This site has access to slot settings and makes them never win use a site like jaak or a sister site to jaak those guys know how to set the slots up betfred is a complete scam they say they use an rng but ive predicted 3 scatters over a 100 times now when you get your money toYour last 3 spins worth it will drop a near miss of 3 scatters when you need 4 to make you think there is a win coming so you deposit again ive noticed its only this site that has this weird feture im reporting them to the gambling commission to take a deep and hard look at there profits as every slot should only earn them around 6% of whats put in by everyone clearly its going to be a lot higher

I cannot stress this enough.Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments. All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. Hides behind responsible gambling banner making you jump through hoops with documents, bank statements, P60’s, wage slips, pension statements etc which will take months only to be told you can bet on the casino which I never have or never want to or you can bet a £1 on the horses, very responsible!

Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. They have no contact telephone number, no email address but only a sh1tty Live Chat service staffed by foreigners who leave you waiting 30 minutes for a reply and don’t understand English.Yes the company is that bad!Betfair and Paddy Power are run by the same people so stay clear of Paddy Power aswell.They are forced to advertise heavily on TV and Radio as no one has a good word to say about them, so they are looking to prey on the naive who have no idea how corrupt and unscrupulous they are.Do NOT join Betfair or Paddy Power as they will take your money and try to ruin your life. There is no proper regulation in the industry so they behave how they like, (see Football Index saga where over £100 million was stolen).

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Also Sportnation I hope you respond to this and I’ll throw the transcripts in for you too.

Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. Thousands I’ve deposited in the last 6 month alone and not once have I won over £90 in the whole year n half I’ve been with them. Their jokers. I will not be playing on here again.

A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.

I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised… won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a £20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Last one was in June, not had anything since but they are enjoying money I deposit every single month and expect some sort of loyalty and was happy with getting the £20 casino bonus every 2/3 months but nothing now for over 4 months, if nothing changes won't be continuing to use this site, as I have found better

Do not go near this site! I have a bet put down for this Saturday 16th and I decided after their slots playing like garbage I wanted to close my account and have the bet voided and the money returned! But apparently they cannot void the bet but will happily close my account with the bet still live! So if I win it’s 600 pound that I can’t get or I lose my stake! When will the UKGC wake up and do something? It’s out right theft!

I opened my account in 2007 and the service back then was good. Started using them again recently and was horrified by the payout of their slots but I know this can happen on any site.

It wasn’t the losing that was the issue, it was the structure of their site and their promotions which are basically worthless.

Having spent about £3000 and getting less than £100 in actual bonuses, I wanted to speak to management. This didn’t happen, all I got was a response from the ‘safer gambling’ team who told me someone would contact me that day – which they didn’t. I pointed this out the following morning and got an email saying my account had been closed.

So basically they now close accounts because you ask to speak to management!

Then this morning I get a call from Ireland! The lady says I had requested a call from a manager! I explained that it was a bit late and pointless now since the account was closed – she said she couldn’t reverse it so I asked her why she was calling then! She said because I’d requested a call! 😂😂

I thanked her for proving how stupid their safer gambling team were and wrote them a scathing email which I told them not to reply to.

Avoid this greedy company with its horrible staff, they really don’t deserve to be operational.

Avoid. I opened account 3 years ago ,played a little bit and then my account has been suspended. I forgot about it and move on,but because I had some funds left I decided to ask what's going on few times in the past year. Guess what. 3 years !!!!! later account is still under review and they told me to wait for updates. If that's not a scam ,then I don't know what is. Every reputable business would make some kind of decision by then, even if that would be account closure,but not Boylesport. They going to wait until you die or they cease to operate ( whatever comes first) and then confiscate your money. I really hope that new UK Gambling act will throw such as companies out of the business

Following on from a previous review, I had to post again as these guys made me laugh yesterday.

They gave me a £20 bonus bet, but then wouldn’t accept any sports bet as they had restricted my account which they do to all customers that dare to win.

These guys are a joke. So incompetent that they give out bonus bets that you then can’t even use!

These guys are pathetic. They simply will not tolerate winners.

The moment a customer dares to win, they effectively close down their account by restricting stake amounts and often refusing to accept bets at all.

It seems Boylesports are happy to take money from (often vulnerable) losing customers but refuse to lose relatively small amounts to those that have the temerity to win.

If you are using Boylesports and haven’t had your account restricted yet…STOP USING THEM AS IT MEANS THEY ARE BEATING YOU.

My dad placed a bet a £10 accumulater on the football in his bet he needed Aston villa to win but they was losing at first all the rest of teams started wining I noticed the suspended bar was no cash out because st Johnston match was suspended throughout most of the match it was only on boylesport this happend I checked other betting sites it was not suspended. so this made impossible for him to cash anything out so any ways villa scored and he only needed them to win for 2800 it was 1-1 from 64th min then on top of that the score for Man United v West ham was 0-1 to West ham but on his acca it said it was 1-1 me and my dad have screen shots of it all I will be posting them on twitter Facebook Instagram and show every one how shocking boylesports are the staff hung up on the phone to my dad then when on the chat and the man who my dad was chatting said that the bar was not suspended after looking at several pictures my dad and I sent …..people stay away from this site I think they are scamming people boylesports to be gone by end of the year🙏🏿

Terrible service today on live chat from Maica had no other choice than contact the director Joe Boyle and await Ming his response. I was sent an offer to get a 10% return max 50 pounds on in play bets last week. I have had them before on tennis and on Monday morning your free bet is there. But speaking to Maica who was no help at all she said no such thing but as I explained and she struggled to take in it was sent to my inbox in my account surely they know what they have sent you she asked on five occasions for a screenshot but like I had already told her I had deleted it as never had a problem before. Unfortunately I have had to contact the director of the company and hope I get a better response. Wanting to get a price day before I took the chance on no best price, the horse had been nibbled 7/1 to 13/2 but as soon as boylesports see a penny early they slash price to 11/2 even though its 13/2 with five other bookies! Having seen many bad reviews I felt I should add some positive comments. I am a boylesports customer many years. I don't bet much as its a fun hobby whenever I can afford it. I bet tiny amounts on sports and racing. Since the start of the pandemic I decided to try the slots. I have won 100 from 10 deposit many times. Slots are random however and some days you can bet a lot with no win. This is the same on any other company platform I've used. Its all about luck. Customer service has been the best I've come across so far in the betting sites. Prompt response, helpful with issues. Problems resolved quickly. Not many bonuses offered, there are usually chances to spin for free spins which runs for 2 to 3 days at a time. Other companies offer far better bonuses. A small number of times when I've had no luck at all with my bets, boylesports gave me a cash gift as a goodwill gesture. Not often, but nice when received. All in all I will continue with boylesports. I have had good days and bad days but that's what you get with gambling. I would give 5 stars but they need to catch up with their competitors when it comes to customer loyalty bonuses and casino bonuses also free tournaments for football, slots and horse racing. These are offered with many other companies.

Weird how after a period of consistent winning my account us suspended and I am asked for private information, proof of funds, bank statements etc.. this is really intrusive behaviour which I have reported to gambling commission. Beware in using this company
