I am a regular player and for the record I have never had problems with Getting paid out my issue is that as a regular player when you go to promotions and you opt-in they don’t apply this has been happening all week I have sent emails to my casino host with absolutely no response. The minimum withdrawal amount is too high for casual players, and it feels like smaller wins don’t really count unless you play a lot. Also, the live chat response time was slower than I expected.

Joined the app in Ontario on January 24. Deposited 2K and won over 30K. Requested a withdrawal of 20K. My account was frozen soon after that request. Had to provide bank statements to validate my withdrawal but no issue with them receiving my deposits. Customer service is vague and now my account is frozen for 6 months and the email stated I need help. I was furious about this and now waiting for my withdrawals. I’m very nervous that I won’t get my money. No idea how the province of Ontario allows this company to do this to its customers. I’m on various apps and this is by far the worst one. Deposited $1000’s and played for weeks on weeks. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with PartyCasino Ontario. Despite initially enjoying the platform, they abruptly closed my account without any proper explanation. Their first reason was “multiple accounts,” which I know is incorrect since I only ever used one account. Terrible – ridiculous maneuvers by Party Casino to ensure winning is not possible. When I started to win too much there were constant game shutdowns with nonsensical messages saying can’t play multiple games – how is that even possible?? Turned to live casino – as soon as a roulette win was coming bets weren’t accepted as my location was suddenly unknown. I can take legitimate losses – I cannot accept deceitful unethical behaviour. Worst casino around, deposited and withdrew around £6000, had a massive win on £12200 and then the next day account fully closed and funds seized, I constantly ringing them to find out why, provided them with bank statement and id and utility bill like asked and then they say problem with bank statement, how can be problem with bank statement, it’s the same bank I deposit with and can’t see a problem, funny how the let me withdraw money for nearly a month nearly every week of around £1000 but as soon as a rather large win account blocked, now saying I have to wait 28days for customer support to reply to me and there might not be a way to get my funds back to me, even though I got email to say my withdrawal was accepted, if it doesn’t get sorted it’s going to small claims team !

UPDATE. They have now locked my wife out of her account so she has no access to anything to do with the withdrawl she is fighting for. It’s disgusting and so easy for them to take your money and not question it but when it’s time to get money back out. They treat you like your some sort of scam artist.
