On the 6th September I had been playing various slots on Betfred for around an hour. I started playing another slot called 3 stellar bonanza, got the bonus and was winning money when the game stopped during the bonus and said there was an error. I tried restarting the game 3 times when I contacted the support team. A case was raised and I was told I would be contacted a few days later. After a few days I was asked to restart the game where it loaded from my previous game, started the bonus I was on and threw me out again. I sent screenshots of this information to the support team and here we nearly two weeks later and they keep telling me they are waiting for updates. This is ridiculous and I find this hard to understand how it can take a support team to look into one game and not be able to come to a decision that the customer should be paid his winnings.

Closed my account approx 4 or 5 years ago but decided to try & reactivate it in March this year as I like to go to Horse race meetings between 1 & 4 times a year & liked their offers. Despite chasing up a number of times since March & even asking to be contacted by the safer gambling team so they can discuss any concerns they may have, I have not been contacted. Any time I contact for an update I’m told my request is with the safer gambling team & they cannot give me a timescale on my request. I have reactivated accounts with other bookmakers & it has never taken more than a few days to a week from initial contact & providing any relevant proofs. Just so, so, poor customer service, there is no reason it should take over 6 months to make a decision, even a “no sorry, we’ve decided against reactivating your account” would be better than silence & no contact & pretending they’re dealing with my request

I deposited R100 into my BetFred account from Capitec, and it’s been days with no sign of the funds. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I’ve received zero responses or updates. The company is doing ok , but it could be made easier for people like myself to find the bets that I want to make . For example , I like to do multiple bets like Yankees, canadians etc . It would make it easier for people who arent used to your system , if there was a button saying “multiples” .

Disgustingly poor service. When I tried to talk to a customer service agent I initially gave up after 20 minutes as I had no response. I tried again later and spent 40 minutes waiting only to have the agent end the chat without an answer so I foolishly tried a third time and waited nearly an hour for a response and when an agent did respond he ended the chat after 2 minutes before I could reply. Astounded by how appalling the live chat service was.

More than 25 hours after registering i have not been able to access my account. I had too many password attempts as i did not see the email stating my account was blocked pending review. Then after the email saying it was ready was still blocked. Last i heard was 8.5 hours ago stating it would be fixed. Have not had a worse welcome anywhere!

Betfred are leeches – they will give you nothing back unless they have to. Atrocious customer service, with no manners and appaling level of communication skills. Betfred used to be a trustworthy company, not anymore – they will never reward loyalty and any promotions they may look like offering always include small print that makes them so diccicult to understand. After several years of using them for sports and gaming, I decided they were using me too much, I made a complaint and they sided with their staff – whatever happened to the customer is always right. Betfred are not interested in helping you or trying to tell you where you find your special offers or free spins – that is up to you to find out for yourself – just not a nice friendly organisation.

I signed up as your site offered new customer bonus upon registration and I did not receive any of the £20 sports bonus or £30 casino bonus. This was on the 30/08/2024. I also did as your requirements were set for place a bet of £10 on horse racing and I still haven’t received any bonus from yourself. This is false advertisement on your behalf.
