I spoke to 10 people about my withdrawal situation and all of em didn’t even try to help at all. He or she was the only one trying to take the extra step n it got resolved. Everyone else sounded like a broken record talking about we can do nothing on our end because the never tryed to. NIKESH IS A REAL ONE AND I DONT EVEN KNOW THE PERSON

NEVER PLAY BETWAY. I played for years but when it came to winning $6000 I got asked for a source of funds verification. Which I did so and then provided more and more everyday as they asked. The last email was asking for my current boyfriends and Ex’s name, birthdate and even their occupation. Only to then close my account. Sent me an email saying they were trying to get ahold of me and unable to do so which is false as there has been email conversations daily to show differently. No problem taking my money for years but now when they need to pay they don’t and close my account after in possession of all my bank statements, paystubs, personal information.

Fined 11,600,000 in 2020 for failings in anti-money laundering and social responsibility checks on VIP customers. Apparently one customer deposited 8,000,000 and lost 4,000,000 with no checks on where the money came from. Google it. Betway's response, "Oh look, this guy placed a 10 bet on a 10-1 shot and won, close his account."

Guys who come to read the reviews , please never play in betway. I hope those who are giving more than 2 stars are never been to betway or sponsored reviews. I have been looted by betway all my winnings and deposited money deducted without any reason and for last two days I am trying to find reason to get back the balance. Actually the bets were voided but they considered as loss. when I am talking to the agents in the live chat they we’re giving foolish response. Some technical team/operations team reviewing on my account and they dont have any time frame when this will be resolved. I don’t know how long they take to resolve years or centuries and no accurate information given. I feel like talking to bots when chatting with live agent. Service is absolute crap and Terrible. Better see another bookmakers like bet365 and dafabet.

Logged a complaint on the 31st August 2020 - was asked to provide ID and bank statement. I emailed bank statement dated July 2020 and passport + front of my debit card used for transactions and that is linked to the bank statement sent in. I received an email this morning asking for a statement dated within the last 3 months and they couldn’t accept the statement as it doesn’t show my card number!!!! Are they that stupid (July is in the last 3 months) and no bank or building society 16 digit card number will show on their statement. They can match the account no and sortcode on the card to the statement, but this seems too difficult for them to do! Had my money for 10 days now and still have stupid replies, online chat extremely unhelpful, arranged call back requests with operations department and they don’t even call (waiting 4 days for a call) company is corrupt and a disgrace. Complaints team and staff haven’t got a clue what they are doing and are genuinely stupid

It’s clear they don’t do security checks as I never have had an account with these people and obviously my Paypal never matched the account name for the person who frauded. Betway will not refund me even after admitting it was FRAUD! It’s obviously they like people committing fraud. All bookmakers are scumbags and thieving ba****ds who prey on vulnerable people. I will be taking this the every national newspaper. I have even wrote to West Ham Utd to let them know what scum they have advertising them. WHUFC have been more helpful that these c***s

I came on here to kill time and a bit shocked by some of the negative comments - felt obliged to put my 2pence in... I love Betway! Really good games on the casino and have plenty of market leading boosts on their Sportsbook! No issues with withdrawals but have read somewhere that they stake restrict a lot of people, hopefully doesn’t happen to me :( Can’t fault them at this point!

Last month I won a few hundred pounds. This month I was informed my account had been closed following a review and information provided by a 3rd party about responsible gambling. Betway bombards customers with offers encouraging volume gambling. As an example you need to earn 5000 loyalty points to get a 3 sports bet. Over several year I acquired about 1000 points. They are total hypocrites. As soon as you win some money they don’t want you as a customer, they just want slots addicts.

I have been in this platform called trustpilot for years now and I have been searching to see if I can get someone who would give me a referral on getting fixed matches 😢 Fortunately last 2 weeks I met a guy called cole_tips, guess what guys, i earned 600 thousand euros within the past 2 weeks, and this guy gave me all the matches on payment after winning! He doesn’t charge a dime for his match, I only pay when I win! The fact they still have 63% rating of excellent shows how many people they paid to give them great revuews before it was exposed in the press. I Can't get a decent bet on with them. Been limited to peanuts. They don't takea decent bet despite all their pr spin nonsense

Theres so many bookmakers out there I'd say look for the ones who are quick to help and honest in what they say they will do, this is not my first review about betway my first was a positive/frustration review this one is a very disappointing I will never bet with these again review and no this is not a customer who just Bashes a bookmaker because I lost money this is different.. I signed up there was an issue the bank card I used I deposited 25 pounds and placed a few bets one of them won 55 pounds but betway decided to void all bets to do with the banking issue and stated they would refund my initial deposit of 25 pounds this was the 3rd of august I was told it would take 3 days I waited and nothing so I spoke to betway who said it would now take 11 days to reach my account, fine no problem all the time polite please thank you as its called manners and respect the responses were slow In the chat but fine, waited 11 days nothing to which they asked for a bank statement to which I was uncomfortable doing so I shudnt have to do that as a customer you believe the business so I wrote a review on here and got an email the next day stating the money will go Into my bank as a refund, in this period I found it very frustrating talking to betway long responses in chat and just getting no where, I waited another 2 weeks and nothing and had to mentally find the patience to speak to them today in chat took 45 minutes of sorry just speaking with the supervisor and please bare with us just say you need to send a bank statement, 45 minutes😑by this point my patience had finally gone and I realised I wasn't getting any money back which it doesn't matter if it was only 25 pounds it's the principle and they were keeping me on hold longer that necessary, anyone who had read this whole long review you derseve 25 pounds too haha but very disappointed with betway it's seems they just don't value there customers or believe them and not honest because it was simple Iver they sent the refund or they didn't I think they just wanted to be nosey to have a look at the bank statement and never sent the money back to my bank!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews probably the best and easiest experience I’ve had with a withdrawal. Most sites tell you you’re fully verified, let you deposit hundreds then when you win dig their heels in and ask for every form of ID including selfies, Betway just pay out within 24hours. My favourite betting site by miles

They said wait 15 business days for return. Sept 2 now and still no credit or money sent back. I followed up again and now they say they need an email sent to them. Had a bet settled wrong. I had to message them to review the bet and then they reversed the bet from a loss to a win - user should be able to bet with confidence! I feel like they purposely make the live chat option difficult to use to frustrate the user. Update your software and don’t be crooked!

Appalling. After using for years. Suddenly decided I am a risk, after deposits of 10.00, 20.00 in 3 months. Apparently I can not afford that even though I work and have no problems. Taking my outstanding bets and nit refunding them. And they were only for 2.00 each. Jesus Christ.

I've been a loyal customer for years and years now and first they imposed a limet of 100 a month after winning and playing there new games I asked how much have I spent they said 175 this was all from a 15 deposite and thought nothing of it then I asked what my total win 42 pounds I said thank you and whent on 2 times after that deposited 15 ponds to log in today and my account been blocked saying some slander saying I can't affo rs it so it's been blocked if I couldnt afford it I would have withdrew. The winnings no played on new machines the cheeky bunch

I told them that my landlord have the utilities on his name. They asked for bank statement and I sent the bank statement. They e-mailed me saying they still need the utility. This happened 5 times in a row. A nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I made a deposit of 50 on the 21 aug all went though fine got the 50 up to 500 pound went to make a withdrawal though all ok as it was a Friday would go though on Monday go to sign in money they have locked my account and the web advisor are say that the management team made the decision to lock my account and recover the funds because means reset my account to 0 for no reason at all it’s a joke and your can’t even ring to argue the point as of COVID 19 I just want the money I’m owed so I can leave this scam of a website

I withdrawed money to my bank account. System is saying its already paid and it will take 7 working days to be reflected in my bank account. Nothing happened as today is the 9th Working day. Further, no direct lone for communication, there is a system generated was of response which is not at all user friendly. Truly bad experience. I think they have taken the money away.

Stole balance. Won a bet with own money when tried to withdraw stole half of the balance despite betting with my first deposit own money. Basically if you lose a bet it's your money if you win a bet they argue its your bonus funds. Agents are useless no option but to report them to the regulator

Stole my deposit. Sent in a measly $20. Still to this day they haven't updated my balance. They keep blaming it on some processor. There agents repeated lie to you. 1st agent says for sure will be updated within 2 hours. So I waited 3 hours and still nothing. 2nd agent says for sure will be updated with 1 hour, so this time I waited 9 hours to check. And still nothing. 3rd agent says for sure within 2-3 f&*$king days it will be updated. This is a scam of a website. Do not use they will steal your money. I had to get in contact with the police.
