Update……do not use this company. Can see from other reviews same as other customers. My account is fully verified for over 10 years, had my withdrawal for 3 days and you simply cannot contact them. DO NOT USE THEM. Username, theaforce. This company will destroy your mental health just everyone use another company. Had account with them for over 10 years and fully verified, yet again a withdrawal just sat there for over 48 hours not being processed. They are impossible to speak with as you get put in a 60 person live chat queue. Trust me as someone who bets regularly with other companies and can get your money to you within a few hours and are at least contactable. It really is a terrible customer experience with betway and will ruin all punters experiences…….stay away from them if you want an easy and enjoyable bet.

14/01/2024 successfully entered ALL four winners 4 to Win competition at Hereford. No contact from them re £1000 winnings & unable to contact Betway by any means. I have not been able to withdraw funds/winnings as the card used to deposit initially is no longer valid. Despite a number of attempts the website will not allow me to edit or add my new card details for the withdrawal process to continue.Trying to get hold of Betway is impossible. They will not give me my withdrawal I was told it would take up to 24 hours!! Which has passed!! There is NO way to contact them unless you use the live chat service which you will be put in a queue and wait around 2 hours I’ve done this numerous times and been disconnected!! When I finally got through they assured me my withdrawal would be with me within 3 hours and I could go back on to the live chat if I hadn’t received it!!! They then put my account on self exclusion and I even asked will I still be able to log in to access chat and find out about my withdrawal which they assured me I would!! Still waiting for my withdrawal of over 500 pounds from weeks ago. Sent utility bill, passport, and bank statement to verify identity. Theyre now asking for a bank statement that includes my card number, since its a debit card which I used, my bank statements dont include my card number, and my bank said they cant provide this. Bank even said its highly unusual they need this. Waited 10 hours in queue for customer service on live chat and got no response. Also used their service of “Trustly bank transfer” to deposit a couple of times, and they are asking for “Evidence of my Instant bank accounts” saying I created bank accoutns with Trustly, which I never did, I simply used them to send money to Betway. So I cant provide this evidence either. Anxiety through the roof. No other company has made it this hard to withdraw. Mentally draining and i will forever regret using this company.

I have been waiting over a week for my funds to come through which I won fairly. Had an email saying the payment was unsuccessful saying make sure the card is the same as when I deposit which I always have done. Tried emailing them, just get an auto response saying my email will not be replied to. Waited on the online chat for nearly 4 hours, I was next in line for over an hour and half and nobody chatted. I have been very disappointed with their customer service. After having my account temporarily restricted, I have tried numerous times (even waited nearly 5 hours on 1 of them) to get in contact with support and still no avail. I’m currently on with them now after 4 hours (only started as no 8 in the queue) and still no word. I have had phone calls from them at terrible times and there hasn’t been a mention of rescheduling and there’s not even a phone number or email address?? How can you be 1 of the leading bookmakers and not have access where you are speaking to a human and not some automated FAQ. Hopefully they will see this and actually respond back to me

Biggest scam ever… was down nearly 4000$ put in another 500 on bj ran it up to 4000$. Tried to go up from there to win something for once and then went back down to 14,000$ after looosing probably 30 hands in a row which should be incriminating, not to mention I lost bets due to being disconnected from games. Betway did nothing at all to help me and will not contact me back after closing my account for complaining. I’ve lost this amount within several accounts with betway because I had so many issues with them. It was definitely my fault for continuing to deposit into this app after I’ve even had someone hack into one of the accounts. I was in a game when I got disconnected due to someone else logging in on another device then noticed funds going down. Betway did not even respond to me regarding this other then once when I was able to get through in a live chat and they expected me to go into my LOCKED account to get proof. Is that’s not a scam I don’t know what is.

They’ve taken 40 pound more from my bank account than the deposits on their site show, therefore effectively stealing 40 pound of my money. I’ve contacted support 40 times, nothing. Provided statements and deposit history to prove the fact they’ve taken this money and still nothing. Absolutely horrific customer service and thieves to boot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I made a withdrawal of 8370 dollars on december 27. It is January 11 and still waiting on withdrawal. I have submitted all verification documents asked for. They needed my bank statement showing name and card number. Unfortunately it is debit card. Debit card bank statement only shows account number and transit number. My bank statement clearly shows transaction to betway on december 27. I have submitted all those necessary documents. Every time i come on chat and same reply its under review. I played quite late one night and in the morning Betway suspended my account, saying I had been playing more than normal etc. I had only played about 3 times in 3 weeks! They said they needed to speak to me about safer gambling before they would ‘unfreeze’ my account. I have deposit limits already in place and obviously we are all aware of safer gambling so it made no sense. I gave them a time frame to call but they didn’t ring, we arranged a 2nd time frame but when I answered, they put the phone down on me. A 3rd arranged time frame was arranged but instead of ringing me on the Friday, they rang the day before and I was unavailable to take the call. It soon became apparent that they had no intention of speaking to me, they may have had some hidden agenda of closing down a quota of accounts to keep the government happy and I was one of them. I have emailed them at least 6 times and they are all ignored. I haven’t actually done anything wrong but they clearly don’t want me as a customer. I have made an official complaint, but that has been ignored as well.

Another poor review for betway. I forgot to check reviews before opening an account and wish I had done so before signing up….DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY…AVOID THEM…I needed to change my card details as I got a new one and the edit button is greyed out so can’t and my withdraw is now pending…tried to email them and ,NO email address and talking to the chat bot is a waste of time as it pretends it doest understand you….very cleaver… there is no way you can speak to this company as they all methods of contact have been disabled… awful

Stay away. Win anything at all and you will not be able to withdraw, they will lock your account and ask you email them verification, when you send your verification documents they will deny they ever received them until forced to by submitting a case to Resolver. Then they will simply ban your account afterwards as they ran out of lies and excuses to prevent your access the funds your legally entitled to. They will state something along the lines of part 7 of the terms and conditions, then when you press them for exact parts on what rule you supposedly violated or for any evidence of wrongdoing they then default to we reserve the right to terminate accounts (as there is no violation at all). They are liars, scammers and conmen. I won £2500 and they refuse to allow me to withdraw it.

Went to withdraw 300 in mid December and it went to interact on Dec 11th and was canceled somehow on Dec 12th . Not even had time to withdraw . Money is suppose to go back into my account with Betway but it hasn’t . Interact fieznt get back to me and neither does Betway . So I opened an account bet $50 and lost and the welcome bonus said I’ll get $50 in bet credits if your first bet loses. Waited and waited for the credit to appear but it never did. Spoke to “customer service” and they said my bonus had expired..I told them but it should have been an automatic credit. They agreed but still refused to credit me my bonus. Blamed me for letting it expire even though it should have been automatic. Will close the account and bet elsewhere.

I have previously left a review on Trustpilot as this is the only way you can get in contact with Betway. They replied with an email asking for a bank statement, which I sent them and they never replied again despite about 10 chaser emails. Their live chat disconnects you after waiting hours to speak to somebody.

Won over 2k back on the 6th December and withdrew most of it, leaving some in there to continue betting. Over three weeks later it’s been nothing but trouble. No communication unless i contact them, then constantly giving me the runaround wanting verification documents and ID checks. Computer rigged, I do well on live roulette. Just now went on computer roulette, what a mistake. Took my winnings from live game.
