Tried to put a bet on, for the Scottish Grand National, about 40 times but it kept telling me to log in, even though I was already logged in! The app was happy enough to let me put money in, but when it came to putting the bet on, it wasn’t. Withdrew my money.

Their promotions free bets are bad enough anyway but now they have taken them from meLeoVegas own this lot which says it allLOL at the 5 stars saying how great customer service is. They’re a bookmaker why dont you review how bad they are bookmaking?I have dealt with some rotten ones in my life but no one comes close to this lot. As per the other reviews, an absolute drama to try and withdraw winnings, I’ve given up as the amount was only 21.00. Staked 40.00 on the Grand National, using this company as they advertised a free 30.00 bet, which in fairness worked. They took my money without asking for any proof of bank account, personal identity etc. and then ask you to jump through hoops when you try and withdraw. However, I did enjoy antagonising whilst in the chat room!

I joined Bet UK to place bets on the Grand National. After a very difficult set up and best placing session. I was confident that I would be getting 30 in free bets after placing 60 on the Grand National horses. The next day I tried to bet using my three 10 free bets (marked as pending on my account) only to find that every obstacle was put in my way, and even though I had bet 60 the day before this was not adequate as they were each way bets!!! this was in the small print. I am not happy with this company and Ive deleted the app already.

I get emails with promotions and last one was bet 5 on any sport and receive another 5 bet to be used within 3 days for free.I placed a bet of 2.50 each way = 5 and the free bet wasn’t given due to having an each way bet.Apparently in their terms and conditions, but nothing in the email promotion whatsoever.If you are happy to read through all their terms and conditions, these may a a bookmaker for you.Otherwise, use a bookmaker you can trust.Account now closed and balance refunded to use elsewhere.Be careful.

Wish I read these reviews. Never found a bookies that make it almost impossible to get your money. I had to speak to customer services at least 12 times tonight to verify through 3 different methods and you still come up with more excuses not to pay me. This has been followed up with the gambling commission and I hope you get investigated and your licence suspended. I suggest everyone else report them too.

You should have minus stars for companies like this. BETUK is owned by LeoVegas they are disgusting company to deal with, based in Malta. No way of contacting them only through Live Chat and emails they do not answer. Take you money, but if you win they will not allow you to withdraw it without bank statements, copies of your bank cards including all numbers (CVV etc.)AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

Bet UK was offering decent odds on the grand national. I signed up to place a bet and the odds were reduced as soon as I made a deposit.

I Never had a problem with Betuk, until I won whilst on my Easter holiday. I won over a couple of days around 5k ( thousand ) the next time I tried to log in to Betuk it refused me access. After several attempts I contacted their online chat which explained that I have not followed their guidelines regarding responsible gambling. Ha ha ha !!! Got to say that your policies of giving at least half a point less than the big 4 bookmakers and only wanting documentation when you want to withdraw your winnings.This company only wants mug punters. You are genuinely a very poor, short sighted company.

I have been using BetUk for around a year now. I have to say, they have been excellent. Some great odds covering all sports and lots of offers. The offers seem to have stopped now for some reason but overall it’s been great. Speedy withdrawal as well. Thanks

No money has been paid back after nearly one month after I tried to withdraw. LeoVegas Gambling trading under BetUK is a scam and I have now gone to ibas-uk.com. This company should be closed down and its license revoked. They are a scam company looking for people that lose and never have to withdraw money. When you do win and want to withdraw from BetUk is impossible. Can’t believe the 5-star reviews here and I would certainly question if these are not planted by BetUK. Regardless of what you send to verify your account they will always want more including photo id? WHY. I sent everything they aked for (except photo id) and today i received an email telling me i must verify my account or my account will be suspended??? All this because i wanted to withdaw the princely sum of 18.25 and thats been pending since 30/3/23.If you are a sensible person who is doing their due dilligence before joining this betting site… DON’T DO IT!!!And Betuk shame on you.

Made a mistake on the initial bank details provided. Tried to change them and BETUK refused and then said as the bank details didn’t match the bank statement they then withheld my winnings and only paid my stake back. Quite happy to take your money but find every conceivable way not to pay out.

Would give zero if possible. Refusing over 3k of winnings for no reason. Contact IBAS if you have any issues theyre well aware of the malpractice occurring at Betuk and will help you settle it fairly. This company wont be around for long. Provided everything bar my DNA over the last 3 weeks. Still no resolution, still no communication. Very stressful and very suspect behaviour from this company. I understand the requirement for security and protecting all parties but what this company are doing is harmful for the customer because the process is so poorly managed and takes far too long. They didnt seem to have problems accepting payments from my card BUT when it comes to withdrawals that is a whole different ball game. Being asked to provide photos of the card used, bank statements, location etc because Natwest are not accepting payments from this site, not according to Natwest when i spoke to them. I have accounts with 4 other betting site and in all the time i have used then they have never once asked for any i.d to be provided in order for me to withdraw money. In my honest opinion its the worse site ever. Oh how i wish i had read these review prior to using this excuse for a betting site. Theyve asked for more details to better understand my experience. Do not use this company!They are nothing but con men! I have been trying to withdraw from them for a month now. I have jumped through every hoop imaginable and sent photos, signed and stamped letters from my bank and all you get is a repeat letter to submit documents. They will not tell you what is wrong with said documents. Do not touch this company with a barge pole, it’s not worth the grief.

Terrible customer service.Free bets not credited from offer.Customer service is an absolute joke. Any excuse to try to avoid issuing the free bets. They apparently can’t understand which offer I am referring to (it’s on their own website), they can’t open links went sent to clarify. Sorry to say, more of the same as I read below.Signed up as a new customer and won 135 off free bets. The problems then started when I was attempting to withdraw my winnings. They asked for various bits of ID, all which were sent. Theyre refusing to release my winnings, and have instead given my intiial deposit back and suspended my account.These bookmakers are nothing but cowboys and I would certainly not recommend to anyone. Youll not get your winnings!

I placed a bet recently and earned some free bets which expired on Sunday 26.3.23 at midnight. I tried to use my free bets on 23rd but they were showing as pending and I could not get access to them. I tried to contact you twice on the phone number provided but this seemed to be a private number. I also tried to go on the chat line but this was not helpful. Therefore I lost my free bets

Whouldnt touch this company with a bargepole again got the free bets ok but as I won with them they made I so impossible to withdraw asking for bank statements ect . People should not be asked for personal info as when you sign up it’s hard enough stay clear people you will regret it .
