I’ve basically been emotionally abused by the agent on the chat. Told me I imagined the whole chat on 21st Feb regarding a bonus. Even though I had screen shots they said screen shots don’t matter or prove anything. Then they left the chat so I got someone else and they asked if my mental health is from gambling!!! NO! I have CPTSD which was triggered by an agent gas lighting me!!! They then suspended my account saying it’s from gambling!!! I’m so upset I’m taking this further with Gambling commission I’m actually in tears, utter shock and disgusting company

On Wednesday I deposited £200 and got a verification email. I had to send ID and proof of address which I did. Account was then verified. I deposited a further £800 throughout the day. The balance was £1404 when I got another email saying account was suspended. I needed to provide a picture of the card back and front used for deposits. Also a copy of my bank statement. A selfie of me holding a picture of my username and a selfie of me holding id. All provided. A further email asking for a picture of me holding a bank statement that was used to fund the bank account used for 888. 20 pictures later and still waiting on account verified. Subsequently I’ve had an email stating that I am no longer able to bet on sports. All I want is my money back. The live chat is just generic responses. They will tell you anything in order to not pay out. My pictures are apparently blurry even tho there have been 20 taken on a Google xl phone with one of the best cameras on the market. Avoid.

888 doesn’t pay customers in a timely manner. Took over a month to collect 10 grand from them. Takes 3 to 7 days under $1000. Plus you have to call them and hound them to get paid. Their RTP is very poor and you have to play £1000s to be lucky to win a jackpot. They also have bonus features that you have to constantly keep putting money in to get the full feature. My account was closed on 888 with no explanation and my balance has been withheld with no valid reason, I’ve made several withdrawals and deposits and so they don’t have a problem taking your money until the want to scam you or withhold your money.I’ve emailed their support several times now and was told that someone will email me only to find that no one was planning to email me back r.e my account closure, I then messaged the chat again only to be given a URL for cashier where I can see my balance but now it is asking for documents and I have sent all 3 documents requested.
