I love the free bets which I received as a new customer. However, I'm having difficulty using the Multiples free bets. If I choose a Yankee or Lucky 15 bet, I get a bet slip error message. I can't find a help line to get in contact with Betfred.

A great experience when playing slots, but in comparison to the multiple other sites I play regularly it wasn’t as user friendly, almost like I had to really search for promotions and game slots and casino slots are separate so I missed out on playing certain slots due to me assuming that the site didn’t have them

I spun one game 90-100 times and it only hit once, and it was only for 8 times my stake. That's £20 in to win back £1.60 after more than 90 spins of nothing. I've hit bonuses after paying in £20 plus and won back only £2. I even got paid literally nothing from a bonus the other day. I thought it was an error. I've never hit a bonus to then won nothing from it. Not once on any game, on any site, ever!!! I'd just stay away

I’ve had nothing but hoops to jump through and my account locked twice,I jumped on here to have a little bit of enjoyment while recovering from surgery and it’s been nothing but stressful providing the same information you already had and then locked for playing too long,I play small amounts over a longer period instead of big amounts in a short space of time,it just takes the pleasure out of it
