Absolutely awful site. Unfair games which are impossible to win on! I’ve spent thousands on games and watched my balance go straight down to zero every single time! I’ve won literally nothing. In my opinion one of the worst sites I’ve ever been on. The customer service is absolutely shocking too! The live chat advisors are rude and have no idea how to speak to customers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Stay well away

Requested a withdrawal and was told it needed to be done via bank transfer. Not a problem as I have done this in the past, have a fully verified account and been a customer for 5 years now. I’m told that the bank transfer will take 24 hours to process on Boylesport side. I wait and it doesn’t get processed. Next day I raise it, only to be told it has been processed, then to be told it hasn’t and that I need to wait another 3 days. Then to be told it has been processed when transactions page still states otherwise. I tried to register a complaint but customer services won’t assist with this and seem to be unhelpful and all over the place regarding knowledge. My advice would be to avoid Boylesport going forward, plenty of better bookmakers out there.

Boylesports are one of the best in my book they do offer lots of free spins , no free bets but not bad at all.Website is nice and easy to use , not slow , doesn’t crash the only minor thing is sometimes the offers pop up on the home page and sometimes they are there but you have to dig deep to find them (all stars and similar games) almost like they are trying hide them.

They sent me 10 free spins under “Wild Wednesdays” promotion but game wouldn’t load all day until Thursday first thing, minute after midnight into Thursday when the free spins expired. It’s a regular occurrence with their free spins and just goes to show how sophisticated their frauds are. Hopefully Boylesports lose their license asap and Gambling Commision makes public all their scams and 300 shops in Ireland gone 🙏 one is too many. I’d be surprised if anyone ever won any jackpot on their Casino anyway but these are proven scammers and this is a true story 👌✅

Decided to change betting website as Betfred is a waste of space. Have been with Boylesports before so thought I would go back after several years away. Be careful of all online gambling websites. Boylesports do not at any point remove your details from their database even when you have not been a customer for years. Even when you close your account they keep your details so that when you attempt to open a new account they say you already have one and ask you just to reset your password. Who in this world keeps a record of all their old usenames and passwords? When you try to use chat to talk to someone if you take more than 20 seconds they cut off the chat saying that they have to talk to other customers. Well done Boylesports you’ve lost a new customer before they even joined. That must be a personal best. Just for once why don’t online gambling companies do something decent and honest. When someone closes their account actually close it properly and remove all their personal details from your database.

Be warned guys they will restrict your account and you will have no appeal option. Created the account and placed two bets of £500 each which won and guess what I receive an email and text to say my account has been restricted and can’t even use the free £20 bonus I got for signing up. I try to place a bet of £1 and it doesn’t go through and says to wait while it’s referred to a trader who say the maximum I can bet is £0.10p lol what a joke and even when I try to use the £20 bonus by placing a bet of £0.50p that gets referred to a trader who allows me to only bet £0.05p haha needless to say I have already closed my account 24 hours after opening it.

The casino just feels very un-win-able. I play on numerous casino sites, as every now and again i will get a decent win.. but Doyle sport games just seem so dead.. dead spin after dead spin after dead spin. Much lower RTP compared to other casinos. Always kicks you out of games randomly. I recommend you go and lose your money at a different online site unless you like dead spins.

I re opened my account with boylesport after a period of self exclusion. They allowed me to re open my account without a 24 hour cooling off period. Sadly this caused me and sent me on a path of self destruction. I’ve lost all of my money and I won’t drop this lightly. Boylesport have a responsibility to protect its customers. Theyve failed me

A few weeks ago I put a glowing review about this company which I had rejoined after many years away. I am not a professional gambler but I regularly use Boylesports along with two other companies including paddypower so I feel I can tell their strengths and weaknesses. Boylesports Laks of clarity and transparency, they want you to believe that they are paying huge winnings (especially with the “games” section) in the range of 500k to 3M but at the end of the day it is all a bit wishi washy . I received an email saying that I was one of the winners of a 10k giveaway (it turned out I won 20bucks btw) but it never told me how much I won, so after numerous phone calls and live chat I spoke to this lady that answered the call with “hi” followed by silence… I started to think I was calling someone else number, … long story short she told me I won 20bucks and it was paid already into my account, well… when I say there’s no transparency… no track of the winnings appears in my account, nowhere it says I won 20 euro, I cannot find that payment and as far as I’m concerned I could have won 10k and lost it just because perhaps they don’t want to make clear how many winners are there and what was won. I had to spend ages on the phone to find out what was going on, and the first few phone calls they were not answering my questions. As much as it is regulated and so forth you would assume you can trust Boylesports but Because I feel Boylesports isn’t making things as clear and transparent as it should be I’d rather spend more time and my cash on more reliable and trustworthy companies. While Paddy power has it’s own weaknesses I feel it’s more secure especially when it comes down to decent winnings. I loved Boylesports lotto section but after this 10k incident really I’ll have let it go. Btw another incident about one year ago ..I won a lotto 4 number accumulator with Boylesports and that was never paid to me as some Time after my bet I got a message saying that they refunded my bet as I lodged funds from my PayPal account… I read the message after the draw so I couldn’t do anything about it, it was not a lot of money I think about 80bucks but at the end of the day their credibility and integrity is never challenged because we are all single players and all we can do is leave a negative feedback on trustpilot… chances are that they are going to reply to this feedback with same copy and paste asking to contact them for clarification but we all know where it goes…
