I have lost lots of money but now I have done withdrawal which is showing paid but not received on my account.

Hi team,
I was deposited on 25th October 5000 & 2000 both was successful payment done by bank but those amount was not credited into betway account. And from my side the payment was done successfully and the mistake was from your side not yet credited into betway account and saying silly answers as we are not responsible. Worst customer service you team having. My I'd was raghu0012. Its already 5days and not got proper answers from you side. This type of services was not at all accepted by customers

There are a lot of bad review about this site Betway. I need to write this review because I am starting to worry but I don't have any problem so far.
I signed on to this site back in 2019 to gamble on NFL. First I tested this site out by only limiting myself to a max 400 to 500 deposit and tested out the withdraw once I started to win. No problem just a three days wait and the money is in the bank account. No problem in 2019.
As of right now 28/10/2020 NFL season my limit is increased to 5000 deposit a week. I am having no problem with the withdraw. I just withdraw 2500 and it was a three day wait and boom! money is in the bank account.
I am not using the phone app. I login on my PC. I have the phone app to check only. Gamble on NFL only. So far so good I will keep going and if you are gambling on sport use Betway. If things change I will update the review.

So basically I bet a lot on esports (mainly csgo) I placed a bet on a game which had @5.00 odds and got lucky and won. Later then I'm waiting for my money to arrive (just like everyone else would), and see that it hasn't. I wait a day, two days, three days, still nothing. Now it has been 3 MONTHS, I repeat 3 M O N T H S, and I am STILL NOT paid. I go to live chat and they're telling me that the match is "under investigation by a 3rd party". For instance I see no reason as to why a random match would be under investigation considering other bookies have paid out on this. I then ask for a timeframe or something and they keep telling me "I don't know". This is the last time I am using this bookie and I advice you all that are reading this to not use Betway at all, if they feel like they lose money on a specific bet they'll find "legal reasons" to hold your money, stay away from them and don't bet over there, is my advice.

I have deposited amount on 13oct2020 using google pay and 29oct 2020 amount got debited from my bank I contacted bhratipay they says contact merchant very bad experience automated replays and issue still not resolved 14days they say but they won’t work on it fraud bhratipay and betway

I tried to make a deposit on 26th oct via google pay by using its payment processor. Although, the transaction got success from my end, it never got credited in the account. Their chat representatives kept sending me the curated message on the chat, which advised me to wait. I then contacted its payment processor I.e Bhartipay, after discussing my issues, they suggested me to contact the merchant as the transaction was already settled on the same day. It's been more than 3 days since I never heard back from them about that transaction.

I sent my documents to you twice. First I sent you my AADHAR CARD. Later I sent you my DRIVING LICENCE. But still why aren't you activating my betway wallet. What is this cycle? Well, I have two problems with the website. I think those ones will be enough to discontinue using its services as I have contacted your chat support multiple times; each and every time I had been disconnected without the mutual consent!! However, my issues still persist!

1st issue: I tried to make a deposit on 15th oct via google pay by using its payment processor. Although, the transaction got success from my end, it never got credited in the account. UPI transaction is: 028916072225. Their chat representatives kept sending me the curated message on the chat, which advised me to wait. I then contacted its payment processor I.e Bhartipay, after discussing my issues, they suggested me to contact the merchant as the transaction was already settled on the same day. It's been more than 13 days since I never heard back from them about that transaction.

Second issue: I made a withdrawal of 2500 in on 23rd oct 2020, they finished the process beautifully from their end on the app, showing me that it had been completed, and the funds had been released. But when it comes to sending money actually in my bank account, I am still at the position where I was; still waiting.
Funny part: All they want me to wait for up to 5 days and according to them, they have sent the withdrawal amount in my bank account. When I humbly asked to provide me the transaction number, if the money seriously sent, they replied: we are unable to give you! They disconnect the chat by themselves, if I asked the same question again politely. pathetic customer service, how rude they are!!

Bottomline: Never ever try to open your account on this website since your money will never get credited back!!

I actually write this in disappointment and anger more than anything. Having enjoyed betting regularly with betway, they have now decided to stop me from staking any amount. Cowboys.

If they don’t like people betting they shouldn’t be in business. I’ll go spend my thousands elsewhere.

Closing my account so all money put through their casino will stop as well.

I had no problems with betway and their service… couple of withdrawals worked absolutely great no questions asked and were processed in due time accordingly… recently I placed in a request for a withdrawal for a high figure close to INR 62000 and the status reflected as pending for couple of days so I thought of contacting the chat line and where I was informed that I need to submit some address proofs or possibly a bank statement which I did and still awaiting a response for the current address to be updated and so a withdrawal can be processed for a smooth transaction for future.

My only question for betway is which no one responds is : while depositing thousands of dollars let it be any currency betway has no problems but while outgoing withdrawals are requested there are a lot of questions that comes in from their team. WHY?

The service has always been great from betway in my opinion but why so much of fuss about the withdrawals.

Someting is fishy about this site. I lose 4K and worst thing is that, the odds where 95% in my favour. Last moment i just lose still wonder how that happens everytime. When i bet for less money like 20-50$ my win ratio is 70%. But when i bet around 500-1000$ win ratio is 5%.

Staff not well trained. Cannot even tell the difference between a broadband and mobile phone bill. Submitted a home broadband bill for account verification and they claim it cannot be accepted as it is a mobile phone statement. Not going to bother with them now.

signed up with company. Placed a $10 canadian in wagers. Within one hour my account was blocked, all funds could only be used in casino. When opened a chat, the claim was upper mgmt had taken a decision.

The company is an absolute joke, they make countless excuses to not send you your withdrawals, they closed there phone lines so all that’s available is chat, the employees on chat don’t care at all, are extremely slow and very unhelpful. They owe me $4000 and yet it’s been over 2 weeks of me chatting everyday and them giving nothing but excuses. Excuses like my utility bill to prove my address not having a logo, A LOGO. And to top it off there actually was a logo on the bill!
