This site is a pure scam. If you’re betting on blackjack or baccarat like a smart player, DO NOT. Somehow someway you will always lose approx 80% of your hands LONG TERM. They will real you in but when it’s time, you will know. I have NEVER ONCE withdrawn once from this site and I’m a professional black jack/baccarat player. I know the ins and outs of odds and when you should bet big and small. This site, it does not matter. If you have a 20. They will pull a 21. Was on black jack today, lost 11/13 hands including my last hand which I had a 19. The dealer had a 15 then hit a 20 to clean me out. You can call the cards they WILL PULL to beat you almost single time. Baccarat before this 11/13 losses I bet on player (blue) every single time. Using my bet increments to my advantage doubling down when need to. And it hit banker 13/15 times. I feel they follow the high rollers like myself around and pretend like they’re attending to other players but they’re there to clean you out. Other betting sites I have withdrawn from. Over and over again. BETWAY I have NOT ONCE. They cleaned me well over 15,000$ in 3 years and could have did more but I’m throwing in the towel. It’s a scam. Do NOT bet here. Bodog is a lot more legit.

I withdraw INR 5000 on 27th September but have not received the amount till now. I am suspicious this time as earlier got my withdrawl within 2-3 days. INR 2500 was my own money which i deposited out of that withdrawal of INR 5000. I thought it is a legitimate company as they sponsor EPL teams but Betway is not even capable of paying merely 33 dollars as win and even took my deposit. I hope it is not a SCAM website.

Awful, awful bookmaker. I had the account for a couple of months and bet on something on horse racing where you would get free spins after the offer. I did so and they didn't arrive. Not listening to my friends advice never to go on live chat with this lot, I got through to the most arrogant individual called DANE who did everything he could to delay answering my query, before cutting off the live chat after getting no where for 30 minutes – just being told, 'near with me, I am still reviewing your account'. A day later, an email informing me I'm banned from any promotions. Never will use even for good odds.

Hello sir/ma'am, about 3 or 4 days back I did a withdrawal of 5000 into my bank account. It's showing paid in my app but I haven't recieved any amount in my bank account. Please look into the matter. Otherwise the app is fantastic. Hope to receive a positive reply from your side.

Hi Betway ,
My account has been excluded by misunderstanding my statement and even after that all my funds are not settled. My account was confirmed to be verified and i used to withdraw without any hassle. But my last few withdrawls have been withheld. I have sent all the documents for my identity and address proof but still the problem persists. I no longer can contact chat support as my account has been excluded without any fault of mine. I have written numerous emails but i have not got any reply. I think i am cheated as the amount was really huge. I want you guys to look into this matter as this is unsettling me and i am very anxious.

I recently started with Betway and was very happy to deal with for initial days, which continued with a verification process, respecting to the policies have shared all required documents and finally after a follow up of 2-3 days the account got activated but the *Balance available(1000+) during this process got vanished and there is no response from Betway to my emails.

Very much disappointed there's no one to take ownership to resolve the issue

Made withdrawal on 30.09.2020 and received two days later request only for electric or water bill for proof of address on 02.10.2020 not offering any other common options as utility bill or bank statement. Forwarded immediately my bank statement but still no reply and obviously my withdrawal is not confirmed. Therefore I’m concerned since I’ve seen this trend many times before and my account is verified several months ago.

This app is 100% a Scam, don't download, don't send/spend any money. You will never see a penny win or earned. I send money to join and registered, it wasn't an issue until I tried to withdraw some money. Account couldn't be verified, upload site doesn't exist. Total SCAM..Scam alert.!

I had won an amount of INR 1625 which till date is not received from the past 15 days. Another amount INR 500 deposited was not placed itself and dont know what happened to that with no signs of it till date. Mails sent to their support team bounced back stating unauthorized email id. Seems this a fake and fraud website. Looks like I have lost my money.

I made three withdrawal requests. All three were visible in the transaction history – one paid which i received as well and other two and in progress. Today suddenly one of them vanished altogether and disappeared from the transaction history. Was my money gulped !!!!! I hope thats not the case i have been using betway since long , wondering whats happening to it now with such bad experience. Please give me my money back

I am playing on betway since February 2020 never face any withdrawl issues earlier. On September 24th i withdraw INR 4000 which was paid in 2-3 days. On 27 September i withdraw INR 5000 which was not paid till now. Even got the email of transaction status which shows paid on 28th of September. Should have got the payment till now. Hope Betway not doing something fraudlent this time.

I had deposited ₹1000 on 24th September by UPI . But it has not been credited even after 7 days! My money is gone and their decoy help mechanisms will only make you more frustrated. This is a fraud bookmaker DON'T DEPOSIT MONEY, you won't ever see it again.

Used them for a while but they've recently gone down hill with there customer service. Had a small win 70 requested withdrawals to my PayPal account as this is quick and is how I tend to deposit most times. So 2 hours later my deposit gets processed great. 4 – 6 hours after funds still not in my PayPal account. Contacted customer service for them to tell me they just paid it to my bank account in error. My bank account has been closed as of two hours ago so this money is going to disappear asked to speak to a manager but no chance you may as well s**t in your hands and clap. Never using them again.

The scum thieving c**ts rang me asking for my PayPal statement to show them the money betway have stolen from me, I got told it was forwarded to operations team two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. I have now contacted West Ham united who are disgusted by betway and have contacted them on my behalf. Also my local member of parliament is on the case. Sick of these thieving scumbags thinking they can steal peoples money and be ok witn it. C***S

Original review: The way UPI/IMPS bank instant bank transfer options are marketed on the homepage, you tend to believe deposits must be instant. But I was wrong. Been a while since I made the deposit and still not seeing the funds reflected in the account.
On top of it, no option to contact any customer service representative. Only some stupid FAQ articles. What a waste!!

I have 4000 rupees in my betway account but I'm unable to withdraw them, as it's asking to verify my Identity (tho they verified my identity while registering) to withdraw. After n times trying to upload them all I get is "can't reach the servers try again later" I'm unable to upload my identification proofs and can't contact customer support what now should I forget my money?
This is very disappointing. I've seen lots of positive reviews for betway from Indian's but very poor services from them.

Dont register here, whenever you face a problem with a promotion/withdrawal it takes ages to solve. This is one of the worst customer supports i have encountered so far.

Updating: oh, looks like I hadn't read right, because theoretically there was a deadline of new registration bonus 👍; The UX and UI of the site in a great part isn't good, the giant menu, chat unnecessarily hard in app, a lot of times the app suddenly bug and I can't log in because of button have been blocked, but I can see the open bets 👍; when we would win a good odd in multiple is marked as void and they take a long time to close won bets like 37 hours ago; supports be like: "hello, I have a problem. Can you help me?" "Yes." "I have this problem" "Oh yeah, we can help but did never try to just solve by yourself?". I didn't have fun and I was sad (I would say sad as fu*k, but cute words and emotes sounds good to the company) don't kill yourself 👍
