Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I cant access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Dont use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

As most of the other reviews here have stated, Leovegas are quite happy to take your money but the second you try to take any back they hit you with a million different requests for verification and reject everything you send.Sent an image of my card with all details needed, they rejected it because all 4 corners could not be seen they could.Resubmitted the same image and the next time it was because my name wasnt on the document it was.A different customer service agent replies to every message you send, and they either dont read what you send or reply with contradictory information in comparison to a previous reply.Couldnt have provided more evidence to prove who I was but it didnt matter, after 3 weeks of arguing I played through my balance and closed my account – which means they won but I was sick of fighting it.My advice is just dont join in the first place.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste 10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didnt have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips arent enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and its simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before Ive deposited thousands with you, its that simple. Avoid.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

Stay as far away from this site as you can. It's one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it's impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!
Further it's impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.
This is the worst betting site there is and should be taken down.

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

Recently joined this casino , because I was tired of all the other casinos letting me down to often. Then again this is a business , their goal is not for you to profit , but rather to make you think you will profit. And so the cycle keeps going from there. I won on the first day of joining, I thought maybe that’s just to make me play more again. Of course I was right as the following days , there was absolutely no wins like how it was on the first day I joined. I’m down 500, and have come to the conclusion that this casino is no better than the others . On the other hand , I was surely expecting this to finally be a Canadian platform as it mentioned . Later I found out it’s not Canadian, it’s just a “platform that’s available to Canadians” .
The sports betting only gives you high opportunity when the loosing team is surely at the edge of lose .
The live casino specifically the wheel spin games , constantly lands on small numbers as much as 8x in a row and very frequently too. That’s ridiculous if you ask me!
Lastly the main casino, not all games work right away and most of the time it takes a little bit of time to load the game.
^i tried using higher speed Internet, Google worked fine, but not these guys!
On the first day, there was a fair amount of wins coming in from the slots. The second day and onwards, very little wins, and I’d say about 75% less frequently occurring , compared to the first day of playing.

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can't withdraw my money) for support you can't talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query "we will send you an email".

Disabled my wallet with over $16004 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply.
