Awful used to be good a few years ago came back to play and nothing been playing just over 3 weeks put around 300 pound in and won nothing if you do it’s not worth withdrawing scammers!!

Absolutely abysmal! Fed up to the back teeth of having to chase up the payment of my winnings on the Irish lottery. Customer service are staffed by some of the most arrogant and obnoxious people on the planet! Zero star would be my review! Avoid at all costs!!

Thought i would try Betfred casino because all the rest are awful. Deposited 80 on Friday and won 400 on the live casino. Had a go Saturday never got one winning spin. Sunday nothing Monday nothing. Winnings went in today and nothing again. Every casino is exactly the same first deposit win then nothing. I would love to no how they fix that wheel.

Just washed my hands with betfred, worst company ive ever dealt with. Never received my 30 pound free bet that was in the welcome offer also never received a 5 pound free bet linked in an email. Waited nearly 2 hours to talk to someone and i did this twice as the first person was awful and refused to fix it. Then the second one was even more rude, patronising and talking to me like i was stupid while i was being scammed. I didnt know it was possible to build a contact centre in hell but i hope the rent is low there because the customer service is awful.

Made an account with betfred today deposited 220 pound which they was fine with and ended up withdrawing 560 pound since then my account has been blocked due to them saying i got my password wrong 3 times even tho it was saved to my browser emailed them how many times and got no response from them does anyone know if the withdrawal will still go through? I dont know where to go from here with it there a disgrace steer clear

I have not been able to get into my account, they said I put my details in wrong twice if I did fair enough. But trying to sort it out an absolute joke, I know things are difficult at the moment but trying to contact them for nearly 4 hrs. There quick enough to take your money but customer service none existent. I lost out on two winning horse thanks to this.
Don't recommend betfred, try elsewhere.

Only joined a few days ago won 850 it's been 3 days still no payments now my account is locked out as apparently I put wrong password in 3 times yet every other time I've logged in to put money on it its been correct as soon as I withdrew it's now locked me out customer service disgusting I was 97 in the queue took 1hr 15 mins to chat to the most rude person ever who basically said reset your password and money takes 48 hrs this is not an option as it doesn't let you rest your password. Total scanners and surprised there even allowed to run still AVOID AT ALL COST I WOULD TOTALLY SAY TOMBOLA BEST COMPANY AROUND

If I could give 0 I would. Signed up on games50 for free spins on starburst. Told to wager deposit and wager 10. Then will get the spins in 48 hours. I then in the afternoon receive another email from them asking me to move 10 to their casino element for another 100 spins in casino. Got my casino spins but never got or going to gety first offer as per contact chat. Reporting them as misleading. I would have not bothered re depositing for an offer if I wasent getting anything as the site terrible to play on much prefer others.

Avoid, first of all wouldn't pay me for a winning bet so had to go to the ombudsmen, secondly cos I did they Muppets banned me, get staff who know how to settle bets then I wouldn't had to of reported you.

This is the second time this year this has happened to me, I placed bets on football that won but when they settled the bets they had changed so that my return was much smaller than it should have been, first time I gave them the benefit of doubt but this weekend they definitely changed 1 of my selections, it's impossible to get any joy from them so I'm not going to bet here again my advice would be find a different site

Made acquisition agreement with PWC Liquidators in mid March to acquire Addison global customer data and pay out the outstanding account balances. They did not do the honourable thing and are a total disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. They refused to open an account for me, did not migrate my data across and have refused repeatedly to pay out my moplay balance.. This has happened numerous former moplay customers, as is evident on twitter and the Gambling commission has allowed this to happen and failed to protect punters like myself. (Google greg wood report in the Guardian online article dated 19th April). The Betfred owner can afford to buy shares in William Hill but wont even do the decent thing and pay out former moplay customers the cash they are fully entitled to. There is no valid justifiable reason for refusing to pay me all these monies. Betfred are a complete disgrace, do not bet with them if you have any sense, bear in mind they also, like moplay, are a firm that have very low customer funds protection. They have shown by not paying numerous moplay customers that they cannot be trusted to pay out and only want mug punters. feel robbed of my money like many others and there should be more exposure this. DISGUSTED – STAY CLEAR – WOULD GIVE THIS LOT NO STARS IF I COULD

Betfred Bingo do not give you your new customer offer.

I have been a member of the main betfred for some time, doing sporting bets, slots, etc…however I decided to give Betfred Bingo a try today. As a new Bingo customer you top up and spend 10 which in return you are supposed to get 20 bingo bonus plus 20 slots bonus…of course this didnt happen so naturally I contacted them hoping they would do it manually, only to be told I am not a new customer and have used the bingo service before. I have never done this, I even had to accept the T&Cs for bingo and setup a Bingo chat name before playing my first game.

So I am now 10 down, didnt win a single penny back and Betfred are refusing to give me my bonus. When I asked for them tell me when, what game(s) and how much was spent all they told me was 2019, you can search your account which will take a while.

Poor Customer support or care. I use a number of online casinos and BetFred is by far the worse. The customer support is very slow and unresponsive. There appears to be no care for the customer or any flexibility. This is not the case with other companies such as GALA who do care about their customers

Been on hold for customer services for over 3 hours. Started at position 17 and got excited to finally reach position 1 but I've been here for 30mins. I think there isn't actually anyone there and people are just dropping off and giving up and now I'm top of the list to speak to no one! Trying to get my bonus has been a nightmare. At least I won 50 that I'm hoping to take from them, that's if they actually pay it! There are sooooo many gambling sites out there. Avoid this one.

Just signed up today and I’m VERY disappointed. The site was crashing on me all the time, some games wouldn’t load, just a nightmare!!
Never had these problems on other sites. I’m so angry at myself that I actually deposited my money on this site. Never again.

You can't get bonus on slots even if u fulfil all requeries.
Web is not user friendly its does not show your bonus progress.
95 % rtp on slot is a joke, probably real one is 10 % on Betfred.

Honest review.
I love a good play of slots. I've done 3 deposits on this site as only joined yesterday. My problem isn't losing as that's part n parcel. Its the fact the app kept crashing mid game. Problems loading even on proper website. Being kicked off games mid play saying error. Then going bk on game after waiting 5 mins for it to load to see balance was 3 pounds less.
I will stick to my tried, tested n trusted sites. This was no fun. Very stressful just trying to load a game n play. You need to sort your software out. It's a no from me

A bookmaker that offers no customer service, no bonus scheme for good customers, rubbish promotions that offer virtually zero returns and heavily weighted on the virtual games then Betfred is the way to go!

So glad I've left this poor outfit and gone elsewhere!

No best price on american and prices of drifters stay same, backed a horse at 5/2 that had already drifted to 4/1 with b365 what a con!! Bet365 give you best price and up to date odds so no brainer really!

Sorry Betfred, not a great experience. I registered my account, then i deposited funds then there was some kind of problem loading up a game a message appeared asking me to contact support then I was unable to log back into the account. After multiple attempts to log in and/or reset password i contacted customer support to just close account and refund me. Message back from support indicated i had been blocked for 3 unsuccesful log in attempts and a condesending "should you remember your log in details" remark. Eventually after about an hour i did manage to access my account, the games loaded and played ok, no problems there but I had already decided I was not going to be a long term customer and the welcome bonus/free spins had to be claimed and a code had to be inserted when first registering which i missed so i did not get any introductory offers which is fine by me. I use many online casino sites and you were even worse than Labrokes. Just have a look at William Hill and 32 Red or even Coral who are so far ahead of you for an enjoyable game experience and i could not ever imagine wanting to log into this account ever again, Sorry Betfred but your just not for me.

Ok so I won 13000 on roulette on sat 2nd may and withdrew the funds it is now the 8th and I still haven’t received a penny ! I have never had a problem with any other sites coral had 15k back in my bank 3 days later, I have tried emailing support to which I have heard nothing back , I have tried live chat which is a joke and non existent , it is deeply troubling the lack of customer support and makes you wonder wether the company should be trading with such a lack of support after all we are talking about taking thousands of pounds of people’s money here ! If I don’t receive my money in the next day or two does anyone have any suggestions other than go to the ombudsman and give the press a call about the treatment and service of this company ?

OMG this is a bad site. Customer service is despicable and you don't get loyalty bonuses at all. The slots pay out pennies and are FULL of data error messages.

Very misleading in their in play markets. Placing table tennis within the same category as tennis for just one example , as well as having a very significant lag in their in play markets. You're constantly betting at a disadvantage and its nothing short of a con. Agree also that customer care is non existent. I used to like their pick your punt football bets, hat trick heaven and goals galore. But I'd never use their in play markets again. They also give very little rewards for existing customers.. Poor

Betfred is a terrible online bookmaker.I opened an account and obviously had a few bets with no problem, then I had a bit of trouble with my bank so I had to use my mother's bank card with her approval to place our irish lottery bets on and I received an email accusing me if theft and fraud without even asking for confirmation of this. Also the virtual stream is a disgrace as it stops all the time in the middle of watching and the customer service is appalling. The worst online bookmaker going, I rate skybet, William Hill and coral better than betfred, even 888 sport and ladbrokes are better.

Don't be fooled by the promotions!

Betfred offer multiple promotions to suck you in but when you actually realise what you get its embarrassing / insulting!

Here are a few:

25% back on all casino losses in bold, yet it's up to a MAXIMUM of a 5.00 refund!

Spend 40.00 on live casino and win 10 free spin or 2 golden chips – sounds great but the spins are 10p a go so giving you a 1 and the golden chips are only worth 1 each!

Spend 5.00 on any product through April and receive a bonus the following day. Although eligible every day there's been days when I've received nothing and the other days scratch cards that are worth 10p each with the most won 5 cards (50p)!

Even though turning over 50k they still fail to upgrade from the basic level for the comp points which is 0.01% return – in other words turnover 10k to redeem 10!

If any Betfred staff member reads this hopefully you realise how shockingly bad these promotions are and insulting.

Treat your customers with a little more gratitude as without us you've no business. Rather than water down these promotions do much less of them but when you do make them worthwhile!

Further to this when complaints or problems occur, resolve the issue rather than drag it out or show zero flexibility.

they stole my money? i set up an account they took my deposit then???? er nothing. couldn't bet, couldn't even draw out the money they just stole,it came up with contact customer support,tryed that couldn't get through. tryed emailing nothing. went back to my account and what a surprise nothing,couldn't even get in to my account told wrong password or something which is 100% bull because my login details was saved then i couldn't even reset password cant remember what excuse it gave me but it wasn't a right one, might as well of took my bank details to. oh no.

Agree with other reviewers regarding slot returns. Very poor regardless of how much money you spend. I use Betfred for sport and lottery bets. They recently started offering NetEnt games so I started playing slots. However, it only pays out pennies. I’ve had no issues with this company when placing bets but steer well clear for slots. Coral and Netbet much better for slot payouts.

Don't trust their slots. They are not regulated & are dishonest. When they tell you it's random it's only coming from a representative who is told what to say. Ask them to explain the process of how it's regulated in detail. They can not. They will give you a link to look yourself which explains nothing. Ask them for your RTP% on a game, they will not give it, only your spin history. Yet they can track all your bets & profit & losses & automatically stake restrict you on sports. They are a fraudulent company. Avoid.

Have spent quite a lot of money on this site but suddenly came up account blocked. Tried to reset but saying wrong info(which it is not) sent 6 emails but no reply but they managed to take my money for bets before it was blocked. Saying used wrong details but they are saved on my betfred app
