Betway is a very dishonest company. They will put your package on hold and make you pay them money to receive your package. They wanted me to pay them $1000 to deliver a package I already paid to have delivered. How does that work? Stay away from them

I dont know what is happening with my dividends. At first my withdrawals delayed and eventually you paid. But now i still don't understand what keeping my winnings for whole week. Gyz please be profetionals and honor your obligation.

I Hemanth, withdrew an amount of 3000 from my bet way account around 20 days back. On '29th September' it showed paid and I didn't recieve any amount. I also recieved an email from your side that my withdrawal has been out on hold because the person name in the bank account to which I transferred the amount is not matching with the name of my betway account. If you want I can provide you with bank details of the bank in which the the account is in my name. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Hope to recieve a positive reply from your side. I Sahil Tyagi withdrew an amount of 7000 and 4500 from my bet way account around 10 or 15 days back. On 13th Oct it showed paid and I didn't recieve any amount. I also recieved an email from your side that my withdrawal has been out on hold because the person name in the bank account to which I transferred the amount is not matching with the name of my betway account. If you want I can provide you with bank details of the bank in which the the account is in my name. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Hope to recieve a positive reply from your side.

Betway is the worst app i have ever witnessed.I used it four a week and i made deposit 4 times when i done for the fifth time the required amount is not credited in my account i have waited for 24 hours and later i have contacted their support team.Their bloody team members said that my money were credited to someothers account and saying that they cannot help me such a worst customer support and bloody members. i am requesting you to not use betway(bloody app)

Total fraud!!!!! I have been waiting to receive my winnings if 2,500 since June this year. they claimed that I need to prove source of my income which is understandable but what i don't understand is why they don't ask for this when I was depositing funds and losing. soon as I won anything and wanted to withdraw, they want to know the details of all my finances, P60 forms, P55, bank statements, filed accounts. we should raise this with the gambling commission as they are clearly robbing people. they should be named and shamed. They are part of Hippodrome casinos and i had the same experience with them.

Please stay away these thieves!!!!!!

They should not be allowed to trade and I am now on a mission to write to any regulatory bodies ro complain about them.

Scammy! Never win anything and when u do takes so long for the funds to be put in your account! And the “prize wheel” doesn’t credit you your prize. Customer service is terrible and not helpful. Gamble elsewhere and save your disappointment.

Hi, I transferred Rs 1000 through bank transfer three days ago. But it’s yet to be credited in my betway account. They have closed that support email ID as well , while on live chat they are so much waiting, I chatted with 7-8 of their representatives but no satisfactory answer. Don’t know if they will ever credit that amount to my account.

So I’ve been playing SMALL amounts lately on here my limit is 20 per day/ 40 per week had a tiny win 20 win week in the run up to this incident, which they honoured. Went on yesterday morning and deposited 20 played through about 9 in minutes (20p spins) only for my account to be suspended mid way through a game. Email stated I’m a risk, I’m hardly a risk putting 20 in a time and I earn in excess of 40k a year. Why let me deposit first before suspending?! I now have 11.81 in my account which I can’t access as I can’t sign in, customer service is non existent, the only form of contact is live mail, absolute joke and I’m still yet to receive my money back!!! I’ve spoken to live chat 3 times in the last 24hrs and all same replies, it’s been escalated to our payments team, yet, my 20 withdrawal in the week was in wishing the same day. I’d like the full 20 back as you were happy enough to take it, before, then suspending my account! And if you are that ‘worried’ I am a risk how about giving me my life time deposits back? Which actually isn’t high at all. Don’t expect your emails to be replied to or even read for that matter! Who doesn’t have email correspondence, I’ve managed to get the complaints email which is ukmanager@betway for anyone who may need it, I’m guessing a lot of you. I will be emailing them after this and I will be seeking advice from IBAS also about this incident and also I believe it’s unfair that you have closed my account!
