Problems with withdraw… trying to verify my account send them 4 different documents and they just declining it without any reason. All the documents have all requirements what they need to approve my account but probably they just don’t want to pay my winnings.

i am very dissapointed with betway i have made a withdrawal with Nedbank send imali on the 20th of september then after some days i decided to call nedbank to reverse the money back to betway account because the ATM i used did not have cardless withdrawal option but even today the money has not reflected on my betway account i have contacted them on facebook and telephonically i get different responses.

Staaay farrr Away from this site . They stole money from my bank account just over 500 dollars . Finnally 2 months later the banking team says that they didnt take anything from my account and theres nothing that links them from taking anything Which all my deposits have showed the same thing when I put money on here . Deleted my account wont ever recommend this scam site to anyone !

You may be stopped from withdrawing your money if unusual activity has been spotted in your account however, a gambling business should not hold on to your money unnecessarily. This is why I hired cyber expert mattjakob78 from twitter who retrieved my funds and regain access to the account.All gambling businesses should make sure that their terms and conditions are clearly set out online or in the physical premises such as a betting shop.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal to be paid out. This company is impossible to get a holdof. I just want an answer! Live chat never works when asked to speak to an agent. Utterly disappointed for even using this site. Betway you can do better.

Update: I had a long fight with betway (2week) to fight for my money. The account review and the withdrawal procedure is mutch longer than usual but finaly today my money is arived ( the withdrawal started at 8. October) My account is not locked anymore so I think that mean the review success was.I modifiyed my review what I wrote here becouse now its looks everything fine and good.Thank you the help and Im happy to finaly I get what I want (my account back and my money)Thank youHTXScout88

I made the mistake of depositing again on this site and what a mistake it was. Firstly my deposit was taken from my bank account but took 5 days to appear in my Betway account. Then I made a withdrawal on the 29th of September 2022 and as I write this review I am still waiting for my money and have no idea what is happening because the customer services on this site are diabolical. This site treats it’s customers with contempt and makes almost no effort to help when the issue is quite clearly there mistake. A terrible company that runs a site not fit for purpose. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Looks like betway is banned in India but there is no news or advance notice. Website suddendly stopped working by major internet providers in India. Shame on Govt as well as on website for dumping individual hard earned money

Hi Betway, This is a honest review, I placed a withdrawal on 17 oct and i received the amount today and it took one day for process and two days for bank transfer, I admit I was very worried initially after reading the reviews here and some YouTube videos that the withdrawal is taking a lot of time and some haven’t been paid, but mine has been paid and i wish those all who got paid also post their reviews, I also hope that the betway sort out the other issues and especially the app is not opening properly and also in web and it is getting stuck frequently, with the world Cup already started I hope they smooth out the experience as it was earlier,

This company is fraudulent one that do not even deserve my one star. It should be a negative if I had my choice. They basically have no money and once you bet with them or decids to withdraw your money, it becomes a headache Because it’s a fraudulent company and they don’t have money, they rely on subsequent betting to be able to pay you. Sometimes you don’t get it back at all according to some people I spoke with. Am still to know when am getting back my 130 dollars. It’s been on processing for the past decade. It maybe that, if people loose interest in them like I did, and won’t bet, they have no money for paying customers

I would have rated 0 star, Its been more then 30 days I haven’t got my money yet. It looks like you loose they take your money when you win they don’t pay back as per policy it takes 7 days….it took more then 30 days they exclude your account too so that you cant reach them…biggest scam… don’t get trap in their promotion trap…such a shame poor service.. Will not pay out my winnings due to a discrepancy on my PayPal account. The very same account I deposited from with no problems. Being ignored by customer service despite numerous emails. When I asked for my money via live chat my account was self excluded for 6 months! Absolutely unprofessional and I am being treated with contempt.

I am writing this review a month after declined deposit.My money debited from my account on 19th sep.On the very next day I informed them via mail and through chat assistance. Now 30 days passed off,A total of 8 statement ( as per their request) shared and connect with chat assistance several time.Everytime same response, escalated waiting for feedback……no changes on the 30th day too.Then its time to woke up and realise its no longer trustable. We can believe if the excuse of feedback upto 15 days of deposit but after 30 days no hope.If they really have intention to resolve I dont have to come here or write this review here.Take ut as just an advise becareful….I am doing everything to make people aware of recent betway experience and hold them from making deposits.

Hello sir this is Nisheeth gaur my player id is Nishu_lara. I have tried to deposit 5000 rs from my credit card on 11 october it is showing on transaction history but not reflecting in gaming account still money debited from credit card. I also deposit 20000 rs from my credit card on 17 october this is not showing on trasaction history and amount debited from my card. I have already mailed on betway customer care but they are not responding. poor customer care service and this is torture. if i loose bet it does not matter but these deposit problems should not happen if this continue i will uninstall betway

Trying to make a small withdrawal. They are saying my card wont accept the money, hard to believe. Told me to change it to bank transfer I did it took more money out nothing received. Then they said I need to deposit more to access missing funds. At this point Im asking what is going on, they then denied saying it even though its clearly visible in the chat. They wont speak to you. Then they tried to blame my bank even though it says unpaid in my Betway account. Behaving like thieves, Im a profitable gambler and wonder if thats the problem.

I’ve been through their full complaints process, then through all adr. Resolution company. No one can help. Why? Simple in UK there is no betting ombudsman so how are betway getting away with this its a very simple but extremely affective SCAM!. All they have done is said we tried multiple times to send your money it keeps being returned.When I complained. There is no dispute we tried to send the money and that covers them cash in the bag no resolution as there is no dispute, Betway keeps the money. been trying to reopen my account since may, every time they will not give you a day when they will call, and you can not call them. they always say they will call but don’t and this is for account reopening can you imagine if you had issue with payments, terrible

After a problem with withdraw method and waiting 8 days I managed to change my withdraw method via trustly deposited 5 withdrew 5 and managed to get both payments a few hours later. I know it’s a hassle but anyone waiting for a payment change your withdraw method to another card or a bank transfer app and it should go through. Why the people at betway cant inform people of this i dont know

Following my review here, betway got in touch with me. They were completely useless, I still can’t access my own money because their system hasn’t paid it and they’re just telling me to do the withdrawal again and are nkw ignoring me. I can’t do the withdrawal again because the money hasn’t gone to my bank account but also hasn’t gone back to my betway account. They’re basically just stealing from customers and then ignoring them.

I deposited Rs. 1394 through netbanking on 15th October and the transaction was shown as successful on my banks page.After redirecting to Betway, they didnt even log the transaction attempt and the money was not added to my betway account but debited from my bank account. My efforts to get to their customer service are futile. As an Indian customer, it takes at least 2.5 hours to reach a human executive – who copy pastes responses. In this case I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement as proof to an email id which replies that it is not being actively monitored! I did so and the statement clearly shows the transaction and the reference ID yet Betway still hasn’t credited the money into my account. Very poor from Betway.

it was nice at the beginning, when you deposit they don’t tell you you need to upload your documents, ok you do. but when you continue earn somee cash, they request more information like document where you live (service bill where you location is), later also request you to send more info like where you work, what is the name of the company, how much you earn, photos with evidence… no way… I decide not to continue with this scam casino online…Be careful with this trash casino.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star to be honest. Very quick to take deposits but apparently they are unable to process withdrawals to the same method. I’m currently on day 13 of waiting for my withdrawal. Have spoken to someone on Facebook messenger and was told that if I changed the method (to the same method of withdrawal) I’d receive it within a couple of days yet I’m still waiting! I just want my money so I can close my account!

Betway can get money from you. When you win and withdrawal first time it will become easy.but when next time you are going to withdraw then they will show under process. But it will never credited in your account. They will suck your whole money. Its a legal fraud.

Forget the one star zero stars. Made a withdrawel sunday and on wednesday recieved a email saying that it hasnt gone through yet my deposits went through no problem. They said they have put money back in account and to change withdraw method. Has you can guess there is no money in my account. No money in my bank. So where it is I dont know. Deposit of 100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of 23.50 and this 100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.

One of the worst betting sites. The live casino crashes constantly and provides an error message from their side which causes you to lose your money all the time. When I tried opening a ticket with the support, they tried to blame it on me even though I provided screenshots with the error message that comes from their side. I escalated this problem, saying that they should check their logs and integration with the 3rd party live casino providers. They “agreed” to look into it and never replied back.

Litterly i am tired of emailing, or live chat process. It’s been 3 days since my withdraw and after seeing these massege, i am not sure that these guys want to give us or not.I lost a lot money here and suggest you do not play or download.They don’t have even customer support things in the website or office mail id who can help you for any issue while playing the games.
