I have deposited a total of $800 on this site and I’ve only managed to withdraw $500. They will never let you win more than what you’ve deposited. If you do win a little bit, they turn off your wins and you will get no bonuses and 40 dead spins in a row with absolutely nothing. I have played on so many of these sites and even though this site is a scam it’s still like the second best I have found which is pathetic.

I deposited over 6k in this website. I have tried to withdraw money from my account but it is impossible every day they have an excuse a sifferent story they just have stolen my money. And worst of all they blocked my account with money in it and pending bets over 2k. I need hep please who can help me recover my money. This is worst experience i have ever had at a betting site and trust me ive used over 20 sites never ever has this happened to me before. Was told 48 hours and then got email asking to sent the bank statement in pdf which i done 3 days ago to get this resolved and no reply I’ve emailed and no reply, the bank card was sent with the name and account details shown and also a bank statement with the deposits and same account details as card thos was done as pdf and a screenshot was shown after to probe this was pdf . No reply , still no refund I want this fixed so I can change this review and get on with things. Instead of going round in a circle with this .

Worst betting site ever , if you have an issue there chat link doesn’t work. If you send an email you get no response , never received the sign on rewards either . These are just a few of numerous issues. One that is most annoying is that most sites when you withdraw the funds are in your account within minutes these days- this site is in the dark ages and they take days to pay your money to your account . If you had any thoughts about joining this site – please don’t – it will cause you nothing but stress . Tbh it really is a shambles and the worst out there – look elsewhere.

Site In general the same as all of them.Rigged games scamming players overall not worth to try.Be careful whenever decide to join as they even scam you on the welcome offers, Apparently you can deposit toothed dthe site with Revolut but you not eligible to claim welcome bonus if u deposit with this payment.Scam nothing more to add.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves

I’ve received issues logging in countless times despite multiple password resets. Withdrawal for E-transfers take five days, something that’s supposed to take two minutes. Terrible UI. Terrible customer support system. Steaming pile of garbage

Horrendous I won money Saturday , first I couldn’t withdraw to my card that I deposited with have to withdraw by transfer. I got told they don’t do withdrawals on weekends so will take a bit longer , it’s now Tuesday and my withdrawal it’s still only at the 2nd stage saying it’s not even been accepted yet ! Trying to get on live chat today and it’s impossible. So I have no idea what’s going on with my money .

Every time I try to access the customer service section, the login panel pops up, asking me to log into my account. Even when I enter the correct credentials, it keeps redirecting me back to the login page.Similarly, on Betway’s main page, when I try to view my transaction history, I encounter a similar issue. A message appears saying that my session has expired, and even after entering the correct details, the message reappears.I just want to know the status of my withdrawal because I’ve read on Trustpilot about cases where people haven’t received their funds even after 7 or 30 days.-EDITIt’s currently working both customer and transaction history

Half of their games will never hit anything. Some of them let you win a little bit but will take it all back if you keep playing. I have deposited and lost $350 at this point and feel like winning anything more than what you deposited is absolutely impossible. Today alone I deposited $150 and played for almost 8 hours and I never had my balance above what I deposited. They ripped me off on a bunch of promotions and never gave me anything after opting in. The daily wheel only gives 2 free spins that win nothing and the big wheel that you have to bet to qualify for never actually works. It tells me I qualify and then I go to check and it tells me to deposit $20 and wager to qualify. This whole site is full of bugs and customer support does not care. Don’t waste your money, go to a different site or go to a real casino. The most you can hope to win from this site is 30x your bet if you are extremely lucky. I have played on sites that I won over 700x on and it makes this site seem like a joke and a scam.

First off- my friends experience. They e transfered $1000 it never went through to their account so they requested a refund and they finally got one. They sent the money back without a password to claim it will NOT respond they say they can’t find the email or refund in their system. So there is literally $1000 stuck? Can’t be claimed? Now my issues. This has happened twice now- I’ve made a bet which won . Then I get logged out and kicked off the website and given an error code on all browsers on my phone. So I need to go on my laptop to access my account and when I do. The bet is gone. Like it never happened. My account balance is back to original amount and no win! This website is an absolute scam!!! So they don’t tell you that you have to be in Ontario to actually PLACE the bets, they verify your location 6 times, TAKE your money and then tell you that you can’t do sh*t with it. They never gave me my welcome bonus even though I opted in and deposited $40. I did have it up to $225 but then all the games turned cold and I didn’t get a single bonus and lost the entire $225 on $1 bets. Definitely seems more rigged than other casinos I have played at but also not the worst because I actually won something even if I lost it all after. Some sites don’t even let you win a single cent. After joining Betway on the 14/11/24 with my first few bets I managed to have a nice few wins placed my first withdrawal for £255 then another for nearly 4k.Both where still pending in the morning after contacting there customer service through twitter they have blocked my account and is with there operations team.After speaking with a friend he said he has had no problems with Betway but after reading they many bad reviews I feel I have to write this.I will update any progress if this is resolved.

They let you deposit money into on a deactivated account no problem. But need to activate your account in order to withdraw your funds. Big scam if u ask me. Than u got no other choice to spend it on the app cause the process is slow & takes forever.

I feel compelled to share my concerning experience with Betway from the past 48 hours. On November 7th, I made several withdrawals, with some smaller amounts being processed instantly to my Halifax account. However, five withdrawals totaling £3,200 never arrived.The following day (Nov 8th), I won and withdrew £1,000 which processed instantly – proving their system can process payments when they want to. After contacting support:- First agent (Aimee) requested bank statements proving non-receipt- Second agent (Bongi) claimed funds were sent via “Truelayer”- When I contacted Truelayer, they confirmed they’re only an API provider and can’t help- Most concerning: My account was suddenly locked without warning or explanationRed flags:• Selective payment processing (new withdrawals work, old ones “missing”)• Conflicting information from support agents• Sending customers on wild goose chases to third parties• Account lockout immediately after pursuing missing fundsI’ve sent emails (Reference Number:0002446005632), provided requested documentation, and tried everything to resolve this professionally. The sudden account lockout preventing further communication is particularly worrying – so don’t tell me to “contact support” as I literally cannot access my account to do so.I would strongly advise potential customers to be wary. Which won’t let them withdraw to debit, pay pal or Mastercards. However I can withdraw into trustly and swift. I’ve made both and don’t have a clue how to use them. After calling out betway here on trustpilot about my account closure and refusal to pay back in August they finally Emailed me to send my Address verification on Oct 21. I submitted the document of my utility bill month to month And ever since, I did not get a feedback. Only for me to be told on livechat today Nov 6 – “The account is to remain closed as per casino management, the 95,00 withdrawal is withheld. The account will remain closed and the withdrawal remains withheld until further notice.” WHY is betway withholding my money till further notice despite providing the new document.
