after extra innings they did but o the winning selection part, after the match, it said I picked draw. Tried getting in contact with support but they kept telling me they di not see the bet and that it has been escalated. Kinda makes me regret not screenshotting the bet placed during the match because this isnt the first time.
I'm afraid my money is long gone and that future Betway customers have a look at reviews before they join. I'll definitely be calling out betway and hoping for a resolution before I start rightfully dragging their name through the mud as much as I can.

I just registered today after seeing 100% bonus offer upto Rs. 8000. I deposit through neybanking of 8000 Rs. same has been debited from my bank account but not received in my betway account. after contacting support team through online chat she said money not received to them and need to wait for min 45 minutes incase this will not received i will automatically get refunded to my account.

Surprised by the negative reviews on here.. won a good sum on a sport bet twice within days (one win was from a bonus for joining). Absolutely no trouble withdrawing and the winnings were in my account via PayPal in less than 24 hours.

Customer service team have been really helpful twice and always get through to them really quickly, no long waiting periods.

For me Betway are on the way to being one of the best online casinos I have used so far.

I never withdrawl a huge amount in past years..
One week back I made a withdrawal of 150000 Inr ….
Almost one week passed out ..till now the money not reached to my betway account….

I contacted to customer care ….they suggested me that the operation team reviewing your account, please be patient..they will contact you. But , they never contacted me…again I send a mail to them

They told me that please send a bank statement to verification team ..they will verify your bank statement and…send your funds to your bank account…..and their told I went to bank and took a bank statement and email to verification team

After my I sent a mail to them…I received a mail from verification team ..that wait for 24 hours..your account is goes under to review process …

Almost 5 days passed out…till now I didn't get a response from their verification team..
