Unfortunately I can’t leave a positive review for boylesports as I always have a poor experience. I usually deposit £10-£20 each time but I don’t know why I bother because I always seem to have dead spins. I deposited £40 today and it was the same again. £40 worth of dead spins, not even close to any kind of bonus round. Seems to be the same for me every time I deposit. Think it’s time for me to delete my account with them.

Your a fuc#*g joke of a gambling place honestly. £££ spend with no even single return. Website and App are very amateurish and clunky compared with their main high street competitor. Also their withdrawal times leave a lot to be desired. All their competitors offer instant withdrawals. You can wait up to three days with Boylesports which kind of defeats the purpose of convenient online gambling. So for seamless play and withdrawals stick to their main high street competitors.

This is hands down the worst site I’ve used for slots. 89 spins on eye of hoarus, no win. Never mind no bonus but no win. Not even a half bet win. Fishing frenzy, 320 spins. No bonus. Your request for card verification was at 18:09 I tried several attempts to withdraw my winnings totalling £2000. You received my card at 18:51 I tried again to withdraw my winnings but could not. I continued playing until nothing was left. Miraculously as soon as all my winnings were spent you then verified my card 21:10.This to me is underhand tactics to not have to pay winnings knowing that gamblers will continue whilst waiting. This is a formal complaint to BoyleSports a copy of which will be sent to the relevant gambling commission.. I would like my complaint action and await a response. This is unusual… 5 stars …. hear me out… I have left many reviews here on trustpilot about online casinos and for different reasons they all are pretty much negative reviews so leaving 5 stars for BoyleSports?!! where is this coming from? As stated in my first review. The dishonest action by this company to offer free bet incentives for new customers and then not honour their promise is not the action of a trust worthy company. I closed my account straight away. I see two days later a generic reply was sent to show a modicum of concern to look into my complaint. Strange since I have closed my account?

Falsely claimed that an account had already been created from my IP address, even though I had only just purchased my phone (brand new) so this was impossible. I also had never created an account with them before. They also failed to highlight this at any point and then REFUSED to provide evidence of another account being used from the same IP address. The customer service agents with whom I spoke were very unhelpful and a little rude. I have used dozens of different bookmakers’ apps and never had an issue like this. It is shocking

The biggest scam ever. After making a deposit and account verification, they tell you that your acvount has been restricted so that you wont be able to withdraw any winnings or use the free bet. Deposited £500, then another £500 and they blocked my account with £360 left. I don’t have a passport or drivers licence but I’ve sent them my identity card, birth certificate and proof of a address which all was declined so now my money is stuck and won’t be realised until I upload a passport or driving licence they said! made 2 different bets on the 22nd of sep, won both of them and went to collect my reward the next day. scanned the first ticket and machine said that the docket was paid out. it was the first time me scanning the ticket, how is that possible, and then scanned the second one. i got my voucher from the machine (looks lıke this one is OK). i explained the situation to a customer assistant in the bookmaker. he talked to someone about my first docket and he said that ‘it was paid out already yesterday’. i was at home the whole day. then I handed my reward voucher from the second bet. he talked to someone on the phone and said to me that ‘now this voucher is suspended.’ without a reason. i called customer service on the same day and a guy on the phone said that someone would be calling me next day. no one called… i called them back and asked why i did not get called. they said i was called which i did not.anyway. they said that they checked the CCTV and said that i was the one who collected the money which is impossible, i was at home, watching games. now, they are telling me to send my id and proof of address to their care address. how could you expect me to someone who does not do their job properly? they cannot even track a phone call.
