I’m playing Leo Vegas years I’m at 47 on VIP list.I never seem to get a win and have put thousands on without winning. I have contacted the support a few times about how bad play is to be told it’s down to random number generation for wins. My best advise is to keep away from playing.

BS Rules about having all of your documentation on one page when it’s literally impossible for my bank here in Canada. First time I tried to cash out my 2000$ it took TWO WHOLE YEARS! And now it’s been a year since I’ve tried to withdraw a small win of 400$ and they still won’t pay me my cash ! Don’t use this site it’s a piece of garbage and scam artists

The choice of games is great, I don’t spend a lot of money but recently I can’t even get a little win or bonus. I don’t drink or smoke given these things up unless the wins start coming just a few would be nice going to another online company.

I am young player from Perú that wanted to have some fun in Leo Vegas but after I asked for a withdrawal they asked for more verification (altought my account was verified), so my account remain with funds in and I have been arguing with Laura from costumer support so I can get back my money but they keep making excuses about my document. This gambling site is a f****** have I’ve given them over $600 and try to withdraw I couldn’t get it I ended up having my account blocked or because my son is opened and account within his account for me because I can open a bank account at the moment so they wanted all the information bank statements passport card proof of address I went through all of it and it’s taken two days and I still get $100 back I ended up just getting angry and yeah I’ve used some pretty colorful language and I’m not sorry for it these guys are a piece of s*** s

Verified my account twice in November, now asking for different documents once again. I deposited then got a message to say my account was in review and I could not play with the deposited funds nor could I withdraw my funds to my bank account until the review was complete. This was over a week ago and I have emailed them numerous times but just get the exact copy and paste reply from them. I have also closed my account and requested a return of my funds but they have refused stating until the review is complete they will not refund anything owed. I have stated that I have closed my account but they will not listen.This is a disgusting company that in my view are illegally withholding my own cash from me. Be warned and stay away from this site or be prepared to deal with thieves, liars and in my view corruption.I can’t state how awful this company has treated me and by the reviews left here, many countless others!M. I went to make a deposit to Leo Vegas and conveniently they lost it. I forwarded all paperwork and this has been going on for months $100 deposit. They refuse to refund me my money. This place is nothing but a rip off. I warn you now do not trust this company. I’ve given them all this time to rectify the situation, and they refuse. Have a complaint on another website. Yes I luckily won 2k from a small deposit. The next day it was letting me deposit well over 1k a day? I thought they have to check income before they accept such deposits.I was thinking they would play to a decent RTP as they did the previous few days. deposited 1,200. I have never had a worst experience. Comparing to other sites, LEO’s app and website is a lot more tough to use. The green screen flashes a few times for me and the game locked me out of a few big wins, ‘ contact support ‘ when I hit the multiplier but the next bet went pass no problem. My luck has also been poor with this site, just kept losing losing losing.

Got an email with a free £50 withdrew 40 and it worked 10/10 leovegas! For context, Signed up a while back through a get paid to offer, deposited and lost the full deposit £20, no problem, it happens anywhere however I haven’t really used the site since and got this free money, That to me is a great gesture and I can’t complain!

Was good, but then the bonuses turned insane. Just to get 10/20/30 free spins you are being asked to play through a deposit 10 or 20 times. That is insane. But then you get an occasional good offer of x free spins, play through 2 times. A few weeks ago, such an offer came along. Deposited, played through the required 2 times, claimed the free spins, and then found that they were unusable. The game was region locked. Contacted customer support, was told they were looking into it and it would be resolved soon.Within 2 days, the game was gone from Leo Vegas, but no answer yet. Contact customer service again, ‘we are still looking into it’. A week later, the same thing. Two weeks later, the same thing. Three weeks later. THE SAME THING!! Pushing the resolution response down to the game provider and telling your customers you have to wait for them to resolve it, when I am your customer, not theirs, and I have no leverage or control with that game provider, is not an answer, and is completely unacceptable. The only thing any online casino has going for it is trust. Trust that if I deposit money, you will treat me fairly. Well guess what LeoVegas, this is a trust breaking issue. My deal is with you, not the game providers you have deals with. The offer was made from LeoVegas to me.
