The Betclic website is a really great looking website and has been built with the user in mind. This is very different from other sportsbooks in terms of the layout.

The main navigation menu with its white text on a red background really stands out and has the main products listed that Betclic offer. Sports is the first menu item to the left.

Below this main navigation is a secondary navigation menu which is white text on a dark grey background, again very easy on the eye and this contains three main sports with a button to reach all other sports in one click.

Unlike many sites with a left and right sidebar, the Betclic site has none. All the content is contained in a centre section with a range of upcoming events with various odds and markets. On our site you will also find information about Betclic bonus and Betclic mobile app.

Above this is a slider with seven slides, each one focuses on an upcoming event with odds and clicks through to more than 250 markets on each one.

Betclic is very much a site focused on football, so the offers in this slider are really focused on football.

The overall colour scheme works really well with white text on a red or dark grey background, with odds sections shown in black text on a white background with bold yellow buttons showing the odds. Very easy for the user to find exactly what they want.

Betclic is very much a bookmaker for the soccer betting enthusiast and when we undertook our review and did an odds comparison compared to the big high street and online names, they were clearly in the Top 3 in terms of football odds betting. This is definitely their strongest sport by far.

Overall they run at a margin of 6.6% across all sports but are really not attractive in many of those. Here are a few examples.

Tennis 8.1%, Basketball bookmakers 8.1%, Baseball 5.1%, Ice hockey 6.5%, Am. football 4.9%.

As you can see, Tennis at 8.1% puts them in the bottom 20% for odds offerings on that sport. It just goes to show that for different sports you may want to have accounts with different bookmakers. One thing is for sure, If you are a football punter, then Betclic should be high on your radar as a site to place your footie bets on.

With a heavy focus on football, this is where Betclic is very strong.

When undertaking the review of the site, we looked at the two big Champions League Semi Final games between Ajax vs Tottenham and Liverpool vs Barcelona. Both of these matches had more than 270 markets on each game with a very wide and often unique set of bets on the games.
