This is an Update to my previous review.
Is now 2nd July, after several times chatting to online customer service and requested call back from a manager I had call back on 26th from manager and she told me that my sorce of income would be good if I could upload the same statement from the bank I use to gamble with. Bear in mind you can only upload one document so I asked her to delete the other bank statment so I can upload the one she requests so she did and I uploaded it and she said yes now everything is fine the verification team will confirm it shortly. Shourtly enough is 2nd today and week passed and documents still there waiting. Called up and spoke to Christine (Apple and Banana most been busy this time) so was Christines turn. She checked and she said: yea but only have been a week since you last uploaded the last document…. yes love you are right but the documents been waiting since 19th June. So otherwise a week for them to do 3 clicks is not enough time. I checked the total deposit and withdrawal since I joined Unibet and total was £64.000 (£18.000 in red). I am now looking for solicitors that deals with such kind of issues and planning to take them to court so any referral or an opinion please do come forward I would much appreciate it.

Won £350 and got banned within 10 minutes of withdrawing the money Unibet are now refusing to pay me out and are claiming I've been banned for cheating on a slot machine which I don't know how you can cheat on a slot machine AVOID AT ALL COSTSSSSSSSSSSS.

I played for years. I Had small issues here and there but they were solved. 10 days ago I was asked to verify myself again and sent all the documents. I contacted them 4 times by chat and every time they say: sorry about that, we have escalated the isue but still nothing done about it. Now is 27th and still waiting. The couple good reviews most be put from staff or someone they paid as no way they will pay you before you get verified your account as one of the reviews says and all them good words. Yes they were good on bank transfers and withdrawal but when you open account it will take few days to be verified yet to play. I would no suggest anyone to use the casino is no longer a business is a con. Do not gamble with them!

Do not bet with these cheats – I placed a bet on the golf after round 1 on a player who was in approximately 25th place and then when my golfer improved his place to 2nd halfway through round 2 they cancelled my bet! They claimed that the odds I took were an error and therefore my bet is void ! Anyone with an account beware they are fraudsters.

Unibet is genuinely a fantastic online casino in many ways, and I’m not just saying that because I had a couple of good wins, I am saying it based on many factors.

Before I address what I believe makes Unibet better than the majority of online casinos, I want to make it clear that the majority of bad reviews that you see posted are from either customers who have lost, or customers who can not provide the appropriate documents to verify their identity and source of funds – so it’s important you experience it for yourself before relying on their bias view points.

First and foremost, this is one of the only online casinos with a genuine 24 hour a day call centre, which is perfect for people who dislike live chat as much as I do.

Secondly, their variety of roulette and slot features is superb, especially considering that I prefer Evolution Gaming interface. Unfortunately they don’t offer roulette wheels direct from an actual casino, so it’s just your standard studio roulette wheels, but there’s still a wide selection.

Lastly, and most importantly, their withdrawal processing times are one of the fastest I’ve encountered. Upon withdrawing, I await the withdrawal to be processed, and within 1-2 hours an email arrives confirming the processing completion, and the money arrives in my bank account immediately. Bear in mind that I bank with Barclays, so if you bank elsewhere, I don’t know if other banks would release the funds into your account immediately after Unibet’s processing is complete, but Barclays do.

Can't understand some of these reviews . I joined Sunday, added all my details , deposited won and money was in bank next day , deposited won again and money in bank next day , won 4 times and no problem what so ever , cannot fault them . If you're all above board with everything you have registered there's no problem .

I am furious, this site was recommended to me, and I deposit £50 and won £20, and suddenly my account has been blocked without no notification, as soon as I want to withdraw. I don't understand, this is fraud at its highest.

I opened a unibet account and deposited some money. I identified myself using iBIN. I made a small profit, and after 10 days I tried to withdraw part of my profit. At that point they bloacked my account saying that I needed to identify myself again, and suddenly there was no other way to do that besides uploading a copy from my ID (which I was not willing to do). They didn't want to give back my money and they didn't try to find a proper solution.

So I signed up for the welcome offer, deposited and placed a £10 qualifying bet. That bet was settled and they awarded 2 of my 3, free bets (I was still awaiting my casino free bet), no hassle so far. I then placed my £20 free bet on the Netherlands game last night, and 20 minutes into the match they decided to close my account with absolutely no reason given.

I don't understand how it's legal that I signed up, placed a qualifying bet of my own money in good faith and they close my account before they even let me use the free bets I rightfully earned.

I tried Live Chat, the gentleman on there was incredibly blunt and rude. When asked why I can't log in I was told "Unfortunately your account has been permanently closed by our security department, apologies for any disappointment", to which I queried this, stating I had done nothing wrong to which he replied "Unfortunately we are not advised to the reason why I'm afraid. However, Unibet reserve the right to close or block accounts at their discretion, apologies again".

He basically stated he knows I've done nothing wrong and kept reiterating they can basically do what they want. I've used several betting companies and never has anything like this ever happened.

They're complete fraudsters, an absolute disgrace. No doubt if I'd have put more of my own money in and my bets were lost instead of won, they'd have no problem leaving my account open.

SO PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I DIDN'T THINK A COMPANY COULD BE THIS DISGRACEFUL, BUT NOW I KNOW.

Opened an account – submitted all docs, same day they email me saying the account was suspended in relationship with T&C. Contacted CS as I really wanted to find out which T&C I violated, that they decided to close my account. I initially thought there is something wrong with my docs, but no – they were all good.
CS then send me an A4 page with some T&C to read, copy and pasted, without clarifying which of the T&C.

Time wasters !!!

Closed my account and kept my money.

I opened an account with the company and placed a £40 bet. They closed my account automatically. I got in touch with live support and asked why. They didn't give me a reason. They said they'd honour my bet if it won. I explained that I didn't wish to keep the bet as they're refusing my service and I'm not able to cash out if needed. They said they won't send my money back. This is literal theft. They're happy to keep the money if the bet loses! avoid at all costs. Pathetic.

These have to be the worst bookie ever.

I was doing the bet club they offer and after completing the offer I had my account restricted for some unknown reason and they won't give me the free bet I earned. These are the only bookie to do this and it's because they are so cheap and all about profit NOT about users like other bookies are.

All I can say is that considering they are supposed to be a fair bookie that has the customer at heart, its just a joke, they are about draining as much cash from you as possible and then not giving you what you earned fairly.

Just started playing today on slots. I deposited £10 and got the welcome bonus. I ended up cancelling the bonus as I won £140. I withdrew £110 and it was in my bank within about 5 mins. Can’t complain at all. Would definitely recommend so far. After cancelling the bonus don’t expect any wins. Considering it’s supposed to be done by a RNG they seem to know I’ve won some and won’t pay anymore, the gameplay slows and glitches when your about to get a win. I thought it was to good to be true. Have placed 70 on big bets and won about 20 back. Last bet was 30 and only won about £3.

My brother is disabled with Parkinson's Disease and so I helped him set up he's account. However after placing a first bet they then blocked he's account asking for proof of identity. Passport, Utility Bill or similar. Fine no problem.

However they then also wanted the debit card back and front and will not let us remove excess numbers from the card they want more of the numbers.

When they were told he would not do this, they told me they won't accept he's account, best part of it at the moment they are refusing to return he's money deposited if they don't get the credit card how they want it sent!

I have told them to return the money to the card from which it was taken and they are still refusing to do so.

I will be looking further into this tomorrow and taking things a whole new level.

In this instance they are trying to steal money that does not belong to them since refusing to return it even though we have told them they will not be being used and to close the account! Not sure if I could contact the bank for a charge back or would that be only credit card? And again would they since Unibet let him place a bet from the money first deposited before blocking;.

If anyone has any sence stay as far away from Unibet as possible.

Don't deposit large amounts into Unibet! This is now day 5 in the verification process. It says it can take up to 72 hours. I deposited £3700. The account is frozen. They have verified the account but I still cannot get access to the funds. A complete joke. These guys are crooks!

Unibet should be renamed uni s-h-i-t-e. Beware do not join they asked me for everything under the sun for verification. I have been a long time customer spending money on unibet but not after this day on May 17 I bet on trident vs go game trident gets to 9-4 rounds technical issues happen and they forfeit the match and they don’t refund like who does that? Can't even this company 0 stars or else I would have. I registered with the casino site and provided my verification, which was approved.

I deposited and made it to £10k and when I went to withdraw I couldn't. I was asked to verify documents which I did. But they kept on delaying not paying me. Which resulted me to lose the money.

awful!! i put down £500 deposit, for a long time i was playing and nearly always i would loose, until one day i have won £2,500. i tried to withdraw that money but they would ask for ID multiple amount of times, after a long time they SUSPENDED my account. i went to the live chat to ask what happened to my money and they told me i didn't pass my ID check. all my money was lost until i contacted thisisgambling.com, they helped me get it all back

NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

I lost 16k in one month. I was never asked about anything to do with responsible gambling until I had run out of money !!!! I asked why I had lost that in football betting and the only bonus the kept giving me was 50 free slot spins and 10p per stake ! It’s sickening.

I made over 9 complaints all in all. They have ignored me since. I ring up and eventually they answer my problems and say I’ll get a call back. It NEVER happened. I opted to speak to a manager about my account and that manager didn’t exist. It’s common they leave the phone to keep ringing and not answer.

Deposited 250 euro through PayPal, you would think I deposited a million euro. They have frozen my account and asked for everything for verification. They even asked for bank statements even though I didn’t deposit through my bank. I have sent them everything and still not enough. I am now waiting on resolve to help me as had enough.
