I decided to try PC just last night for the first time. Because I was using a debit card, I had to deposit via e-transfer. My first deposit took an hour to reflect on my account, so I chatted with an agent, who told me that e-transfers can take up to 2 hours to process. This was extremely frustrating to begin with – but it just got worse from there. When my second deposit didn’t process in the 2 hour window, I chatted with the agent again, and I was told it was an issue with my bank (which couldn’t be possible because I’d JUST deposited without issue the hour before). The agent was zero help, and told me to call my bank instead. Since it was late at night, I decided to go to to bed and check in the morning. When I went to log onto PartyCasino in the morning, a message popped up that said my account has been CLOSED, and I could not longer access any information. There was absolutely NO reason for this, as I’d not even been a customer for 12 hours!!!I then called my bank, who told me the payment had processed and was completed. So basically PartyCasino now has my money but has locked me out of my account. I escalated my complaint through my bank, and explained the situation, and they ended up replacing the lost amount under a loss protection plan I have, thank god. But the dishonesty and manipulation of PartyCasino was truly shocking – how are they getting away with this?!After everything was resolved on my end, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and will be following through on getting some sort of discipline for PartyCasino because judging by the reviews I’ve read on Trust Pilot, this is not the first time they’ve done something like this.*DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY – THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER ONLINE OPTIONS THAT ARE MUCH MORE TRUSTWORTHY!*

Absolutely awful. Opened an account a few days ago but couldn’t play as had no cash. Got paid today but wasn’t able to deposit any cash as my account was restricted. I hadn’t done anything with my account as free spins are only available to customers that have deposited cash. Tried to contact customer service which was a ball ache but got there in the end only to be left waiting for ages. Must have been about 20 mins of waiting until I received the awful excuse that they have a high amount of calls so there’s a waiting list to be spoken to (it seems that most companies have adopted this tactic). After all of this I decided just to have the account closed because I do not appreciate being treated the way I was treated & to be left waiting for about half an hour. I’ve been playing with this casino for the last few years. Got lucky a fair few times, but it’s gone down hill lately. I’ve had it where game glitches out and lose all the money you made in the session after returning to the home page. I had photographic evidence of balance before leaving the game and then after, raised it to them and provided screenshots and details. They then took months to come to the conclusion that they can’t see it on my game history and will not pay out. I’ve had loads of bonuses, after spinning a couple hundred times and receiving absolutely nothing, some you might get lucky by winning single figure multi on your wager. This had led to the point where I screen record my games as evidence that it’s not paying, and spoke to the casino only to be met with “its algorithm based and lines up with the RTP.” How many times can someone get soo unlucky? It’s not just me that’s constantly losing, my brother and mates all are consistently losing. I’m not one for complaining but it’s reached the limit where I won’t be using this casino again as it’s just a waste of money, time and frustration. I do love gambling and for those who share that, I’d recommend Sky vegas or William Hill as they’re consistent

Honest review, it has pretty much every game you can think of and payouts are extremely quick but the payouts are a massive let down and these need to be scrutinised properly. It’s definitely the worst one I’ve played for payouts and something doesn’t feel right it feels rigged. I had a couple if wins but my God you have to spend half your wages to get them. I play games I’m familiar with on all other casino sites but on party casino its no the same. Entertainment value is terrible as it just takes your money. Difficult to get bonuses. I don’t expect to walk away in profit everytike but I expect to have little wins to to keep me playing for entertainment purposes. I recommend you stay well away from this site and play the likes off lottogo and lottomart. You’ll see what I mean. Thank me later! Gambling commissions are clearly not doing their jobs properly. Deposited money into my account that I have had for a couple of years now. I played some of the money, but after dead spin after dead spin, I decided to withdraw the remainder of my balance. Here’s the story I was on 20p yes I got up from £10 upto £75 all groovy untill it gave me a error code so I refreshed the page and it logged me out… Ok so I log back in go back to the game. £40 on 20p literally all dead spins( sick I no) but then another error popper up and logged me out, so again I repeat the process and log back in go back to my game. £35 on 20p literally again dead spins. Deposited £30 & won £350 over several spins. Increased the bet & won £2200. Tried to withdraw & then the fun begins. Long list of “Checks” needed. Ok fair enough, I would expect some, ID, Proof of address etc. All fine. Added Bank Account details all fine. Next they want a picture of account holder holding the photo ID next to their face. By this time I thought it was a wind up. Also want a photo of Bank Card Back and Front. When questioned as to why they need a photo of a person holding the photo ID all they said was “policy” before getting really rude and abrupt. When it was pointed out that they had Bank Details with name that matches account holder. Photo Driving Licence, Proof of Address etc they closed the account and refused to even answer anymore. No pay out. Hi I heard someone complained about payments being refused on party casino. I recently had the same issue. I checked with my bank, the payment was attempted twice and failed by party casino. Party account was with Citi bank Ireland so I didn’t see what the problem could be.The bank suggested that the payment may have been refused because I cashed out in dollars and was paid in dollars. I went back into the party casino account and changed the withdrawal to euros. The payment was processed in an hour thanks to customer service pushing the issue.I understand this was frustrating as it was already 6 days of failed attempts to withdraw.If you have money in your account change the withdrawal request to the currentcy your debit card or bank operate in. It’s under how much cash you’d like to withdraw. You can only withdraw by the same method you’ve paid in. Equally frustrating when you don’t know why it failed in the first place.For the record I have been a customer since the 2000’s and never had a major issue with them. But I have had failed cash out attempt ls before, usually resolved at first attempt. They told me they sent the money gave me a tracking number which didnt exist as the international banking system said. They then said the money has gone bk into my party casino account.
