Sh!tYou won’t win. Il say nothing else. They don’t deserve it. I have literally never heard anyone ever say a good thing about this site/company. Eventually they’ll cease to exist as more and more people are stopping to use their service. They need to rethink their business plan. Payout on slots are extremely bad for this site

I opened an account after seeing several adds about this site, after a few days of playing on it and spending my money to receive “daily bonuses” and on one day I tried logging into my account and received errors when I contacted customer support they told me that my account was closed “Following one of our reviews” when I asked for clarification I was told “This is just one of our standard reviews, that can take place on all customers account”When I asked to be refunded I was told “All bets are taken in good faith. Impossible to win anything but can happily take hundreds in deposits.Most rigged site I have ever used or come across.Don’t waste your time on here people there are a lot better sites out there.

Tried to create an account. Immediately blocked ”due to the nature of your business”. No idea what this could be, I have no business, placed about six or seven small bets in my life. Seems totally arbitrary. Could be down to location, e-mail address. Who knows? Waste of time.

thought it was just be me being harrassed in the name of gambling control, these people told me I spent 16 hrs gambling lmao, their app and website keeps track of time even when its not being used and sitting idle. I have been permanently excluded from bet365. How are they still in business with such crappy rules. spent over 20 minutes telling their responsible gambling team that I did not spend that much time but they made their minds without even looking further. As if there aren’t other gambling websites.Horrible way of treating loyal customers, been using them for over 6 years

Horrible company. Know a number of people who have randomly had their account restricted for no clear logical reason. I’m a recreational punter who bets on the horses now and then mostly during carnivals. Just been told my account is restricted. I’ll close it and never use them again. They must be paranoid about problem gambling and litigation being in their future.

Reviewing this to give some shine on customer service agents named Kate Ta and Kirsty H; they helped me with my case very thoroughly. Customer service is either very good or very bad, so if someone doesn’t help you, you have to keep contacting them until they do. The overall user experience isn’t bad, but the verification process can be tedious.

Scammers Bet365, When you try to withdraw large sums, they close your account and hold pending withdrawals. To reopen it, they ask for impossible things like old bank statements or photos of old cards. Don’t use that platform they’re complete thieves

I recently used a betting page that I had high hopes for, but I was sorely disappointed with the service. I have decided to make Bet365 my home for Poker and Sports Betting. I like the look of the Poker App and Website. The App works well on Android. They could improve the Poker by increasing the player number to Six instead of Five on their Premium Tables. I like the fact that Bet365 is Privately owned. I like the Coates Family. They do a lot of good. I would like to get the Legendary Spin on the Wheel just once. Exciting.

If I could give bet 365 minus 10 it wouldn’t be sufficient, I’ve had a dispute with them over a cash out for weeks and it’s still not resolved,there not interested once they’ve had your money,many promises from customer service to contact me,but it never materialises.Dont go near them,AVOID, AVOID,AVOID, try a honest reputable company like Skybet or Paddy Power,who treat there customers with honesty and respect, and are totally transparent, unlike Bet365,who make the rules up as they go along to suit themselves!

Worst customer service no help at all. Opened an account only to find out it’s closed the next day with no explanation. I didn’t even have a bet. They wouldn’t even help me open a new account. I don’t get it. I don’t even have a bet that often only around spring carnival time. Don’t use these guys if there is ever an issue with your winnings be sure they will not help you.

Deposited £700 on this site today and didn’t win all!!! Normally on other sites I actually get my moneys worth but I got no entertainment at all!!! Hit no bonuses on the slots!!! Something definitely shady about this site!!!! I’ve gambled for 15 years now but I’ve never felt soo hopeless you expect to have a couple of wins gambling all day!!! Bet365 are smashing. They take bets, they tell you if the price has changed and they keep on allowing you to bet. In other words, they give you a chance. I especially appreciate the instant cash out, which is great if you click something in haste and make a mistake.vI only bet on sports, so I don’t know what their slots are like.

First time customer. Placed a largish bet on the US Presidential Election. Just one bet £200 that was it.They closed my account. No warning. No email. No explanation. Banned from opening any other accounts with them. When I asked to void the bet they refused. Their chat lines also crashed a number of times.Worst customer service I’ve ever had from any business.Imagine being a first time customer and experiencing that!

Garbage bookie, twice in a 2 month period I’ve been scammed by this shower. Never bet on boxing with bet365. If you bet on x or more knockdowns it won’t count if the fight is ruled TKO upon hitting x knockdowns despite their vague rules stating knockouts (not technical) count as a knockdown. The final straw last night a fight was cancelled mid event & despite having an entire hour give or take before my 3 fold was in play, I was forced to instead play a 2 fold despite having ample time to cash out the bet which should’ve been voided anyway. Wouldn’t recommend bet365 to an enemy & if I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve closed my account & will research all bookmakers until I find one that is actually fair- Even if the odds are not quite as good I’d rather be treated like a customer than a victim.

If I could give them zero stars I would had.Did a six fold last weekend cashout would not work only waiting on one team in the 5.30 Kickoff but wanted to cashout as it still would probably have been about £700 unfortunately they said they were having technical issues so couldn’t cashout asked for a goodwill gesture came back with terms and conditions the scoundrels

The most diversified betting site out there, they are having the most games in their portfolio to bet on, the withdrawal always went smooth, as well as the customer support tries to always be helpful. Of course a lot of people would give bad review because of loosing their money but most companies on the marker are much much worse.

Stopped using them after this weekend 19/10/24. App was not keeping up with scores and no cash outs available. Messaged them in the App, but got no response. Quick enough taking your money, but more and more now removing the cash out option if a bet is winning. This has happened twice before last season. I have already moved to another provider now. Had 4 team acca for £695 I had 3 winning and 1 drawing so should have had a few hundred cash out ,but the betting slip showed that burnley were 0-0 even though they were 2 goals infront, Brentford were winning yet again 0-0 Brighton winning again 0-0 on the slip villa showed that they was 1-1 all match even when they were 3-1 up . I’m not impressed with this feels like I’ve been done , Scam I’ve deleted the account as will go back to William Hill.

ScamI could not withdraw my money to my bank card even though I used it hundreds of times to deposit and withdraw. I contacted them and they said that there was a problem with my bank. I called the bank and the bank assured me that there was no problem until I deposited with another card that I also own and from another bank, but to no avail. I lost a lot with them and closed my account. If I were a European citizen, I would have sued them, but unfortunately I am from the Middle East, knowing that I have been a mortgage holder with them for about eight or nine years.

Cash out unavailable for the whole of the Saturday 3pm fixtures. App lagging behind the whole 90 minutes. Unable to take profit. Once spoken to Cutomer services they say ‘This is in our terms & conditions, we cannot help you’.This was a clear scam after sky news reporting on football betting the same morning. There are other more reliable companies in the world of betting. Once a leader in the game, turned scammers. Avoid and delete this at all costs.

Yesterday the Bet 365 app collapsed at prime time betting and no in play bets or cash out could be made during the entire second half. The queue to complain and try to resolve was over 800 people long and took two hours to get through. I was then kicked out of the queue and never resolved the problem in time. This morning I raised with the helpdesk raising it would only be fair to refund customers their stake for the bets affected. Basically told how important I was as a customer but I would not be getting anything back. Patronising and insulting. How Denise Coates sleeps at night with her CBE I do not know. Avoid this company at all costs

Basically as lots of other customers have already said, loads of goals going in on a full Saturday afternoon football programme yet the app suddenly develops ‘glitches’ leaving us unable to cash out, move bets etc. if I’m being kind I’d say this was incompetence if I’m being realistic then it feels dodgy AF, I am yet another customer who has now removed all funds, closed my account and deleted the app. If zero stars was an option then that is what they’d get

I have decided to close my account with this company as they refused to refund my money after losing multiple bets die to some technical issues that they had today. The customer support simply said that they are sorry for my loss but they are not looking to offer any goodwill for this issue. I find their response very disgraceful and i am not going contrebute to a company that cannot take responsibility for it’s own technical issues.I wish i could give them 0 stars.

Used site yesterday. Major technical issues scores not updating cash out not available . Could not cash out 2 bets which would have had good values Really bad customer experience. On contacting customer service all they continually did was quote terms and conditions. No offer of any goodwill gesture. When said I was going to close my account they basically said go ahead. Obviously don’t value their customers very much.Have now put restrictions on my account because I gave a bad review on Trustpilot
