My experience with bet365 is been amazing (verification wise). This is the best site i ever play on. They complete every withdrawal in about 4 to 12 hours i am playing on it from 2018 still i didn't had any problems in withdrawal. Verification is also so quick within day.(there is no bonuses or free bet but all odds and services are best in the world.

In common with so many comments on here bet365 will not let me withdraw. its like its a surprise to them that people won some money and actually want it back. no transaction seen by bank or fraud department. useless chat function.

Seriously a good website to bet on. One thing I have a problem with is every time you need help with something I go to contact a messaging agent and seriously make sure you have a full battery because it is very sad they will leave you waiting for hours. You guys are supposed to be helping the people that need help to their questions and I really think you guys need to fix that. 100% unacceptable due to spending thousands allready and waiting hours for an answer

Not recommend! Avoid! All what peoples are saying here it’s perfectly true! You could spend thousands of pounds in a week and they are not giving you more than £5 bonus for good willing at three or 4 months. When you are at the point to cash out a big win they block the cash out till the end of the match. For few days they restricted my account because they are “ worried “ about my money I spent there and my time as well on their site beting . They sent me a message to tell me they need to discuss with me on the phone and they are willing to give me a call in 48 hours I replied to that email and they answer me now they will keep my account restricted and they will call me in 7 days. I’m wondering if they will ever release my account and the money from my account. So yeah you guys are right with all what are you saying about them . If possible AVOID bet365 for who are not betting or playing yet with them! Not good at all! I don’t recommend for nobody !

Never been on such a terrible site ever and I have played multiple over the years an absloute shambles dead game after dead game need to deposit at least £1000 to get one little go spin of w bonus I played on 1 game super lucky charms after spending £330 I finally got x4 scatters snd it gave me £19.50 after that particular game took £500 to days before and £480 the week before never known any thing like it disgusting it’s a shame coz I think fair ness with fair ness goes along way but when your £2700 down and carnt get a bonus round that pays more than £19.50 it’s time to move on

Had a lot of bugs using the site. Lost money due to an error with the betslip interface. Thought ahh it happens, but I refuse to use the site as it seems there are more errors in the coding. I've got a bet unsettled and the games finished won 3-0, but the website has decided the game hasnt even been played. I've had them change odd's after a bet has been settled. I've had them void a bet after all teams winning. Personally I don't trust bet365 after these experiences. Now they're ignoring their own TOS. Avoid this site.

The reality check is cancer... I will move to another bookmakers because yous dont turn off reality check that pops up every 60 min. Bet365 are scammers , they introduced a bet between my bets while the game was ongoing on the minute 90 I was about to win over £2000 and then I notice there’s a bet placed (not by me), maybe by their computers, it was too late for me to notice, I’m very disappointed. It’s all a huge scam. Absolutely abhorrent.

To give them some credit, Bet365 has an excellent screen interface, wide market selection and quick response time. That said, it only welcomes long term losing punters and they will do lots of promotions and incentives to keep them playing. As for, long term winning players, there is none. Bet365 will be onto winning players in a flash. They monitor your every move and if your betting pattern is not of their liking they will restrict your account in an instant. I have been a losing degen punter with Bet365 for many years and my betting account with them has always been very healthy, with lots of promotions and no restrictions. until recently I found a way of having a slight edge over them. It involves a quick in play bet at certain odds and a couple of other factors which I can not disclose. I am not asking you to believe me that I can beat the book maker at their own game, I am just sharing my experience with you on recent events. Using this inplay betting method of mine, I was able to win consistently daily for a couple of weeks. So I decided to teach this method to my sister so she could make some easy cash. She opened a new account with bet365 and after one week of applying this method she accumulated around £1,000 in profit betting at relatively small stakes. It was at this point when her new account was restricted by the trading team with no reasoning. I was thinking how come she has been restricted after winning £1,000 in a week and I have not when I’ve been doing this for longer and I have won much more. The only explanation I can think of for this is because my account has been opened for a long time and I must of lost tens of thousands in the past to them. Not long after restricting my sisters account they were onto me. I was laying off bets on the exchange regularly to try to protect my account from being restricted but it didn’t help much. Bet365 didn’t restrict my account but they discreetly put a time delay onto my account. This time delay makes placing an inplay bet take 5-7seconds longer than usual. Normally it take 5-7seconds to accept an inplay bet, now it was taking me around 10-14seconds. With this delay i am unable to apply my strategy Hence I can not win. I did ask my dad to open a new account for me and everything was working fine but that account was restricted immediately before it could even generate any profit. Even having a strategy which is proven to yield a positive expected value, it is almost impossible to implement with these strict and sly counter measures in place.

My honest advice is please please keep your distance from this site, I placed a bet on golf, three different tournaments, the bet was three e/w doubles and an e/w treble, after the first day scores came in my three players were doing well, next thing I receive a message from Bet365 saying one of my bets is void... As when I put it on it gave me an unfair advantage/ or that I already knew the result, eh ! I placed the bet before any tournaments started, so where is my advantage, when I messaged Bet365 regarding this I received no reply, still to this day, no reply, one of my players were on my slip as a void bet. I then messaged them regarding my deposit bonus as I had not received it, guess what, no reply, again I messaged, again no reply, I was with Betfair before I changed to Bet365, guess who I am going back too. Keep well clear of Bet365, I won't be going near them again, Oh and I won my e/w golf bet, but I will be withdrawing my winnings to my bank.

Dont trust these guys! I was basically robbed by them. They accepted my registration, accepted my money and when I tried to log in I couldnt and they starting asking me for all sorts of identification because my credit card was international however they already had my money. This happened 2 months ago. I am still trying to get my money back but I think it is a lost cause to this cheaters.

It’s just a terrible app. It freezes constantly. Navigating between bet slip and events is cumbersome and awkward. On the horse racing it frequently will not not allow you to see results unless you close the app and log back in. Hugely frustrating app to try and use. Needs a complete redesign and build. Visually, it’s also very unappealing and unclear. They need to take a leaf out of the Skybet app design which is leagues ahead and so much easier to use......

Been using BET365 for a while i have noticed lately there football odds have become uncompetitive . Looking at odds comparison sites on average they seem to be the worst . They only seem to be interested in trying to make you have silly bets which give huge odds and have no chance of winning . Total greed as set in giving you no value at all .

Wish I read these f'ing reviews first. Just signed up, deposited $200 and then they instantly suspended my account. Called, talked to a guy and he seemed nice enough but I'm writing that money off as a stupid f'ing bet lost. I should have thought twice when my credit card company wouldn't allow me to deposit to this site. F this fake gaming offshore account.

Another set of accountant spivs trading under the name of bookmakers. Should change there name to £3-65 and even then you will struggle to get that amount on, unless of course you want to visit the casino. C***S

Honestly bet365 has offered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Out of all the betting sites I could have gone with I’m so annoyed with myself that I made an account here! They won’t even verify my account for me so I cannot withdraw my money and close the account. Honest advice is to avoid.

Account was blocked with messages saying under review when I needed to access my account. Customer service unhelpful with generic unhelpful messages. Avoid this company and don't invest. When the time comes to release your money you won't be able to. I was not able to access my account 6 weeks after relentless trying. It was after I involved Mrs(vanessajace 0 ât Ģ máî!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money. Couldn't be more thankful.

Have enjoyed 3 or more years Betting, had no massive wins and never lost lots, i love to a little bet.BUT they closed my account no reason. apart from i tried to deposit some money from my incorrect bank that was listed which i had explained, had to spend 10 minutes getting through to them on the phone, nice polite gent, could not give me a reason at all. So annoyed with this company and disappointed.

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

It’s been over 4 weeks , bet365 they suspended my account after winning some money . I’m still waiting as they placed my account review and I can’t even withdraw. I will post my review after i heard back from them but certainly they are not good to me . The site is really good with the betting options but the customer service is terrible. They will treat you like criminals if you started winning.
