Beware of the bonus they give you on the deposit. If I would have read the rules closer I would have chose not to accept it. I deposited $100 and they matched it. Fantastic… Not if you win. Apparently half the money you win is theirs unless you bet 40-50 times the amount you deposited within 7 days. I didn’t see the 7 day deadline and lost $600. It just magically disappeared after 7 days. It’s too bad because other than that I thought it was pretty good but that clause in their agreement is a little sneaky in my opinion. I withdrew what was left and will never use them again

A bet has been settled incorrectly. I tried many times to contact support by the only means, live chat, but always end up near 50 in the queue, then get closer and then disconnected. Live chat is the only way of getting in contact if you are lucky. I would like the bet settled correctly.

This company should be illegal. Shouldn’t be allowed to take my money from me straight after depositing it to my account. I opened my account last week and the 3rd time depositing they blocked me out my account so left without an account plus £20😡 Can’t imagine if this has happened to someone who has deposited a lot more money. Also tried contacting customer service 10000 times and the one time I got through I got told to look at section 7 in terms and conditions. No help at all. Not a good service at all.

It’s been 3 days since I opened an account with them, I deposited up to £200 and so far I haven’t received any acca sport welcome bonus or anything else. I made dozens of tickets and I still haven’t received anything. When I tried to chat with an operator, they closed the option to talk to the operator, send me back to the menu or say that’s all. I don’t understand why football clubs advertise on a site with such a bad review? This site should be closed! Everything is a lie, all bonuses are lies just to attract customers.

Well well well, I have to admit, I was scared to death reading the reviews AFTER I have registered and sent money. I’m a blackjack player, and betway, is the real deal, I have made 700$ this week, I requested at withdraw on Nov. 21, and I received today Nov. 24th. No withdraws issue at all.I would give a 5 stars but the big issue here is to contact support.I’ve managed to speak to a real person on the live chat but It was tricky.Monique is her name. Very professional, answered all my questions.They really need to fix their way to contact support. Otherwise, great platform, I definitely recommend it.

AVIOD AT ALL COST! still not recived my winnings from November 13th my account was verified minutes before the withdrawal I know this as got an email saying so. and now they are saying I need to verify again and they are well within there right to do so 😡just a convenient way for them to not pay you. They said I needed to prove that the bank account belongs to me which I have done and still not payed me I’ve sent in multiple pfds of proof that the name on account matches all other documents. I recommend 32 red or paddy power excellent customer service and quick no fuss withdrawals. I’ve seen hundreds of bad reviews recently all saying the same thing so it’s not just a one off or glitch they are withholding our money BETWAY PAY US OUR WINNINGS! Also I’d advise everyone report to the gambling commission asap.

This company beware cannot login they do not have a process reliable enough, once locked out it’s almost impossible to log in you will lose your money. Stay away do not gamble on this site.

Betway has stopped operations from India on October 1st, 2023…Now they are not refunding the Account balance amount. Nobody is responding to mail sent and we cannot even get chat support from India.Betway is least bothered about their customers

I have an account with Betway, and up to now I am awaiting a refund of my winnings totalling over £700. The refund was requested over 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been refunded to date. Appalling service with no way of contacting them other than a complaint process which takes over a month to get a response. Terrible service.

I’m so upset about my experience with Betway. I signed up, was verified, deposited a few thousand pounds and won a couple thousand more. When I tried to withdraw a thousand, I was sent an email saying I needed to do another verification. The link didn’t work properly for me, and then without any notification my account was closed. A week later I still haven’t received any response or my money back, even after sending emails asking what they need from me in order to pay out my money. I need it to pay my bills, and I can’t believe they are withholding it without any reason or communication.Update: all I have received from BetWay is this vague response: “We’ve reviewed your account and found that the actions taken were in accordance with our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when signing up. Specifically, term 7.”What does that mean?? Why has my account been closed without any explanation, and why are they withholding my money? I really just want this awful experience to be over, have my funds paid, and not use Betway ever again.

I am dismayed and shocked at how Betway treats and supports it’s customers.I have numerous emails which are now being ignored and when I chased up on the latest email I received an generic reply back stating this mailbox is no longer monitored.Also, TP reviewers/readers, if you scroll down the list of reviews (virtually all complaining), you can see Betway do not reply to all of the reviews. I fear I am now being screened because I have a legitimate case for my winnings to be paid out (my last 3 reviews have been ignored). Betway avoid every opportunity to resolve my case, coming up with a new excuse each time. The latest was to say my bet was ineligible for FPP because it was a Boost bet and not Win Only but the Betway Boost Terms & Conditions state different. Either Betway are incompetent and don’t know their own T&C’s or they just don’t want to refund me the winnings (£433.33).I first raised my issue on 3/11 regarding a horse race on 31/10. I placed a Betway Boost Bet on Tuesday 31st October (4.45pm @ Newcastle). The horse I backed (Enpassant @100/30) finished First Past the Post (FPP) but was demoted to 2nd by the Stewards. Still not been giving my spins what an abouslute joke! Told me they gave me spins on a game that doesn’t exist. Avoid at all cost they tried telling me I couldn’t get my bonus spin because I didnt play the basic daily spin which I DID. And wagered enough conveniently my email has been ignored and thier site was down for a whole day because of how crap it is.

Having read all these horrible reviews I was really really in fear of not getting my withdrawal….especially having just joined the site….but I have to say I was lucky enough to hit a very good win on 17th of November and although my pending withdrawal stayed at processing for a few days ….as soon as it went to paid it was in my bank account 🙃 so I have no complaints!….just thought I would let people know that my experience was a good one

Following on from my previous reviews, I’ve given another star as betway have paid my withdrawals into my account today. I thank them for that however, their customer service is pretty non existent. It shouldn’t take 10 days to sort it, and furthermore not knowing what was going on. Some email reply or phone call explaining why the withdrawals failed to arrive in my bank, whether it was a glitch or mistake their end?. Obviously, I’m satisfied I’ve got my money back but very wary of using betway again if or not I do. I will add that this was the 1st time I’ve had a problem in the month or so that I’ve been a betway customer.I have now closed my account through lack of trust with betway.

SHAME ON YOU. I withdrew £133.50 on 14/11/23. Having not received this I contacted Betway to be given a ATN and told to give this to my bank. Of course my bank say this number is useless as Betway have NOT made any payment. So I then ask Betway to provide me with a bank statement as proof they have paid me. They respond that they are not ‘privy to this information.’ Very convenient! They then ask me to get a letter from my bank on headed paper confirming non receipt of payment and other information. Are Betway going bankrupt?

I went onto betway 3 weeks ago and played their free game “wheel of millions” and gained 10 free spins. After completing the spins there was a 165 euro less in my account. I logged this on their live chat (took a couple of minutes) and the lady who dealt with it sent me an email with betway support ref number. In the period of 3 weeks i have sent numerous email (no replies) and the one time i managed to get a response from live chat i was told to wait until emailed!!!Now if I log on to livechat i join a queue which times out at the end of the day! The transaction logs are on site. Is this company about to go bust??

So after telling me I should go to my bank with an ARN number which my bank have no clue about I’m still £180 down!Loads of reviews I’m reading are still missing there payments from the 12th!Betway give me my bloody money back!It’s appalling that it still hasn’t been paid to me when you’re saying it has! “Checking my account” saying you will get back to me but then still not replying to my emails! I’ve only ever made a deposit a hand full of times and each time has been hell dealing with them. Currently have my most recent one taken from my bank account but not into my Betway. When I asked the support team they told me to send my info to an email, I did. I then revived an email back saying that this address is no longer in use. Never seen such a gongshow of an operation. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

So I have just joined up and made a small withdrawal for £80 which I received within 24 hours. Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews on here. Only things that could be improved is live chat and quicker withdrawals to compete with others.

The worst customer support in the entire industry. It is impossible since about a month ago to reach someone on live chat. Twitter support doesn’t do anything after they reply to your initial query. The only way to get support now is by making formal complaints. They also do not credit free bets that they have advertised to customers over email automatically, you have to chase them up and it takes weeks to get a result.EDIT:I have since been contacted by Betway, but it is now a week since they contacted me. They initially offered a resolution but since I agreed, they have become unresponsive and have not actioned the resolution.

Long term customer but had enough. 4 €5 free bets from promotions I didn’t receive over the last couple of weeks. Could never access live chat to rectify it, waiting 9 hours on Monday before they disconnected me. Finally accessed live chat this morning first thing and supplied my bet IDs to show I reached criteria for free bets from the free bet club only to be told no I didn’t when I clearly had. Very infuriating as I met the criteria and have for months and nothing was different this week just a nasty person who didn’t want to help. Another promotion I didn’t receive my bet I asked him about it 6 times before he finally answered me, he said it needed to a minimum odds of 2-1 to get it while my bet was 20-1 and I said that and supplied the ID and he just ignored it again. I honestly think he just trolling me tbh, saying if I was entitled to it I would have it automatically got it which clearly isn’t the case. He didn’t care one bit. So I decided to close my account even though I’m missing out on my free bets as I have never dealt with such nonsense from a company before so thank you for doing me a favour in the long run. Avoid this s show if you value your sanity.

Bet settled incorrectly Martin tacinec v Milan fisera. Had about 10 bets that were incorrectly settled but then finally updated(all table tennis). Now its been 3 days and my bets which have won (1-3 correct score to Milan fisera). I keep getting fobbed off and told another 24-48 hours its not hard to see the result and manually settle the bet. Its on the official table tennis websites so its a winner but im being ignored despite usually being great customer service. if this was 365, ladbrokes or PP it would be manually corrected. Bearing in mind I stake a fair few thousand a month its a bit disheartening and tempted to go elsewhere. im sure “eventually” it will get settled and I do understand they had major problems with their bet settlement. Customer service just fobbed me off and when I asked if traders could be informed of the particular match they said no. All this would take is to check the score of the game and for it to be manually adjusted. instead its just nonsense. Hoping that betway can prove me wrong and settle the bet correctly. I’ve given them all the screenshots off all the websites. The fact I’ve been paid out on 3rd game winner but not match result and correct score says a lot.

I am struggling making a withdrawal , the customer support is slow and kind of racist people because you email them using english as the starndad communication language and they reply the email in another language , The response from the customer support is slow and useless . They allow you to deposit money but making a withdrawal is like trying to dry up the ocean . its a bad company worse they advertise their services on public tv in africa to scam people.,,,, I am very pissed this is a scam , they must be related to top scammers in the world taking from the poor to their own pockets

Quite possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with. Taken money from me, then closed my account with no real reason. I cannot call you, and when I got through to a person on lice chat they gave me an email that is not working. To cap it off they did not even try to help me. Can you please contact me urgently to resolve this before I begin court proceedings.

Deposited £100 and then they closed my locked my account still with the money in there. Was on hold for 4 hours on live chat only to be told my account is closed and they will email me. They’ve ignored all my emails in the past month. Basically stolen £100 from me. Awful customer careThey have now emailed me saying that they are aware that my account is locked and their operations department are looking into it. Getting live chat with a real person is like getting blood from a rock ,it’s either your deal with automated bot that forces you to accept or go back ,you get two options, accept the solution or go back but there is no option to talk to a real person

Again betway withdrawal.For a big organisation the withdrawal process is perfetic.I’m a long existing verified user. I make a deposit instant transaction.Yet when I withdraw.It goes in to a que to process payment which should be instant but I’m again still waiting for that to be complete and let alone pay me. I have faster payment account. Yet it still takes over 24hrs for funds minimum.Yet on every other site withdrawals are paid instant or with in 2hrs. Disgusting useless and poor service once I revive payment I’m closing this account now for good.They need to get up to speed with the rest of the online services.

Absolute scums! The worst service EVER experienced… requested a withdrawal 6days ago apparently it’s got ‘restrictions’ to withdraw but ok for deposit despite using the same card for months. Waisted 8/9 hrs spoke to 3 separate individuals online/ all said something different. Updated preferred method several times showing process complete etc but now told to go through swift and still waiting let’s see… wrote 2 emails to support@betway with no replies just shows they really don’t give a crap!!

Never had a problem with betway until recently I’ve withdrawn money and still not recieved it over the last 3 days I have spent about 14 hours in total trying to get in touch with them on live chat to then be disconnected as I get to number 8 in que. I’ve emailed customer support to which I didn’t understand the reply as its in a foreign language and tried to call but didn’t connect to anyone. This is the first time I’ve had any problems dont know what else to do as I’ve tried everything

While withdrawals take a bit of time they have never been a problem but now it’s been about 4 times that a freebet I was owed was never given to me and when I try to get in touch with them via live chat I never get to the front of the queue. This makes me feel they are actually avoiding any customer support and cheating people out of their promised bonuses. Also the daily spin wheel is quite rigged too

I have $500 worth of withdrawals from weeks ago that have supposedly been withdrawn and paid, except NOTHING has been put into my bank account. A withdrawal of $277 has now disappeared from my pending withdrawal list. I have tried contacting the Betway customer service team through multiple platforms and have received NO reply.
