I made 4 deposits, total 400€. Was accepting bonus which I did not notice. After my bets were Limited to bet only 1€ I thought to withdraw my money which was about 1040€. It was canceleld. After some talk in chat I got an e-Mail that i had not followed bonus rules, my bets were toi high (from 10€ to 60€) that was the reason they will wipe my account to zero and I will get nothing back. They used their own admin flaws as an excuse to fraud me of my winning.I register to play at B-bets two months ago. I closely read the terms before I selected the sports welcome bonus for 100 euros. I lost it all but then deposit 100 euro more for a 25% reload to 25 euro.Now, I was fortunate to win some games, and I ended up with over 500 euros when the bonus was finished. I then attempted to withdraw, only to get a message that they confiscated all due to a breach of terms, stating that I could only play with 15% of bonus amount. Retrospecively, that would mean I would only be able place 3 euro bets, which is unintutive to say the least.But they were wrong. Those were not the terms listed.Naturally, as a Norwegian, the site automatically comes in Norwegian translation. However, all the bonus terms is in English, so I saw no reason to not think that they were applicable across the site.They clearly state:”Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the user’s starting balance (deposit plus bonus) until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met is not permitted. Bets can be voided after the event has been settled.”Therefore, I was careful to not exceed 30% of deposit+bonus. I was successful. As can reasonably be expected of any person, I never once suspected that the English terms in the English translation would be anything other than the English terms in the other translations. Why would they?Now they admit that they haven’t updated the newest sportsbook terms across all translation, even though they are all in English!The incredible narrowness of the proposed new sportsbook terms aside, the lack to update them is clearly a grave and amateurish mistake from the company’s admins, but they still have the nerves to use it as an excuse confiscate funds from honest customers playing in good faith and working hard to stay within the rules. That is quite scandalous behavior.

I opened an account with B-Bets in June 2023. 30.6. I made my first deposit. €100. For this I received an entry bonus of €100. During the next week I deposited 2 X 50€. No bonus applied to this amount. I placed bets and sometimes lost, sometimes won. But the money from all evaluated bets was shown in the sports bonus.Unfortunately, I didn’t get the entry bonus. Please, read this if you’re about to deposit to B-Bets.I deposited 14th of July.I was lucky enough to win first around 200, and after that 1500. The total amount I tried to withdraw was 1780. Where is my PayoutOn June 23 I joined up with b-Bets, they offered a 7$ signup bonus. I managed to roll over the required amount and following the terms I came out with the 70$ win limit. I then followed the rules made a deposit, submitted my documents, and had my account verified. This was confirmed on June 29 by the Legal Dept. I was told that the payment was issued on July 2 and that I should receive it in a day or 2. July 7 still no payment received when I asked again I was told please be patient it should be received in 1-2 days. July 11 I was told please be patient I should have it in 1-2 days. July 15 I was asked to show my bank statement from July 2 onward to prove I have not received the 70$. I have complied with this request and have now been told that it would be sent to the relevant Dept for review. It has now been three weeks of asking for my winnings I have been more than PATIENT. Please Help me get what is owed to me and I will gladly change my rating!!!

I experienced a hacker thru luckybull.com for several days i had asked lucky bull to investigate and shared the details of what happened to me. all i could get from them was alist of deposits i made. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway.
