My Betway account got self excluded and betway allow me to withdraw my money and i gave them my withdraw account and other necessary information. Next day i got a message on whatsapp and they said they are from betway support team and ask me for my personal details and documents.I was not aware about that and gave my details to him.Leter he changed my registered id and phone number and ask me 50000 INR to get back my account.But i didn't give him money and he threat me that you won't get money too.I inform the betway about this but they are not listening to me.This money is extremely important for me.This money will decide my future.Please help me.Betway let him change my Mail id and Phone number so easily.I didn't get any otp on my phone number or my My mail id.Please i need you help.Thanks.

I have won 250 pounds (uk) and I withdrawed it and they said please add a different card to withdraw it as the transaction was unsuccessful which I have done and they sending me stupid emails asking to withdraw it like I dont know how to ... There is no money for me to withdraw its been over 2 weeks and still nothing ,If you want me to Withdraw my winnings at least put it back to my balance on betway but my balance is 0.00 , When you tried to contact live support the numbers do not work , there is a live chat robot which again does not let you speak with somebody directly only options to choose from which are not relevant, Highly do not reccomend this website I feel scammed !!! Never ever will use again , worst website I have ever seen in my life.

This site as an utter disgrace, take take your money give you absolute no free bets EVER , made 2 formal complaint about this none of which have been replied to at all , won't be placing any further bets I will be finding a new site today to join , bet they get back to me about this review today though , chat page does not work x tells you to follow a link and no link and looking at previous feedback everyone else seems to say the same , no phone number either and that have dismantled there email contact as well , looks very clear what they are doing give you no method to contact them on so in essence no one complains as there is no way to contact them , worst site and customer service I have seen in my life , avoid like the plaque

I've read All the reviews the betway team leave,they will contact with a personal message,these or in my case do not come,I have even threatened them with legal proceedings but they don't seem to care,they think they are above the law,maybe they are,but I will perserver as I will not be beaten by a multiple customer who treat their clients with contempt, a question why can I not give a company zero ratings,which surely betway deserve ?

EDIT: Withdrawal successfully done after changing payment method. PRE EDIT: I have been mostly a losing customer on Betway and whenever I have won, withdrawals have been smooth. But recently something very strange happened which may be a cause of concern. I made a withdrawal of rs 5780 and rs 5322 on this site for two successive days to my skrill account. The first one went through without an issue. But the second one I received a strange email from customer service that the wallet I used is invalid. This was impossible as the previous day, withdrawal went through without any issue.Then I deposited a small amount of rs 501 to check if the skrill wallet indeed was functioning and the deposit was successful without any problem. When I contacted customer service, they were acting very weird and not telling me what the issue was. Hope customer service of betway sorts this soon and there is nothing sinister involved.

Sir I had one issue of amount of inr 5000 pending not deposited to my account and i had to wait for so long to touch with live chat and replay from chat is wait for 2weeks 48hours and goes on still my issue not sorted today i contacted same and said i needed that amount for my commitment because it was pending from so long and for this reason he himself self excluded me for 6months is it fair . Betway has robbed me of $150 winnings. I have sent them my documents multiple times asking for my money to be released and it has been nearly 2 months...no one replies to my emails...the chat option is only a bot so no help at all...I guess I'll just add that to the thousands of dollars already loss playing on their site...just unbelievable!!!!Betway contacted me after this review and were of no assistance whatsoever. Asking me to follow the same steps that I took many weeks ago that does not work for which I already sent them screen shots of...but the merry go round continues!!!

Would advise anyone not to use Betway based on my personal experience. Was good initially, they offer good promotions etc. I received one payout of $140 from a multi. Then I proceeded to lose for about 2 years (lol) not depositing large amounts but enough to put $5 multis on sports. I was finally able to get a $200 multi around March of this year. I requested a payout but nothing happened. I have used chat 3 times since then, sent requested details to Betway and nothing has happened, no communication throughout. I've suspected that it's some kind of anti-money laundering process they have to go through....but ultimately they have shown zero willingness to help at all. To top it off I have logged on to my account where I can no longer access the help chat. In the meantime I've been using Leo Vegas and deposited multiple times and withdrawn 3 times. Long story short, don't touch Betway but try Leo Vegas!

On this site they will leave a little note under your review then email you a few days later essentially telling you to f*** off despite the fact that they are clearly in the wrong. Avoid and use competitors like bet365, Coral and William Hill that try to scam their customers a little less.

I'm from South Africa .I've been reading all these reviews and I'm shocked if these reviews are really true because so far since I've been betting on Betway I haven't encountered any problem with them..So far to me they are the best..My withdrawals never took 24hrs but less than that..What I am not sure of is will they pay me if I win 10 million rands..So far to me they deserve 5 stars indeed..I hope all these reviews are definitely not true and I believe maybe it's a technical problem..

I was told the card was not accepting the payment but always takes deposits very easily. Its a real ball ache chasing up payments from bookmakers as the live chat is just very slow as it seems the staff are dealing with dozens or customers at the same time. And i was fed up of getting messages reading 'sorry for the time its taken to reply'Worst customer service experience ever.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and Im VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don't think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I'll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company
