Top worst casino of all time. AVOID at all costs! It’s manipulated. Dead spins, no bonus rounds. I literally spent £100 playing 0.20p a spin and didn’t have one single bonus. It’s so obvious I made a mistake to pay to see how rigged it is. In the end I managed to get my money back god knows how, bits it’s not fun, you will spend loads of money in order to get a very little pay out. Eventually the bonus rounds I had payed so little at one point I had 15 spins and didn’t pay anything. Please record your activity and send to gambling commission I don’t know about the other services but casino is a fraud.

AVOID 10BET.It is now week 5 of 10bet losing my £185 withdrawal.They’ve now suspended my account to try and silence me. They’ve tried to flag my reviews to no avail! I bet everyone to NEVER use 10bet. They’re ignoring my emails, do not trust them with your money. Do not trust this company with your money. I Withdrew money to an account I didn’t ask them to do (they’re error). My bank rejected the funds instantly however after 4 weeks 10bet still haven’t managed to find the money!!! Customer service agents are beyond useless. Having read through there ownership model it all makes sense now AVOID 10bet like the plague DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MONEY. My £185 withdrawal is still missing after 4 weeks!!!!

I won 410 pound.i withdrew both showing approved on the status.i then went back on the status and now its declined and its let me process again and now nothing.will be taking this further.as i have proof of the approved withdrawal on my phone and now my account is blocked avoid at all costs.will be taking this further

Please avoid. I’ve had a missing withdrawal and after numerous emails and live chats they still keep saying ‘ it’s been reviewed’ no other reply apart from that I’m sick of chasing it . So I’ve now reported it to IBAS and contacted my bank to stop deposits

Absolutely abysmal, after playing many many different games, it was apparent the games are lose lose lose lose some more. Not a single bonus round on ANY game, I screen recorded a few times, where you can clearly see, it’s just dead spin after dead spin, I didn’t play every single game, but in the 7 different ones I did, nothing more than a 30p, that’s on £1 spin.

Overall a positive experience for me with 10bet, first withdrawal took a while and I had to discuss with support but it was quickly sorted after that. I have found the customer service to be professional and helpful with any issues. Documents verified quickly. Love they do lots of different promos as someone who makes smaller deposits they allow more play and entertainment , nice to win but personally like getting as much play as possible out of deposits so 10bet is a good fit for me and will continue to play here unless anything changes.
