I love everything from Neptune and understand there was a design issue which delayed this delivery however I ordered these mugs in January and finally delivered in July!

Patsy from the Cheltenham store helped us choose our items and gave some very helpful advice on colour, the green inside to our bookcase is really attractive and not something we would have though of doing. She came to oversee the delivery of all 4 pieces of furniture to ensure we were totally happy with the order and delivery. We could not have asked for more attention to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered my mirror and lamp in February and neither were out of stock.Was then informed mirror would not arrive until end July!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gail from the design team and I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the result! We now have a beautiful kitchen corner with fitted benches and table which has transformed my space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing haven.From the very start, was always available for my questions and patiently listened and responded to all my concerns, showing a genuine commitment to ensuring I was happy with the plans. But it didn’t end there – when it came to the installation, Steve, the expert fitter, demonstrated incredible skill and determination. Despite facing challenges posed by an awkward corner, he went above and beyond to ensure that everything fit perfectly. The end result exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Gail, Steve, and the entire team, for making my kitchen corner perfect for creating memories with my family.

Customer service was excellent and so is the quality and fabric of my ottoman…. and the colour is stunning! I was called and emailed regarding the delivery and the delivery men were lovely, so professional yet super friendly. They took the packaging away and placed my ottoman in position in the bathroom on the first floor. Thank you Neptune, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!!

We are delighted with our beautiful Neptune kitchen recently installed. Beth and James made the whole process stress free and were always available to answer all our queries. Thank you to Jennifer too for her help with the project. The kitchen fitters were skilful and obliging. We couldn’t have chosen better and would certainly recommend Neptune.

Its a miserable wet Monday in August, and I had seen that Neptune had a sale on, so popped in to get some wonderful washing up liquid, and I was offered a coffee! That was so welcoming, the most delicious coffee arrived in one of Neptune’s fabulous cup and saucers! I was served by a lovely young woman (Shannan) and got some excellent items (I also had to buy a cup and saucer!) I love the quality and harmonious displays and often go just to get some inspiration!

I would just like to take this opportunity to say what excellent service and advice I received when using the in house designer Vicky Hill, who along with her very professional team of people did an amazing job transforming my home. She is extremely talented and has amazing vision and would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of using Neptune for their home.

Went in but didn’t stay as no one acknowledged us, not even good morning or hello. After walking round decided to leave, the general atmosphere was not good, quite funereal!

Friendly and thorough service through the whole procedure of buying a new kitchen. Designer was knowledgable and able to produce a design that met our requirements. Fitters were incredibly skilled and able to adapt on the spot where necessary to ensure a high quality job and the project manager had great communication throughout the fitting.Very much enjoyed working with everyone and very happy with the quality kitchen we have purchased.

Had to chase for delivery dates for the crockery that I ordered at the beginning of the year which arrived only a few weeks ago and also received partial order for my previous order (received lamp base and no lamp). Would expect more from Neptune as they’re pricey compared to other homeware companies.

I made a last minute decision to take a little trip to Neptune Edgbaston. It’s such a warm homely welcome when you enter the showroom. It is laid out so beautiful it truly gives you inspiration. The staff are always so helpful, friendly and polite

Visited the Guildford Neptune store whilst on holiday. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly and courteous. I ordered 4 Wycombe dining room chairs; the store was being extended, but I didn’t notice any disruption whilst shopping. Would love to revisit but I live up North!

Neptune is the most delightful company company to buy from. The stores are elegant, the customer-facing staff an absolute pleasure to deal with and the whole Neptune experience is a rare exemplar of customer service.I have recently bought 10 litres of paint for home delivery. The tins arrived damaged and one of them had burst at the lid with a small spillage of paint. To me, it appears to be damage caused by the courier. Neptune Online immediately offered me a full refund for me to keep the paint and decant it, or else immediate replacements. You cannot receive better service.

I saw the stools in store but the staff were busy so I ordered online. Ordering was easy, I ordered in the evening and the next morning I received a call to arrange delivery three days later. The delivery men called to let me know their arrival time. They unpackaged the stools and checked that we were happy. They also had time to advise me on the care of a dining table we had previously ordered from Neptune. We are really happy with the stools and the design matches our dining chairs.

We bought a lovely small sideboard to add to our growing collection of Neptune items.the quality is excellent and worth saving for. The sideboard was delivered with real care and I can’t thank the drivers enough. They were friendly and put everything together.Delighted customer.

Really friendly staff. Went in with my young daughter and the staff member spoke to her too as she was serving me and recommended a place to go over the school holidays. Little touches like that make for a pleasant visit. Along with all the lovely items to buy too, obviously!

We had such a great experience with the help we received from Lizzie at the Winchester store. She was very knowledgable about the fabrics we were considering for our sofa purchases. We were given options and large samples to try against our chosen sofa style. Lizzie also gave us time to consider exactly what we wanted without pressure. It made the whole experience a relaxed pleasure.Lizzie very quickly understood our tastes and offered perfect solutions.

We had such an amazing evening with our fabulous hosts, Annabel and Maisie and Neil teaching us to make 3 delicious cocktails. Neptune is a beautiful store and the shopping afterwards was fun – I am really pleased with my new glasses. I am looking forward to the next event!

We couldn’t have been happier with our kitchen from the design process, preparation and installation. Becky was so helpful with planning and keeping us informed of timescales. Richard provided us with a lot of reassurance visiting site on numerous occasions to ensure all measurements were accurate and that we wouldn’t encounter any issues when it came to installation (especially as our builder put a door in the wrong place and we had to rejig the design to accommodate which was a breeze with neptunes support). When it came to delivery and installation we were kept informed and Luke Howard was fantastic to work with. His attention to detail and level of care was second to none and we couldn’t have asked for a better fitter. We are so happy with the kitchen and the process has surpassed all of our expectations. Thankyou so much to all those involved for making it a stressfree and exciting experience and a wonderful kitchen at the end.

A beautiful store. I normally shop in the small Neptune in Blackheath. This store is huge with so much choice availability. The staf are so helpful and friendly especially when I explained that I was recovering from a broken back. I cannot wait to visit again. Thankyou ❤️

Neptune have been very attentive from day one. They have been very accommodating and efficient in their design consultations. The store is beautiful and homely and very welcoming. Both Dot and Amber put me so at ease making big design decisions. Their expertise was so helpful as they gently guided me through the process of designing a family kitchen that will look timeless for years to come. The installation was seamless and all bespoke elements look fantastic, many thanks to John and Toby. Toby the fitter was very punctual and professional.

This was our second Neptune kitchen so the bar had been set very high at your Hatch End Reading branch!We were therefore impressed at the equally high standard of service we received from your York branch. Everything from inception with our designer Holly, project management from Kayleigh, skilled craftsmanship from our delightful fitter Adam to the final paint finish when we had three gentlemen working hard all day to give the final touches to our beautiful new room! A visit to your showroom was always met with a smiling Michael ably supported by the rest of your staff, who make excellent coffee by the way! One simply couldn’t ask for more-especially with a demanding customer like me! Thank you all.

Fantastic product but was a little disappointed when it can flat pack and delivery driver I thought assembles and the take the rubbish away.

The wardrobe received was excellent and well put together by the team. Main area of concern was that an unwanted bed and headboard were delivered twice resulting in some confusion in the the refund process. All sorted now but time consuming.

Beautiful furniture delivered promptly by polite delivery men. One piece of furniture had to be returned as it was faulty but this was done with no problems.

I mainly visit the Colchester branch where the staff are always friendly, helpful, polite and provide great customer service. I also recently attended the Colour evening at Colchester which was really interesting and very informative.

My friend and I had a lovely evening at the cocktail masterclass. We had a glass of fizz on arrival from the great hosts Annabel and Maisie. Neil made the tutorials fun and added to the buzzing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the event!

We came to the Neptune Cheltenham store to buy a new kitchen and the whole experience we received from Neptune and our amazing kitchen designer Amber was second to none. Right from the start Amber was warm and welcoming and really listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen. Within just a few weeks she had created the first design which we were able to tweak until it was perfect! The communication from Amber and the rest of the team was brilliant. The final kitchen is our dream come true, we couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Neptune Cheltenham enough! Thank you Amber and team 🙂

I’d been looking to buy a new table lamp for ages and finally found one I liked online at Neptune. All the information provided, description, weight and dimensions, was spot on, super important as the base was earthenware and heavy. The shade options for this particular lamp were a little limited but I could purchase the base separately. As it turned out I found another shade elsewhere on their website. Crucially, the website photo images are very accurate and so it was a relief when the lamp arrived and was exactly as expected. The packaging was great, even with this item weighing 8kg, it arrived perfectly and very quickly via UPS, just three days from placing the order with the courier providing delivery info throughout the day.What more can I say, all in all, very pleased.

Such a treat to go to the cocktail making masterclass at my local Neptune. From the moment I walked in, hosts Maisie and Annabel were warm and welcoming. In the lovely atmosphere of one of the store’s stunning kitchen spaces, Neil taught us how to make three delicious cocktails (definitely adding the strawberry daiquiri to my limited repertoire). With a little late night shopping too, against which our cocktail class tickets were redeemable, it was a brilliant value and fun evening.

Ordered two lamps – one delivered broken in two places. Indecipherable instructions included in multiple languages save English. Broken item replaced but massive hassle and not remotely interested in any gesture reflecting this. Never again.

I would just like to say I was served by Jo Reeves today. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. She presented with a warm calm and polite manner. Her knowledge of the products in store was impressive and she really did not mind doing endless trips to the storage room to check for items despite what I felt, being understaffed. Jo also Managed to find these lamps I had been looking for and she emailed to let me know she had sourced them. So I went in today to purchase them. Her colleague in the shop floor was also very helpful and hands on and carried my items to the car. Over all my experience was really good and as result I will be visiting more often, as I am really big on customer service which was brilliant. The store is very lucky to have such dedicated and committed staff. Thank you Jo for all your help today and yesterday.

I attended a cocktail masterclass at Neptune Bath this week and cannot think of a more stylish venue. It felt as if we were in someone’s (very glamorous) kitchen and the hosts Annabel and Maisie were so welcoming as well as knowledgeable about the Neptune range. What a splendid idea to learn new cocktail recipes, meet new people and then have the chance to browse the Neptune shop after hours. My new butter dish is pride of place on the kitchen table.
