Made complaint with IBAS ref95118. This bookmaker advises 6 seconds as a grace period on their virtual races at SOUTHFORK PARK.In the past, ALL WINNING BETS were knocked back as LATE after 4 seconds with stake refunded.I bet £100 and the bet was 6 seconds AFTER THE START TIME, the bet actually lost but they did not refund the money, they said it stands, your selection lost.So, when you win, it’s money back.When your selections do not win, they honour the bet.What dirty scum bags.PLEASE ANSWER TO THE EMAILS SENT, IF YOU REALLY ARE CONCERNED !!! I did a lucky 15 at haydock yesterday 7th September at a lpool branch because it stated that it was paying 4 places on all of those races.i had 3 placed horses two were 4th place and one was second place I should have received £64. and was only paid £12.because they decided after I did the bet to make one of the races to pay on 3 places only because a horse was withdrawn.the only reason I placed the bet at the time was they displayed paying 4 places.misleading to say the least.do not bet at Betfred they take your money then change the rules afterwards.

I opened an account with a £10 deposit. I have been with Betfred for over 10 years now, used to shocking delays when it comes to withdrawals, inconsistent time frames based on various deposit methods and I believe also if you are winning!! Read their terms and conditions very carefully, signed up for the £50 after a £10 bet but because I signed up to a casino promotion that was void. I received an in game message saying I qualified for 200 free spins for spending £10 on slots waited over the 48 hours and i didn’t get them. I deposited another £10 to play poker but that didn’t count toward a poker deposit. I managed to craw some funds back from poker and free daily spins (after meeting their requirements). Over £50 dumped into slots and the returns are basically non existent, you’ll be very lucky to win anything on a slots mini game so I suggest cashing out after your first big win (the one to reel you in). Customer service is 20 – 30 minutes talking with an AI asking if you’re still there. I won’t be depositing any more money with this company!

Would give 0 stars. Used husbands card for a deposit. Next thing they close the account and refuse to refund it due to fraud. I’ve been calm throughout even though customer service is rude. Honestly in my opinion Betfred is one of the better sites you can choose.Get verified set a sensible limit and have some fun.Good customer services and by far the best live casino offerings in my opinion.I know people get upset when then loose but if your lucky enough to win they always pay out , if its a big win then theres a slight delay but you’ll get your winnings .Ive played a few sites but always come back to them. The only negative is their live chat is a bit slow sometimes. But telephone support is reasonable & there a friendly lot who will try their best to help .

Be sure to read their T&C on promotional bets VERY carefully. They have a million loopholes to avoid honouring them. Also don;t expect any help from their confrontational customer service people who would be too poorly trained to work at McDonalds. They offer a promotion then when it’s their turn to honour after I had deposited money put many bets on. Send you an email asking for age verification and 3 months of bank statements and picture of passport. These are all highly sensitive personal information yet wasn’t required when you deposit and place bets. Closed account immediately will never use them again. Bet365 are way better and trust their customers. They need to make that information clearer rather than in small t&Cs small print. The promotion should say 50 quid in free bets only after we have seen your bank account and passport and then see how many people sign up.

In 2023 I was barred from visiting the Betfred Ringwood Branch by Jake who hated me because I won with most of my bets which compromised his targets. I am suffering from PTSD/PTED so Betfred/Jake has breached the Equalities Act 2010 and cannot be trusted. I am a valued Betfred Customer so Jake should be sacked for bringing Betfred into serious disrepute.

You will lose ultimately with all casino slots. However at least you win occasionally – not so with Betfred which seems to be one of those casinos (there are others) where you never win. Since joining a few weeks ago and having thousands of spins I think I have managed one withdrawal. Occasionally get into a few quid profit but nothing worthwhile then it’s always loss after loss until the pot is bare. The slots appear to be rigged more than most.
