As a new customer I can yell you I had to.wait a long time for my welcome bonus to be added and that's a bit disconcerting but eventually it was added ok .The Aca bonus clearly indicates Ew Accas acceptable I questioned this with customer services and they confirmed yes no problem place Ew Aca using free bets . But then later they changed ther minds and said win bets only this is tight Really and not very competitive. But all in all the Bet Fred experience as been ok .

In play scores too slow.They are 5 minutes behind.eg Thursday night Man. U game when all the late goals went in you never registered any til game was over.This gave me no chance of a cash out.I had Man.u to win 3 1.Tonight Sat 15 march.Brentfords second goal was 71 minutes.It took you 76 minutes to register it.I am finding your whole set up slow and frustrating.

I attempted to contact Betfred on the live chat before 9am, foolishly thinking it may be quieter. I was informed the wait time was 51 mins so kept refreshing the screen to ensure the chat was not ended. After a 2 hour wait, the chat was ended by Betfred without even engaging with myself in conversation. Shocking Customer Service and to say I was fuming, is an understatement! Will be contacting them immediately to close my account!

Odds were pretty awful compared to other bookies…. No instructions as to how to place an accumulator using a free bet…. Emailed your team and got no response…. I had to guess after numerous attempts. Information available not good enough

Have found the app easy to use, the only frustration is having to login in each time I want to use the app, would be good if it allowed you to stay logged in and automatically logged you out after say 12-24 hours

Thought all was good made a withdrawal at 15.20 still not in bank 18.55. Paddy power its in my bank in less than an hour sometimes as quick as 15 min. I think this is an important factor.

Did this used the code when I signed up, no spins awarded- have emailed 2 times and not even an acknowledgment, Tried their chat, expect you to stay on the chat box for hours waiting or you are disconnected. Thought this was a reputable company clearly not.

Overall the expieriance is quite good ,but the app can be quite slow . Sometimes as today the 5 free spins game didnt give you the free spins ( eye of horus ) . The one thing that could be improved upon is you have to log in everytime you open the app . Would be a lot better if after logging in once it stayed open untill say midnight .
