Really poor customer service .Inferior product.Contacted customer services regarding Bronte candle which was gifted to me as Christmas gift.I’m usually an avid fan of any neptune products and customer service but they have failed this time and I will take my custom elsewhere after their poor response.The candle didn’t burn right and left half the wax in the jar after spending so much tooing and flowing 3 pictures of the candle and correspondence.I was told that they only have a burn time of between 3 and 4 hours obviously this is incorrect as I have checked onside and normal burn time is 35 hours otherwise it would be bone of the highest priced candles on the market.Save your money and purchase your candles elsewhere as a fan of the white company candles I would suggest there instead of buying an inferred product from Neptune and they sure need to train their customer care staff to listen to their customers as they have sure list my custom!

Harriet recently helped us with the design for our bedroom, she was so friendly and from our first meeting we knew that she was going to get it right! She took on all of our ideas as well and opening our eyes to ideas/colours we hadn’t thought of. Harriet was professional from start to finish and even came to set everything thing up on the final day, which was flawless. The end result is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend using Harriet and will definitely be using her again ourselves.

Excellent delivery service, with item checked before leaving. We’re pleased with the appearance, item was not damaged which is quite unusual these days. Only negative was the price hence 4*

Neptune is still using the hashtag ‘sustainable’ in your Instagram posts despite sourcing wood from NORTH AMERICA and then shipping it to CHINA where you make the kitchens and furniture. This is NOT SUSTAINABLE. It’s cheap and means you can undercut the competition. Planting a few trees with stump-up does not begin to cover the carbon disaster you are creating. STOP claiming to be sustainable. It’s not true. Focus on the truths and positives of your brand – sustainability is NOT one of them. If you want to be sustainable, make it happen, but don’t make false claims. You changed (backdated) your post claiming #britishfurnituremaking after my last review, but haven’t acknowledged your mistake.Corporate sustainable pretence is called Greenwashing.

Great service again from (Rachel) Neptune, Guildford. Polite, helpful & efficient. The item was packed up well and sent straight away. I have a much more positive experience when I use the shop directly. I will defiantly use this shop again.

Rescheduled delivery without warning numerous time and never informed of specific delivery date or time as advised we would be and left to chase them, uncontactable customer service, women at customer service was condescending. Happy with physical purchase but certainly will think twice about ordering from Neptune again. They are lucky their interior style is in fashion at the moment, but when it isn’t, they do not have a good service to fall back on and ensure their customers return sadly.

We used Neptune kitchen design service in Bristol for our new kitchen. The finish is wonderful and the quality is outstanding. The attention to detail by the designers was so reassuring. We are so delighted by our kitchen we wish we had done it sooner.

As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. With Neptune, that’s courteous, helpful staff who go above and beyond, along with beautiful products. I’m like a child in a sweet shop when I walk in the store!

I ordered artwork online & was kept up to date throughout. I knew the expected timeline when placing the order & then was contacted by email when it was ready to be dispatched to book a suitable day for delivery & check for any instruction.It was an efficient, reliable service & the item was delivered in pristine condition.The Overton artwork itself is absolutely stunning & will be enjoyed for years to come…worth the extra pennies for beautiful craftsmanship & a high quality item.With thanks!

Product was not in stock (this was unclear on the website when purchasing) and ultimately not delivered due to quality issues with the product, which was frustrating. Unhelpful and unresponsive customer service. Wouldn’t buy from here again

Neptune quality through and through. From the tissue box cover to the fabulous laundry basket everything not only looks great but feels great too. Things are pricey but the quality is unquestionable and always worth the wait, if you happen to experience it.

The service and attention to detail at the Tonbridge branch is fantastic.I was looking for a pot to house a faux olive tree. The staff helped with styling ideas, measurements and made recommendations.The service was absolutely fantastic.

My husband and I are over the moon with our beautiful Long Island chair and sofas. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the fabric colour – Linara Natural – is just gorgeous. We bought two Keswick side tables from Neptune’s Cheltenham shop. The service in the shop was excellent. The two tables were deleivered promptly and again the service was excellent. We are very happy with the quality of the tables.

I purchased some Christmas items (which I was very pleased with) through Neptune Cheltenham store. The service I received was super. Helpful staff (Emma) who kept me informed by both email and phone when I could expect my items and called once they had arrived in store. Excellent communication together with gorgeous products.

Exceptional design service. I have now worked with Gail for a number of years. From the beginning she intuitively understood not only the practical needs of my family but my aesthetic. She encourages me to be bolder with the design choices than I otherwise would be. I can’t thank the Gail and the team at Neptune enough.

We were really well looked after by our designer and customer service person, Sophie. She saw the project right the way through, from early design scoping to a final visit to fix any snags. She has a great design eye. Her fitting team – Brin in particular – were great. On time. Efficient. Good to get on with. Ian too. At the end of the project Sophie presented us with a Neptune basket full of goodies; little gifts that have finished the kitchen off perfectly (it was like Christmas in January!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune.

I want to say a massive thank you to Christian and Bart who painted our kitchen. We had a few issues with the painting that was done before by others, Christian and Bart came in, spotted the problem straight away and fixed it with no stress. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We are so happy with our kitchen and the service they provided. Would highly recommend.

Huge box to deliver a faux flower stem – what a waste as the stem is irreparably damaged. I have tried over several days to resuscitate (?!) it but as it’s plastic and not wire it remains poorly out of shape. Very disappointing.

We have never asked anyone to buy anything for our house, let alone design and decorate so deciding on almost a full house design was a bit of a gamble. A decision based on the beautiful store, and wanting to recreate this feeling in our new home. However, the designer Gail was able to translate our ideas and personal style with ease, with many lovely combinations and items we hadn’t considered. A great experience all round, from the store itself, the friendly staff, and Bethan’s wonderful communication.

I had placed an order and had a few questions. Amy promptly answered my questions and in my opinion, went out of her way to help as much as she could. She put in place a way to get part of my order to me via express delivery/priority and advised me regarding the other part of my order. Lovely new coffee table to add to our Neptune pieces. Beautiful quality and works great in our kitchen Lounge space. I ordered a lamp and it came with a European plug!!! There was a UK/Ireland plug in the box but no instructions. Seeing as Neptune is UK I was very surprised to find a European plug. I now have to buy an adapter, what a pain

Thrilled with the three pictures I ordered through the Chesham store. They are superbly made and framed and mounted to a very high standard. The ordering process was rather painful though as trying to pay by gift card was time consuming and complicated as your staff struggled with your till system. They were delivered very promptly by DPD and extremely well packaged to protect them

The Wandsworth Bridge Road Staff have been so helpful and attentive. They had ordered an item to the store for me to ensure a shorter lead time and kept me well updated and were so extremely friendly with ever correspondence.

We always buy our paints from Neptune. The quality of the paint is great, the colours are rich and I love the way they have grouped them into palettes which makes it easier to pair. The staff are always very professional and helpful. Their colour suggestions work very well. I highly recommend our Colchester branch.

Very apologetic about the mistake which wasn’t there fault although maybe some quality control over stock issues could be implemented (to which I could help with) and quite slow on the replacement paint. But all the staff were very polite and the issue has now been resolved

During our move a charger for a battery operated lamp was lost. I emailed Neptune (Reading) asking if they could help with a replacement. They replied within an hour and said replacement is in its way. WOW – that is what I call amazing customer service. The bonus is I also love the lamps! Keep up the great work guys – it means so much to customers! AE
