I cannot redeem my bonus free spins. I’ve tried everything from logging out and in loads of times to switching phone off and on. Tried live chat which never connects! Tried sending emails which always give the same answer! All “live chat and help” is always autobot and just gives same answers! I’m going around in circles!

Betway shut shop in India, packed up, and moved on, leaving users who had registered and deposited money in their accounts in a tight spot. The thing is I too had money in my account and they had been showing a message till not too long ago to contact them on the email for a refund right when you landed on the site, which ended up being a bogus message as you don’t get any response post repeated emails to honor the refund.All in all, a fraud platform that grabs money and bounces. No accountability. Shady practices. Save yourself the inconvenience, time, energy, and money. Betway is a dishonorable business, lurking as a legit betting platform.

It’s been over a month now and still they have not sent me my money. $10,000. This site is absolutely trash, they sent me 6 emails all asking me for my documents to verify and when I send them the documents, they completely ignore what I sent them and they send me another email asking me for the same documents. I only get replied to on Sunday which tells Me they are purposely ignoring me and retaliating against me because of my negative reviews. They deserve every bit of the negative reviews, they are legit scumbags, all the people working at betway are scumbags, and whoever from betway reads this, just know you’re a scumbag too. I refuse to send these as****** any more documents, they have all the information they need to verify my account other than my ass hairs. Whether they like it or not they have to send me my money. Players beware, do not play at betway, they are scam artists and they pay for good reviews. I made a deposit and won 87 euros, but when I wanted to withdraw, they asked for proof of my residency and said it would be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, and nothing has happened yet. Agreed they were pitch perfect when they were active in India but all these problems started after they were banned in India.Till they were active my ratings was **** . Absolutely diabolical. Had a bet on the Grand National, won. Wanted to withdraw using the card I paid the bet with. Betway said I had to use bank transfer instead. Put in my account details and the money disappeared. Only way of contact is live chat that crashes if the queue is too long.They say I need to provide them with a bank statement and ID but not given me who or where to send this.CON MERCHANTS – AVOIDEdit: Customer care aren’t available by email as Betway’s reply suggests. I just want the £21.63 I won, by the method I paid the bet (debit card). I deposited 100 and 110 pounds on April 12 through bank transfer. They took the money but never credited it. Could not ever reach customer care. The worst .. waited for chat for hours but no response . Sent email with statements and proof still no response . Pls stay away from this . They don’t bother . Literally my 210 pounds gone

I would strongly advise against using Betway based on my recent experience. After signing up and depositing £10 to take advantage of the “Stake £10 & Get 125 Free Spins” welcome offer, things quickly went downhill. Despite receiving an email confirming that my account had been verified, I was abruptly logged out and informed that my account was locked when I tried to log in again. No explanation was given for this action.Attempting to resolve the issue, I contacted customer support via live chat and ended up waiting over 8 hours. Initially, I was told I was number 48 in the queue. 6 hours later I was number 1 in the queue. Then finally after 8 hours of waiting in the queue, I was disconnected without ever speaking to a representative. This left me with no answers and no way to access my account or recover my deposit.Given the lack of communication and the extremely poor handling of customer support, I’m left with a very negative view of Betway. It’s unclear if or when my account will be unlocked or if I will be able to retrieve my deposit. If you’re considering Betway, it might be wise to look elsewhere.

So yet again appalling customer service every time you get a reply from Betway it takes them another 7 days to reply I sent them a clearer document and they have now told me they will look at this within 7 days absolutely embarrassing why it takes 7 days to look at a bit of paper I will never know. I placed a bet upon a Basketball Game when the point was 80.5, then the offer was 78.5 and I placed a further bet.Then once again it was offered at 76.5 and I then placed a third bet.During the period from bet 1 until bet 3 no points had been scored.When the Game finished at 80 points I logged on and checked my Account.Bet two had been changed to 80.5 and settled as a loser.I’m extremely unhappy as I know I hit my bet on 78.5 and this is not the First time that this has happened.I sent emails and as usual none have been replied to and why the Gambling Commission allow licences without proper UK telephone numbers or Emails needs to be changed and raised.

There is something majorly wrong with the way the slots operate hete compared to the likes of Betfred, Ladbrokes, Virgin, and Sky. The same games on betwat are guaranteed to perfotm poorly on Betway, almost as if the RTP has been alteree in their favor.I performe an experiment to test this and ran the same games on each of the above sites simultaneously to gauge hoe much play you get; We recorded time stamped screen recordings play for play yo send to the gamblimg comission. We placed 50 pound on each and set a maximum timelimit of an hour, with a steke of 50p.Betway – Produced no wins, money was gone, in 20 minutes. The game also glitched, with the remaining reels spining for much longer when it looked as though sonething may drop, this happened everytime.Betfred – At the end of an hour the balance was 115.50, perfotming badly at first before amping up at around 30 pound. No glitches spotted.Ladbrokes – 25.50 pound left at the end of the hour, no glitches spotted, though we would only see the odd 7-10 pound return before thr game would eat it again.Virgin – No funds remained and the gameplay lasted 40 minutes, simmilar to Ladbrokes this site would deliver small wins that kept you below the initial deposit, but nothing thst woilf ever take you over.Sky – 72.50 balance at the end of the hours, no glitches, would pay bigger wins than the previous 2 providers; our largest was 25 pounds.

I signed up online and made a deposit required but thereafter was automatically logged out of my account and could not log back in. The only customer contact option available is online chat and after trying for 3 days with waits over 7 hours long, I finally managed to get a response in that chat facility. Due to this very poor method of contact and lack of trust as a result I requested a refund of my deposit paid. The customer service person named “Berndt” said that he will escalate this request and that I should allow up to 24 hours to receive a response by email,…..8 days later and still no response received ??????

A truly dreadful company. They’ve blocked withdrawals from my account despite it being a verified account and trying to contact them to resolve is literally impossible. There’s no phone number and the help pages do their best to loop you back to the start. You can email support at betway as it advised on the help page but I’ve tried that a few times and no response. There’s no phone number but if you lie to the virtual chatbot you can get in a queue to speak to a human. The chat disconnects you unless you stay on the page, so I’ve now been on the same page for 3 hours so that it doesn’t disconnect and I’ve only gone from 51 to 16 in the queue and it’s been on 16 for the last 20 minutes. I’d call them absolute clowns but I don’t think that’s very fair on clowns. Now I’ll have to raise a case with IBAS to get my money. Please avoid at all costs, it’s simply not worth it. IBAS case raised. Edit: they replied to this to say theyve sent me a private message. They haven’t.

There happy for you to deposit in money but can’t get any of my winnings out.They have my wrong bank account details it says it would go into your account that you deposited with but nothing paid.Sent emails no reply back as I tried to tell them that’s my old bank account.Also you can’t replace your old account to your new one.Can’t even delete old bank account details but you can add new ones.

So here’s the breakdown. The app itself hasn’t got the markets available like every other platform. The layout is very old and if you’re into football betting this is not the app. However I did win a lot on Betway and am happy with my luck on the app However. This company does not run well at all. I’ve been gambling for 10+ years. They do not have a help line at all that you can call it’s closed due to “ Covid 19 “ which is an absolute joke. I have been a customer for many years and enjoy betways bonuses they give on there CASINO CLUB REWARDS.. Every Friday if I have earned any they appear on my account UNTIL last week.150 free spins missing. The terms say u have 72 hours to use them… Tried to contact customer service which is near on impossible … those 72 hours have now passed… and NOTHING has been received. So I’m here again to let the public know don’t use betway, they have suspended my account and told me to provide id and proof of address which I have done only first to get an email back saying my dob is incorrect, so I sent them again and I got an email back saying my address doesn’t match with the one on my account which it clearly does. At this point I don’t have no one who I can get in contact with to discuss this matter all you get is a road to nowhere or no one, they’ve have £1300 of mine which I want back, this site is a complete scam so anyone reading this if you haven’t fallen victim already don’t use it. I’m in contact with trading standards uk and also will be contacting IBAS. I honestly don’t know how this app is still up and running. Totally agree with anyone claiming that this bookie is a disgrace. The customer communication system is built in a way that it makes you wait for hours until you getting connected to representative in the chat. I’m in the live chat right now and the queue is taking around 20 minutes for ONE person to be dealt with. I was sceptical of this site due to the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised with my win and how quick I received it. Admittedly I had to deposit a good couple of hundred on slots before I ended up cashing out just under 3k. Turned into a disgrace of a company – scandalous.Almost 6 weeks and still absolutely no contact or indication as to why my account has randomly been locked, with open bets running (other than a reactive message to my last review claiming they are looking into it).Now get an automatic reply from their ‘support’ email address saying they are not monitoring that mailbox and will not respond. Betway has one of the worst support systems. Their live support is very terrible. I have waited 5 hours in a queue, moved from 45 to 7, then it got disconnected automatically. It’s been happening for the last 3 days. Every time you wait 4-5 hours, when your ticket is about to come, it gets disconnected, and you have to restart again.Also, they have not responded to my Twitter DM or email for over a week.

I’ve been waiting on over £200 to reach my account for over 2 weeks. I have attempted online chat 3 times now for over 6 hours each time but get no where.
