I rejoined Betway yesterday after receiving an email with an exclusive offer just for me (!) – 150 % matched free bets. I have made a deposit of £ 20 , won 25 and now they close the account with no access to my money!

Quite possible the worst company to deal with. Waited 8 hours to get through to live agent, when I did, they just copied and pasted the same message to wait for my withdrawal and apologies some delayed. You advertise instant bank transfer, yet my withdrawals have now been over 24 hours and 0 way of finding out how long this is now going to be! Betway is just a scam. I am a journalist and will be making an article about this!Edited 11/02 – yes Betway got in touch, but haven’t actually completed the withdraw! Just a pointless update really, 0 action taken and withdrawal, which wa meant to be instant as advertised, still hasn’t been processed or received.

I have had a £100 withdrawal o/s with them for weeks. There are no live agents to speak to, and their support email has been shut down. Their chatbot isn’t sufficient. The issue is that they cannot withdraw back to Mastercard Debit card. I’ve set up faster payments but here’s the kicker, their twitter (x) support getting me banned from twitter when I tried contacting them there. Can’t get much worse really. Please don’t use them.

Only has 1 way of withdrawing, while having debit card depositing option. Which if i were to withdraw using Myfinity, which i cant before depositing again using it. AVOID SCAM!

Betway is an absolute joke. Tried emailing, customer service number isn’t in service and the live chat kicks you off after spending hours to get through. I have had £250 pending for withdrawal for two weeks and it says to change my preferred method of payment which it isn’t giving me the option. I have been playing on this site for a few years and I’ve never had a problem up until now it’s been fantastic but unfortunately I feel like I can’t play on this site anymore.

Don’t understand betway sponsor premier league and should be a big website to play on. But don’t judge it by the book if you want to play with Betway, most of the time you couldn’t reach customer service and I’m on the queue of 60+ of the line to get an agent.trust me it took me 5-7 hours you have to wait on the line to reach them.

I withraw my $1500CAD last feb 7 2024 until now i didn’t recieve my money! And i try to trace my withrawal in the live chat they said its already paid. How come does it paid! Joined last night deposited fine, won over £400 which I withdrew and now can’t log on and can’t get in touch with anyone. I have £40 of bets in play I can’t access. Have waited for live chat this morning for 2 hours still not through!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Where to start. They closed my account in November-ish for not providing proof of income statements. I provided them shortly after. Between Rakesh and Riaan. I have sent 8 emails since. Its February. Ive gone to the complaint email, the verification email and just the usual general support email. Not one. Not one Response. You go to the live chat and it’s often 90 people ahead of you- giving you a good idea how utterly dreadful this site is. I am hoping, very faintly, that this could be a means to get my account re-opened. No doubt I will be ignored here too. How can you go through the complaint email and still not get a response. Absurd.I got a response back via email and it said to send the documents for the 9th time. I will update you on the inevitable.

Awful company. 3 hours on hold to live chat, only to be disconnected. They advertise as best odds guaranteed on all racing. I’ve had multiple winning bets, all paid out on bet price & not BOG. Cannot contact anyone at all. Useless. Avoid at all costs.

This company have bad customer service system. No one reply on my emails. The phone number isn’t in service. They have few customer service agents or they have a lot of customers who have issues that they need to discuss and as a result of that, I had to wait 2 hours and 3 hours on the next day to get my issue solved but I couldn’t talk to any agent for the deposit that I made on Feb 2, 2024 and It’s been credited to my account yet (today: Feb 9, 2024)

I am still waiting for my money that they owe me. Do not use this betting company, do not give them any of your money. If you win, they will not pay you. You will not be able to get hold of anyone, any email you send will not be responded to. Just look at all the reviews, everyone is having problems with retrieving their money from them. How betway is allowed to operate is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!!

Been waiting for 2 withdrawals to be processed. £120 (pending since 15/01/24) and £100 (pending since 16/01/24). I received an email a week later to advise that there was a ‘problem’ Processing the refund onto my regular debit card. They suggested I log into my account & change my preferred withdral method. I don’t have one. I only have one debit card which I deposit with frequently. I tried to contact via live chat. 5 hours to get to the front of the queue.. and then nothing. No response. I just stayed at number 1 for a further 90 minutes. The same day I received a further email to apologise for ‘technical issue’ and to assure me that my refund would be processed soon. A £10 free bet was added to my account. I was so relieved that the issue was going to be sorted. Disappointingly, it’s now the 8th February. My withdrawals are still showing as pending (when I can review them – most of the time I recieve error message 500 when I try to review the info) and I still can’t get in touch via live chat. Tried again this morning. Got to number 2 before being disconnected. No reply to my emails (I keep trying to reply to the email they sent me – they’re not bouncing back so somebody somewhere must be receiving them!). I truly can’t believe the poor service I have received or that a betting platform that I have used regularly (and enjoyed using!) is allowed to withhold my money. Shocking issue and truly shocking lack of information and support. I’m at a loss as to what to do next… its so upsetting.

This website is an absolute scam. I have been trying to get a withdrawal for a week and impossible to speak with anyone. There was an issue with my bank account being in my maiden name..: I have sent photo id and marriage license with zero response. Will be contacting the gambling commission first thing tomorrow if I don’t get a response. Disgusting behaviour

Betway is nothing short of a scam. Due to their unique business model, they are not under the jurisdiction of any Indian authority so bet at your own risk. They ask you transfer money to an upi intermediary which keeps changing by the day. I have been looted of 50K with no recourse. I have tried reaching the almost unreachable betway customer service. Sent tens and tens of emails with all proofs. No resolution in sight. Bet at your own risk.

Yet again, owing me money. Fraudulently taking more money from my bank than was authorised. I’ve provided numerous amounts of evidence to back this up, it’s now been over a month and still no sign of the money being refunded to me. Horrific company with horrific customer service. I withdrew money 4 times this week , $100, $40, $30, and $115 says I have been paid but haven’t recieved any money in my account, I am set up for autodeposit and according to betway I should have recieved the money in my account within 30 minutes it’s been almost 4 days , this does not encourage me to continue depositing money to make bets with betway . Plor company with lack if custoner service and bever takes responseability when issues on site with bets had a bet they stopped the bet saying it had finjshee in the first set at 4-3 when it never i have proof it carried on then ablut an hour later jt said it lost u cant dk that as uts faud as the match was still okaying u just did it as my bet was winning at the time which by u doing that is illegal the vet shoukd be void and stake returned to me. I don’t write reviews too often but I also rarely have good experiences with a betting platform, so I felt the need to say a few words. Apart from the usual initial hoop-jumps through the verification process, which is pretty standard across all sites (most a lot more painful that Betway in my experience) I’ve had a very positive experience with Betway so far and trust them more than other platforms I’ve used. It’s the only sports betting site I use. I’ve been very lucky over the last few months and had a few substantial wins and I must say I’m surprised I’ve not heard much of a peep apart from one quick re-verification. No random bans, no issues with withdrawing the wins I’ve had and paid out fairly quickly every time. The only downside is I have had notably a lot less success with the automated slots on Betway compared to on a couple of other platforms, generally. But that was maybe just my luck at the time. Hi, I withdrew my money on 28jan and received a mail about verification on 30 Jan and I sent required documents then after one day they ask me more documents about my card proofs . Then I sent all documents again. When I talk to a live agent she said they are reviewing the documents and give you feedback later. Once they done we will give you a feedback. Everyday I got same answer after waiting 7-8 hours on chat. Sometime send document again with bank stamp all that things. And I sent all . I’m waiting from last 9-10 days for my withdrawals still get nothing.since I My account is locked as self exclusion. From last two days I’m not able to connect with live agent. When try to send email and get no response and today I got a They are still reviewing documents.I don’t know what’s going on. Please help . Give my withdrawals asap. I sent all genuine documents. Don’t use this scam site I have withdrawals that keep getting so far then going backwards. You can speak to anyone as there’s no email or nunber and the live chat kicks you off soon your near the top of the list. I’m going to contact the gambling commission as this is a joke. So issue was in fact resolved quickly

3 days ago I requested that MY money which was in my withdrawal balance that I deposited before Betway closed my account has still to this day over £40 not been refunded I have sat on Web chat for HOURS and still haven’t got anywhere. This is theft of MY money not money that I won on the site and still not feedback. If this is not actioned today I will be taking this alot further!

Been trying to sort withdrals for some time. Been told to change method explaind I can’t, then been asked to change method about 10/15 times since. Finally got through to someone asked me to provide details for a swift transfer, they were rejected a few times even know nothing wrong with documents, re sent updated info.Not heard anything for a while then get an email asking me to change withdral method. My withdrawal seems to be coming through although I had to set pay pal up which I didn’t want to do then deposit more money in to get my money back . If Mastercard is not working with withdrawal s then they shouldn’t be letting people deposit They did apologise so that’s one plus and hopefully it’ll be in my account it wasn’t alot but it wasn’t a good experience , also getting in touch was near on impossible apart from through trust pilot very frustrating. But at least they did message so thanks .

I have tried the chat bot route many times and waited 8 hours today for an agent to talk to them to get to next in line and be cut off! Same yesterday. Please pay out my winnings.

As with many others I cannot withdraw my money. It tells me I have to deposit money on the card I want to withdraw to first, even though I have made multiple deposits using this method. The “Live” chatbot cannot answer my query, and the email I sent gave an automated reply to say it is not monitored and to use the Live chat bot which cannot help. Please, please help.

Shocking site! Yesterday they allowed me to deposit alot of money then all of sudden I was thrown out of the game. It automatically locked me out and I had a pop up saying that my account has been blacklisted. I was verified etc so I do not know why. I am unable to contact anyone in regards to the funds I have on my account that I DEPOSITED and didn’t win! I want my money bank in my account but no way of requesting because the lack of support etc from Betway all I want is my money back I deposited yesterday! Including the money I lost as there is no reason for them to have locked my account only for me depositing and had no issues doing so in the past!

Terrible experience!!! Cannot contact customer support, there phone line isn’t working, neither do there emails work when trying to contact them, there live chat doesn’t work and wastes your time puts you in a que of 72+ people then while waiting the live chat closes on you so you can never get through. Been trying to find a way to talk the the team as I haven’t received my withdrawal and can’t get in touch with anyone, would avoid at all cost. They basically take your money and don’t payout with no way on contacting them! Absolutely disgusting service. Betway casino if you see this contact as I can’t contact you. So it’s been nearly 3 months now still not received winnings sent over proof betway are a fraudulent company lying in order to not pay winnings. When you catch them in enough lies they say you have broken terms and conditions. Look at other reviews all saying the same thing no coincidence. Betway are getting away this fraudulent activity and have been for awhile now. Don’t bother with resolver as they don’t so anything as also owned by betway so don’t waste your time. I’m now opening a case against them with a private solicitor as I have more than enough proof of their fraudulent behaviour and blatant lies. I’d advise you all to do the same let’s not let them do this to anyone else betway needs to be shut down if we all make a claim against them we can make it happen!

Betway are the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with not just bookmakers.I requested three very small withdrawals two on Jan 15 one Jan 17 . One request on 15th paid remaining two they state I need to verify account . I have sent the relevant documents weeks ago . I finally received a response to an email I sent to their customer care manager. It took 10 days for an answer.To my surprise, they replied saying that they can’t figure out what went wrong with their promotion.I have accumulated 125 spins as part of a promotion, a defective one, they have been running for some time now.They had the audacity of asking for 2 weeks time in order to review it.Please note, it has been over a month since I made them aware of the situation.I am in the process of contacting the proper authorities in the UK to make them aware of Betway’s horrific practices.These guys need to learn a lesson.There is a “gambling and gaming” commission in the UK, as well as a ministry that attends to these situations.Betway is going down the drain quickly!Don’t give them your money.

Still waiting to be contacted, can’t withdraw says i have to deposit to make withdrawal even though I deposited 100 on the 13th Jan 2024 and last year . Stupidly I did deposit on the 3rd Feb hoping it would allow my withdrawal but geuss what same response . So basically betway are taking monet and not letting you withdraw so impossible to win your just giving money away . I have given them 2 stars as my withdrawals were finally paid.This was never about the money Betway, it was purely down to your appalling customer service or lack of it.Sooner or later the gaming commission will undoubtedly get involved with you but thankfully I will not be a part of it as I am shutting my account.I urge all unsatisfied customers to persist if they have an issue but please note the only time they respond is via a Trust Pilot review so do not waste endless hours on the chat service which is probably manned by an inexperienced operator who apologises constantly. A month ago I bet to over9.5 and final score was 12 then supposed be I win but the result is I lost. I don’t know why I think it’s technical problem.Today I bet over 8.5 and final score was 11 that means I won but they didn’t pay me yet.I tried to contact them by live chat all the time but there are 50-60 queue in chat room so never contact them.I don’t care they still fraud or cheat anymore but they shouldn’t steal user’s money!!

Been trying to get a withdrawal from Betway for some time now. Iv used other sites within this time and managed to receive withdrawals to the same card used at Betway and came within hours.Betway will take deposits all day but when you withdraw just drag the process out as long as possible.Iv been asked to change method and can’t, been asked to send in I’d and staments but won’t accept them. All of which have been accepted on other sites so weird how Betway won’t accept them.I have wrote to betting commission and MP of betting procedures and also contacted all company’s sponsored by and promoting Betway on what is happening. Not just to me but looks like hundreds of people.I hope I get my money and will keep leaving bad reviews, telling everybody I know not to use or give money to this company and letting social media know also.I would advise for ever person in this situation to do the same. I have won £2500 since December, my account was locked out when I requested to get my money. When I go on their live chat it will take hours for them to talk to me, they will keep asking for passport and Identification. Once I send those they will say it’s not clear and then ask me to send it PDF form. When I send it that way too they complain saying they don’t accept it . I sent my documents multiple times but they will ask me for same thing over and over again. Betway is a joke and a fraud company. They will kind take your money when you loose but when you win they refuse to give your money and lock your account so you don’t have access to it. Their onlines are very crazy you will wait for 6 hours and then sometimes the page will close it self. Never betting with betway again. And I want my £2500 or am taking them to court

Since yesterday morning I find my self unable to login into my account. The app seems to be not functioning, even the in-play markets will not show. I have deleted – downloaded the app, tried it on 2 other handset devices and 2 different pc’s/ laptops in different locations nothing wrong with the internet or anything as every app is working fine. This is frustrating can someone explain this… I can’t even get through to anyone
