Bet365 Review

These guys are scum, the whole gambling industry is. I don't understand why these people are allowed to get away with business practices that would not be put up with anywhere else.

My account was temporarily restricted and then, upon presenting proof of my source of funding (I'm not even sure why they were asking for it at the time), I was questioned further and then indefinitely locked out of said account.

If you wanna place £50 on someone to win the game or the race, simple stuff like that, you'll be fine, I'd had that account with them for 10 years or so with no trouble. But get yourself a system and start using the place to actually make some money and you'll be kicked off within days.

It's about time the gambling industry was properly governed by unbiased, 3rd parties. Having had extensive experience with the poker side of it and now some proper experience with betting I know for certain that they are a law unto themselves, they can do what they want and they get away with it. The house really does always win, even when you win!

It's a headache trying to place a live bet with them, the staffs attitude was totally awful. On top of that, I have been with them for years, but there are little to no customer loyalty. Bye Bet365 and never again.

I had been with this site for years.
The casino/games are absolutely awful, spent thousands over the years, most I've cashed out is about 80.
The bonuses have always been shocking, I've deposited 400 in one week before and only received a £5 bonus, my sister deposited £5 and received 10.
The bonuses happen once in a blue moon aswell.
But the reason I've closed my account is because I've been 5 months without having any bonus at all, I went on live chat to see why and the customer advisor was awful, she was rude, blunt and very slow at responding.
I asked why I wasnt receiving bonuses anymore and she said because I closed the gaming section of my account I am no longer eligible for loyalty bonuses… this is after I've deposited around £50 every day for the past 5 months.
They also took it upon themselves to limit my account.
All because I wasnt enjoying their gaming section and closed it.

I then asked her to send me the transcript of the chat as I thought her service was appaling, she said I needed to close chat. I've done that, waited, and she still hasnt sent me it.

Bet 365 have no customer loyality whatsoever i have been a member for years but they treat you abysmally. Handing out free derisory £5 loyalty bets as they see fit. Sky bet offer a free £5 weekly bet just for spending £25 . I placed my last bet with 365 yesterday and wont return.

When you lose money then they pamper you. When you start winning more often, then they will use all kinds of excuses to limit your account and finally close your account. Even MGA and GC do not provide you with help if you are from certain juridictions. I really hope bet365 has its license suspended.

Well it’s been a while since I wrote a review. I thot it would be a good time to remind people just how bad bet365 is.

I hear the bad reviews and I’m not surprised. I totally understand people getting frustrated with the blackjack on bet365

Had ongoing problem with viewing my bets where as I have to rely on other sources to get information. I only know if I win a bet the results. Customer service full team of robot that always repeatedly say same sentence. “I’ll transfer you to this department to solve” never once have I witnessed a problem solved.

Don’t waste a penny! The card games online are as rigged as hell! No matter what you get your lose, usual farce will let you win first couple hands then your lose no matter what you get for next 10 hands, embarrassing to be honest and rigged to beat you no matter what! My sisters 9 years old kid stolen my phone when I was sleeping and lost all my money on bet365 online casino.

Customer service is very unhelpful. They not refunded my money. No any change get money back and it's doesn't meter that my phone was stolen.

Do not play slots on this site ever! You will lose lose lose. I have a few accounts with other sites. You will be lucky to make more than £20 on a bonus. With a stake at £1, £2. Absolute theifs who are going down hill quick. Paddy Power, virgin games. Good for slots. Only good thing for 365 is when you place a bet. If they take the lead by 2 goals then you get paid.

Whilst a good website and quality selection of football and horse racing bets they only receive the minimum review star. Quite simply, Bet 365 will limit your account if you start winning too much. I had used them for years. One day I won £1500 on a football game. Within an hour I received an email stating my account is restricted. Maximum bet £2 (which never gets fulfilled) No promotions and huge time delay on putting on bets. In the UK bookies should have a minimum amount they have to accept from a punter if they offer odds on an event. It would stop them being able to do this. Quite frankly, if you want to make money long term, don't use Bet365. They only want punters who lose. I'll stick to the exchanges.

Totally worst experience with the custommer service. Waited for long 6days for call back but that didn’t happened. Account was restricted without any proper cause. I contact them directly & asked why that happened they replied they will call me to discuss about that issue but i waited for their call which never happened.

I only opened my account 2 days ago in AU. Be very careful when putting Quaddies or other exotics. If you have a scratching, you should get the sub nominated by TAB and if it wins you get that leg as a win. But 365 is short changing customers by not giving you that. This is something most people will overlook so please be careful from this thieving mobs. I have complained and at first they disagreed but later when I pointed out their website rules they said it will take hours to sort out! My point is how many will not even realise and never complain! I am still waiting for these guys – let's see what they come back with!

Disgusting. You have the edit option on betting but for some weird reason its never available when you want to use it and. When you have a bet where mosg of the games are winners and you have 1 game that is not looking good and you want to edit the betting and take that game out or replace it, that absolutely 100% the edit option is not available. Made my initial deposit, the following day, my account with money in it was seized and closed with no notice! They claim i once had an account and asked to have it closed. I had no idea! But i guess that gives them the right to allow me to deposit, then keep it! Very shady company, will chalk it up as a loss for not having done my research about them prior to depositing! Seems this is a common practice by bet 365!!!

Take my advice keep away from online games particularly card games and especially blackjack! Absolutely rigged as hell, let’s you win hand then you lose next 10 and every hand you turn 4 and 5 and they litterally just keep turning 20 and 21, it’s pathetic and waste of time .i like fun and can take a win and a lose but this has zero enjoyment knowing that even if they take 6/7 cards they will still get 21! No problem with the feed which is great and withdrawing is fast.

Customer service is okay when you're talking to the normal people on the bottom rung but ask to speak to a line manager and you'll get someone with a huge chip on their shoulder who is used to throwing their weight about/bullying junior staff and doesn't like it when you stand up to them. Hi All,
Has anyone placed a 2020 AFL bet with Bet365?
I placed a couple of bets in February, during the covid shut down I received an email stating all AFL bets were void.
I can not see any information on their website to support this and have not been able to get a clear response from customer service.
Has anyone else had an AFL bet voided by Bet365 owing to covid?
* My AFL bets with TAB were not affected by covid.

Avoid online card games as I’ve stated before, practically impossible to win and feels as rigged as hell! You just sit and watch when no matter how bad first two cards are for house they will turn whatever is needed to get 21! It’s pathetic and You need 20 to get a draw and don’t wait for second card if house get a ace as while your turn a 5 on one the house gets picture card time after time after time! I know Bet365 for ages, however their recent changes and limits for accounts takes me to let them go. Their app is really impressive and most important well optmized on the iPhone, however my account got limited for 8€ max bet without any realistic reason.

They've now blocked me from watching live sport on their site. Hahaha ha. Its their responsible gambling team. I got a won multi ticket 3 legs which is 1 void and 2 won but they were settled it as lost ticket for 1 void , 1 won , 1 lost then took it away . One of the tennis match I played that Popko.D vs Lozenri were Popko.D won over 20.5 game = 3.75 ( won )
Result was : Pop.K 1-6, 7-6, 11-9 Lorenzi.P but they settled it as lose .. finally I found out they were cheating on me as I always trusted them as just quickly checked if ticket have red dot then I’m send them a message and told them that they were cheating on me And requested for a full result of the match and how many game did they played ..? And I told them my multi ticket must be a won ticket , ( before that I already come to their website and checked a result every single odds bet showed up like first set 1-6 Lorenzi won , second set 7-6 Popko.D Won , odd/even = odd won ( means more than 20.5 game ) only popko.D win over 20.5 game not showed up and game over 20.5 and under 20.5 they are not showed up as won or lose, after few hour they sent me back a message with full review from them for a leg happened between Popko.D vs Lorenzi.P they are surely it were only 19 game they played but they didn’t give me full result , and they told me I’m not understanding a rules of the tennis ( i’m member with them more than 10 year money I lost their should can buy a house )as they offer me $50 dollar bonus bet for free as they usually never ever offer anyone before instead of they have to paying me $562.50 dollar it’s not much money about as I’m normally putted on my bet but I’m really angry because my won multi somehow became as lost ticket then I video recorded and took all my screen shoot with copy their replied message , I replied an other message again to them and told them I need a full result of the tennis game as I requested and how many game they probably did played ? I use it mainly to watch live sport. I leave 1p in the account so that I have a live 'in credit' balance but they've started constantly messaging me, phoning me and leaving questionnaires for me to answer. All because I spend so much time on their site. They imposed reality checks which means I get a pop up once an hour. They (gambling control) phoned me today for the second time in three weeks and I hung up on them. I gamble small stakes. Fiver is my max. They must be bored silly sitting in the office so they choose a target to harass. They've now imposed restrictions on my account because I hung up on them. I can't deposit or bet, but I can still watch live sport. Suits me fine. I'll bet on other sites and watch it on bet365 without the nagging lol. Cheers bet365. Pmsl.

At first it seems like the best company to use with the varied markets but please avoid bet365. Today I placed a bet that was a winner and they made it void. Regurgitated something from their T&C's about it being listed incorrectly but they had the EXACT same match displayed in their inplay section AFTER my bet was made void. They lied then used the rule in their T&C's to support them being able to do this without actually telling me what was listed incorrectly. Absolute scan of a company like most bookmakers. They will take your money no problem even if it's a mistake you made but when THEY make a mistake then you are made to suffer and lose out on winnings that were yours. Currently taking this to the gambling commission
