The worst betting agency by far . They advertise the sign up bonus but they never offer it after all . I signed up with them last night , i placed a bet meeting all the criteria they asked and after the bet settled they never give me the sign up promotion bonus . Went to their chat and the customer service is so bad . After 10 minutes the agent “Jerome” told me that i`m not eligible for the sign up bonus because “business decision ” without giving me a proper explanation .AVOID CORAL BET ,out there is many better betting agency

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. I cannot stress this enough.Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. They have owed me £950 for over a week.They first told me everything had been processed and would be given to me within 3 working days. Failing that, if it doesnt reach my account within 3 working days, they would provide me with an ARN code so my bank could locate the payment. 2 days after the point they should have given me this code, they once again moved the goal posts to 8 working days, claiming that there was an issue with visa payments. All this after claiming the issue was because they didnt pay me with visa direct ( which btw, they never have, and i have emails from them saying they both do and do not use visa direct, and have never and will never provide me with this service )Its been lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. They say the money is now the banks issue, but they wont even offer me proof of payment, to help the bank locate.If you want your winnings to be lost, dont even think about betting with novibet. Their website is nice, their odds are okay, but their customer service, and their lies, are enough to make a gambler lose more hair than they already deserve.

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. They'll lure you in with an offer, such as the £30 Acca Refund offer I went with, and then once you've signed up and lost your bet, they won't actually give you the refund. I've been on Live Chat three times and keep getting fobbed off, told it was the old offer, even though they emailed it to me 2 days ago. Any decent bookie would just accept it as their mistake and give the refund as a good will gesture but Betway are doing whatever they can not to pay out. Also you can't email them, they no longer monitor their support@ email address, so you can't send them any screenshots, and Live Chat won't open links of screenshots you send them via Imgur etc.

All this time I was thinking it only happened to me, but something told me to google Betway fraud and all this came up. If it’s 1 person I would think system error but for it to happen to almost a dozen people then something does not seem right. I’ve been trying to withdraw from Sunday the 17th and still nothing. I made a bet on +1 goal on Atalanta in their Champions League game last night (20/10/2021) v Manchester United.

The game ended 3-2 to Manchester United. Under the rules of asian handicap section under the football rules section of the Betway website, it states and I quote "if the number of goals for each team are level after the handicap has been applied, it will result in a 'void' with the stake being returned".

Betway incorrectly settled the bet as a loss. I contacted Betway straight after the result to outline this including submission of screenshot of the bet placed as requested. After contacting Betway to point out this error via the live chat, after 3 hours, Betway will not honour my bet in direct violation of their own stated rules and have been unable to provide a valid explanation as to why they will not do so.

I urge anyone reading this to take their business to a honest and reputable bookmaker. Why take the chance with Betway who seemingly will decide arbitrarily at random which bets it honour, rather than settling bets in accordance with it's own published betting rules.

I have attached a screenshot of my bet as my profile so that you may judge for yourselves. The choice is yours.
