I think that the website is very difficult to use and I keep having to go back in as it cuts me of at the smallest of movements within the site. When I do try to go in again I have to change my password and it’s very frustrating.

I think a Free bet £££ should be a Free bet… Example you have £20 of free bets you should be allowed to use that wherever however you want I agree that a free bet shouldn’t be allowed to be withdrawn

Here we go again with Betfred. Each Saturday there seems to some problem with this this company and its inability to run a website properly. Some Saturdays the website goes down and doesn’t allow bets to be placed on sports but they have hit a new problem this week, withdrawal of winnings. Trying to get help is absolutely hopeless. Live chat is disgraceful and Email responses are pitiful.Betfred needs to be closed down, it’s absolutely shocking. How these companies are allowed to operate the way they do is scandalous. I have already written a review about this company that they want taking down so I’m sure this one will be the same. They do not like criticism. Beware of this company. Once I receive my funds then my account will be closed down. I’ll return to one of the other betting companies.

Their games are just mathematically impossible…. I have a MSc in Mathematics and their game odds literally make no sense…There is absolutely 0 chance their RTP is 95% on a particular game I’ve spent £1,000 on…. i am tegistered with gamstop yet they allowed me to open an account and blow lots of money while i was in a mental health crisis. customer service is awful. you cannot live chat you cannot phone you cannot get propper help via email as the lie and say your email you are emailing from is not the righg one. god dam disgusting the situation they behave with people with mental health issues. I joined with the pay £10 and get £50 back. Used £30 even though the framework they use is incredibly outdated. The betbuilder in particular is a joke as half thee players aren’t in there. Went to use my remaing £20 free bet and it had gone? Was placed in a queue for the live chat, wating over 40 mins, to be told abrubptly that free bets need to used within a WEEK and its very clear! Well its not clear as I would have known and acted on that and it doesn’t send outa good message under the betting responsibly banner to encourage people to use £50 in a week. Was contacted by CS for feedback and received no response. Now gone in to empty my account of the massive 66p left in it and now told the minimum withdrawel is £5. Quite incredible how bad thiss lot are compared to sky, Pp etc.

Bookmakers are not generally positively reviewed and, I have to say from experience, understandably. However, I have punted with Betfred for years and apart from occasionally limiting my stake I have never had any issues with them and can only describe my experience of them in positive terms.

I have made a complaint to Betfred yesterday regarding an online bet in running. I placed a bet of 100 pounds on Chelsea while they were trailing Tottenham early in the second half at 10/11 win or draw.This would be return of 90 pounds plus of profit, to cover the 100 pound bet that I had placed on Chelsea to win outright pre match in case of Chelsea losing.The bet was accepted but has subsequently disappeared from my Betfred online account!I have requested for an explanation but received nothing!

As an occasional bettor, I recently saw a sports offer on the website – place a 10 pound bet and if it loses 10 pounds would be credited as a free bet. Great. I placed the bet in good faith which lost however no credit to the account was made. When I questioned this via customer services I was told that trading restrictions were placed on my account in 2021 and I was not eligible for this offer. I made the point that this was 3+ years ago and I have since forgotten -unsurprisingly. I asked if on this occasion the offer could be honored by BF as the bet was placed in good faith which was rejected. I also made the point that BF was happy to accept the bet and there was ‘no opt’ in to the offer which is common on other betting websites. I understand on other sites that if accounts are restricted, when players try to opt in to offers they are informed they are advised they are not eligible – clear, transparent and fair. I suggested BF should consider offering this option to players in the interests of continuous improvements. This did not appear to be acknowledged. For balance, the customer service team who dealt with my query were polite, professional and timely in their responses and this should be recognised. However, overall I don’t consider BF have been fair on this occasion and feel other players need to be warned.

So, i registered on 28.11, as soon as i piled up winnings in excess of £12K, my account was suspended in the middle of spins without ANY warning 2 days (!) later. A phone call was never made as prompted, their tel. line does not respond, nor does the chat option. What strikes me as a paradox is that in order to “investigate” my account they did not ask for a proof of ID, proof of address, (which would make sense); nope – my payslips. Containing sensitive information such as NIN, DOB, bank account details, address. It does not make sense. My impression is making it hard/ impossible to withdraw £12 + winnings. The “customer support” email provides semi-automated response: “your documents are reviewed by another department”. Untrustworthy. It seems that i have to get a 3rd party involved.

So far so good. Opened account today deposited 40£, entered 1 game withdraw 940£. Highest bet was 2.50£. Withdrawal goes smooth too. Like a new player my money reached my bank account after 1.5 hour. Easy to access, quick to deposit but slow at withdrawal. Be nice if you could at least play for a while even when not really winning much. I’ve found with bet Fred you lose more than average yet it would be nice to at least let you play for a while by giving small wins, to little to withdraw but keeps you playing longer instead of straight taking your deposit.

They have no “warnings” as if “you have played for too long”. As soon as i started winning significantly and IN THE MIDDLE OF A SPIN, they blocked me, saying a representative will contact me. Funny: no representative was required previously, however as soon as one’s winnings increase, they SUSPEND the game, block you & don’t get in touch with you. Having in mind their FICTITIOUS jackpots exceed a few million £, funny that they do care about a few thousands. Will have to het a 3-rd party involved.
